Clean comfortable and cozy , we love Maggie Valley this a great place to stay

It was nice like a small community. Everything was there that you needed and it could have fit more people if you needed more space.

I didnt like the fact that the same door code is used over and over and someone before us could open our door. I think the code should be changed everytime a new person comes in.

Was disappointed when I pulled up to what I thought was a cabin that I rented , turns out to be a yurt, I thought oh my lord what have I gotten into , but once we stepped inside I changed my mind , it was awesome, very clean and managed I had never stayed in one before but I booked it again in October, trust me request a yurt you will not be disappointed

Not clean on Friday are Saturday saw no one to come clean the other cabins after the guest had left didn't clean are chance the bedding a woman came Saturday put something in the storage room locked it and left the floors were so sticky your shoes would stick as you walked

Easy to find. Self check in worked great. Everything was clean and welcoming.

It was a very nice home base for all there is to see in the area. It was peaceful. They responded quickly to my calls. We will come back again.

The back of cabins looked into the yurts area. It wasn't real busy while we were there, but would be a takeaway if busy. Not sure why the trees were all trimmed up between cabins and yurt.

Usually, I used to trust the rating on the Booking. And here is such a surprise. Photos taken 20 years ago are possible. Everything inside looks very used battered and old. Everything is a little broken but work. In the corners, centuries-old mud deposits. Feelings of freshness - zero. In fact, there is only one bedroom, do not be deceived about what you can plunge with friends for the holidays. For a long time I spoke Booking, you need to add a year of opening or renovation of the hotel to the filter. In general, I do not recommend it with all my heart.
