We had a great stay at Joe's place at Sunset Cove. Here are my thoughts: Location is ideal - close to Georgetown and very close to shopping/restaurants at Camana Bay, including a great/large Foster's grocery store. Highly recommended to get a rental car - will make running to the store & getting around the island much more convenient. (Joe's Jeep was ideal) Condo Complex - we really liked Sunset Cove - its an older complex, but very well maintained & clean. Also had private security keeping an eye on things. Pool bar/restaurant is great for mid-day drinks/bites and swimming in the ocean is feasible thanks to a private beach with breaker walls & imported sand. (*Note - the southern section of 7-mile beach is mostly reef with very little sand beyond water's edge; outside of Sunset Cove, swimming in the ocean almost impossible in this area - the better beaches are at the larger resorts on the northern side of 7-mile.) Joe's Condo - this is a nicely renovated condo. We had everything we needed and Joe was responsive to messages and recommendations on some minor improvements. We cooked almost everyday and did laundry as needed using the in-unit washer/dryer. Final word - great trip, would return to again. If you have an option to rent Joe's Jeep during your stay, do it. Price is very reasonable and its convenient not to deal with the rental car agencies.

Close to airport airport, very clean, excellent communication, took advice from Joe and rented private charter with Double Trouble and it was the best day!!

This is second time we have stayed in this property and look forwarding to returning. Clean and well furnished. Property manager is very responsive. Love being right on the beach. Beautiful view and conveniently located.

I didn’t get my information on the check in process 24 hour in advance like it stated. I got there at about 2:00pm. I had to get VRBO to contact Joe. When I finally got The key code it didn’t work but Joe did stay on phone with me until it did. The complex was really nice. The staff was great. The only thing missing was an elevator, but the guys carried our luggage up to the 3rd floor. I couldn’t get the fan in great room to work and the maintenance person was suppose to show up but didn’t. It was ok because air conditioning was great. I would come back and recommend Joe’s condo

This property was the perfect stay for us with our 2 little ones. The ocean views are totally worth the price. Waking up to coconut trees framing Crystal blue waters! The property does need some fixing as it’s starting to show the effects of being continuously rented out. However, they are a small compromise for the property’s central location. Sunset cove is also of of the few beaches in that area that we noticed that actually had a beach. Would definitely go back.

The condo was beautiful, the location was great, the pool and the pool bar were a lot of fun.The beach in front of the condos was great for snorkeling, relaxing in the sun! Great place!

Great condo right on SMB. Cannot beat the view from the huge balcony! Very nice pool, pool bar, and beach with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Very well stocked unit. Maybe a little dated, but overall we very much enjoyed our stay.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Joe's place. He was very responsive throughout our stay and the condo view and location are hard to beat!

Loved staying at this condo for a week! It was centrally located. Close to shopping and eating. Pool swim up bar and restaurant was really nice to have. We rented the Jeep for the week - it was awesome to tour the island! Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

This lovely Sunset Cove 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has an ideal sandy beach location with beautiful sunsets. Everyone enjoyed the calm beachfront lagoon - perfect for both adults & children. The large pool has a waterfall and swim up bar. A number of casual restaurants were within walking distance. This third floor condo is comfortable with an in unit washer/dryer and a larger oceanfront patio / deck. Suggestions for future stays include repairing the large ceiling fan in the living room and updating the guest information book. Overall, a great vacation!!

We had a great time at this property . It is in a great location and in my opinion the best location in Cayman Islands . The condo is just as described and shown in pictures . Beds were very comfortable , kitchen had everything we needed . Plenty of room for us and It was perfect for our family. The condo had the best view of the ocean . We spent a lot of time on the outdoor area , relaxing and watching the sunsets. We can’t wait to hopefully return soon. Highly recommend it .

The condo was just as described. You can’t beat the large balcony overlooking the ocean. We loved using the hammock on the balcony and watching the stunning sunsets! A large table on the balcony allowed for a nice place to eat meals with an ocean view. There were plenty of beach towels to use. The inside was nicely updated. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans and dishes. There is not a closet in the master bedroom and one of the other closets was half full with storage items so it did make it a little difficult to store our things for the week, but we managed! Once you see the beautiful view from the balcony, you really don’t care about anything else! The man-made cove was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. There was a kayak to use which was fun. We loved the large pool and swim up bar. The food from the restaurant/bar was good too. We loved being able to go back and forth between the beach and the pool. There were plenty of lounge chairs at both the beach and the pool. Joe responded to all of my questions and was easy to work with. It was a great place and we definitely would stay there again!

Absolutely everything was perfect. The condo is spacious and beautiful with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The location can’t be beat.

Overall great place! We absolutely loved the pool area and the quiet ocean cove for the kids. The beach had a kayak and paddle board which were a big hit. Location seemed pretty central to most things. Morning coffee and evening sunset on the deck was fabulous. Only struggles were no shampoo/conditioner/lotion and lack of blankets or sheets if you need to use the blow up mattress/cot.

This property was everything we could have asked for! We went for a girls trip and had the best time. Great location, view was amazing, and we had everything we needed! Joe recommended Allen for charter boat and we definitely recommend. The pool and beach access was so easy! Thanks Joe for everything!

We loved this condo, the best location in the entire complex. The view was absolutely gorgeous with sunset views every night. The furniture and beds are so comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The only negative is the closed resort behind the complex, but that actually results in the quietest beach on 7 mile beach. Literally were 3-4 families on the beach or on the pool at any given time. The food and service st swim up bar was great!! My family (two college kids) all agreed we cannot wait to come back to this condo! Thank you!!

This was our second time coming to GC but our first staying at this condo in Sunset Cove. Hands down a wonderful place to stay! Everyone in our group agreed it was perfect for any age. No one wanted to go home! The view from the deck was gorgeous and the entire condo was clean and nicely designed. Joe was very responsive & easy to talk to. We rented the jeep from him as well and that was a great addition to our trip. My husband and brother dove right off of our beach and saw so much wildlife! We all enjoyed snorkeling around the cove as well. My infant daughter was able to play and swim in the warm, clear cove water and it was perfect. The pool and swim up bar was fun too! We all highly recommend and want to come back asap! Be aware of mosquitos! We had so many bites morning to night so that was definitely an annoyance with being outside. Overall 10/10 stay!

Joe was great at communicating with us. We arrived early and he graciously granted us an early check-in (which helped as we had my 88 year old father with us!). Overall a nice property on the beach!

Overall our experience was amazing. The condo location was perfect. Our view was amazing. The condo was clean and well stocked. The swim up bar was a definite plus. There is a condo complex (Margaritaville) closer to the road, so it was a little challenging finding Sunset Cove. And the parking was quite tight. We would definitely return in the future. There is not an elevator so people that are unable to do stairs should not rent this condo.

We had a wonderful stay at this awesome condo. Amazing location, pool, beach, deck, views. Full kitchen and large comfy couch for movies at night.

This rental property was everything that it advertised and then some. It was well appointed, clean, centrally, located in the views from the balcony were amazing. The beach was mostly private, the man-made cove was amazing, and the pool and pool bar were very nice accommodation. We would highly recommend this to any family visiting Grand Cayman and will most likely rent this property again. Working with the owner also was very easy and he was very responsive.

This condo is so beautiful, clean and well appointed. The pictures seriously do not give the view from the balcony justice. We enjoyed the pool with swim-up bar, took out the paddle boards several times, and snorkeled a lot! Joe was wonderful to work with, always very responsive. We rented the Jeep that Joe has and it was perfect. We were able to see so much more of the island that way. We will absolutely be back!

Fantastic trip that exceeded our expectations! This was a perfect set up for our entire family as we were able to enjoy pool time/beach time and still have easy access to the condo when we needed a break. The pool swim up bar was awesome too! So convenient and the food was some of the best we had all week. Everything else we needed was walking distance which made our trip that much easier without needing to rent a car. Just an absolutely tremendous vacation, and perfect location! Thank you!

Highly recommended a stay in this condo! The location is perfect - near the airport, great restaurants, attractions and shopping. The view from the condo is stunning with spectacular ocean sunsets. The owner is super responsive to any questions. Everything is beautifully updated, modern, and clean. It was very well stocked with necessary kitchen items and made staying in for dinner and sunsets so easy. We loved everything about this condo and our week in the Caymans!!

Joe was great to work with! He responded to inquiries quickly and efficiently. He gave us really good advice for charters/excursions and had a sweet Jeep we rented for the 11 days we stayed in his condo. Would highly recommend his place. The view was spectacular!

We had a combo of younger (8 years old) to teenager's and adults on our trip. This is a beautiful property, the pictures are exactly how the property looks. The man made cove is perfect. Easy Snorkeling and you don't have to even go out of the cove. The only negative to this, is it's at the end of seven mile beach, so if u want to go up to the shops and others beaches, u need to catch a taxi or learn how to navigate the city bus/van, both are very easy once u figure it out. Also just a heads up, when u pull into the property there is a very unkempt parking lot. You do want the taxi driver to drop you on the office side for easier access to the condo with your bags. Once you get past that the property is otherwise beautiful and well maintained. I would stay here again and there were many others guests we spoke to, who have stayed at this complex many times. Highly recommend!

This third story condominium as well set up for a great time for family or two couples. The third bedroom may not be ideal for a third couple but great for kids! When you first pull into the property we were not too sure if this is going to be a great place but in fact it is! It has a Great Beach and the pool is big with a swim up bar! We really enjoyed our time here. You can snorkel right off the beach but you will need to bring your own snorkel gear or you can easily rent it once you get here. They have some ability to paddleboard and kayak however, there were no paddles with two blades, (only single blade) which made some of it a little bit challenging, but overall a fantastic trip in a fantastic place! We also spent a day on a boat, which was a great trip with Captain Alan from double trouble charters!

Great host, beautiful condominium, fantastic location. Joe is very quick to respond to questions and very helpful. I have already recommended his condo to several friends. When we return to Grand Cayman, we will definitely stay at this condo again.

Amazing place, can’t say enough about it. The view, the beach, the location it’s all great. Had two children with us so the cove for swimming and snorkeling was perfect. Wouldn’t hesitate for a minute to come back. Beach and pool are super chill and never overcrowded. I researched a long time for a place to stay so don’t waste your time just book it.
