Such a lovely rental to stay in. Lots of room for the whole family and very clean. Winter Park Escapes was super easy to work with and the free activities are an added bonus!

This place is really unique and beautiful as anyone can see in the pictures. The good: - the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, glassware, plates, serving and cooking dishes. - the scenery - the outdoor space is lovely. - 3 king beds is a huge plus. - upstairs dining table was huge and great for board games The not so good - they are building a house about 10 feet away and the nail gun is going off for about 8-9 hours a day while we were there. There's no AC so you must keep the windows open which means there's no way to mute the sound. (June 2024) - the showers in the master bathrooms leak water everywhere. They look cool but they kinda flood the floor. I was going to take a bath one day but there was no plug for the drain. - I wish a couch or two was a pullout. The full beds in the basement seem tiny for sharing. All in all we had a great trip and wished the construction sounds weren't there but oh well. It was lovely otherwise.

Great place for ski vacation. Close to town and easy drive to mountain. House is clean with nice amenities.

This was one of the most amazing homes we have ever rented and is super unique! We loved the suspended wood burning fireplace that rotates 360" and the views are awesome.

It is really hard to not like the house. It's modern, but there is no permanent door on the 3rd bedroom and the 4th suite with the dbl beds is completely wide open. Suite is misleading. The house cleaners were late getting out so we waited for 30 mins outside... but here is the best part. A gas leak. I called the management company at 5pm, 30 mins after getting into the place. At 6:50 the head of maintenance arrived after two more calls and my son getting sick and low and behind.. it's a gas leak that you have to leave the premises right away. Are you kidding me?? This is a fairly new house was there too much snow piled on top of the meter that lead to the leak? We got moved to another house that had all sorts of issues. We were 7 mins to the resort, now we are 25-30 mins depending on traffic. This jacked up our whole trip. We lost a dinner that had to be pitched, we pd more in gas throughout the stay, we couldn't ski too partial days because of the moving back and forth and other issues with being so far out. We had to go to dinner the night we lost our dinner when we got kicked out. And the time, energy and effort of moving to a less desirable location made this a terrible experience. The only reason I didn't give this negative stars is because of Justin. He helped move our party which included most of the luggage to the replacement house because there is no Uber or taxi in Winter Park. I'm still not happy with the gratis. And will be pursuing the matter further.

This place was so much more than just a house in the mountains, it was an experience. Heated floors in the bathroom? The game room in the basement? The hot tub on a snowy day was honestly the best. Tons of sun in the dayroom upstairs to nap, read, draw, and enjoy spending time together. The only thing I wish is that the TV up there was huge so that we could see it, but honestly with windows that large, why would I want to watch a TV instead of seeing that beautiful scenery? Thank you for the experience! My wife and I had an amazing time.
