Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und modern ausgestattet. Arbeitsplatz und Bad sind überzeugend, und das Personal sehr freundlich. Gern wieder.

Leider war das Restaurant geschlossen und für @home-Gefühl fehlt ein Coffeemaker im Zimmer.

Die Lage, aber das wusste ich

This is a nice hotel with exceptional attention to detail. The property boasts modern finishes that are stylish without being tacky. These features have given me great ideas for renovations in my own home. The front of house staff are notably friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. The restaurant offers a good selection, catering to various tastes. Additionally, there is free parking on site, which is a convenient bonus. I would 100% stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Munich.

If you are not concerned with being centrally located in Munich, this hotel is a great option. However, there are bus stops conveniently located nearby, offering easy access to the rest of the city. The gym, while not extensive, is equipped with a multi-gym and some cardio machines, although some free weights would be a beneficial enhancement.

Die moderne Zimmerausstattung. Die Lage für unsere Zwecke. Die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit beim Check-In, Check-Out und beim Frühstücksservice.

Die "moderne Schalttechnik" bei der Beleuchtung. Ist gewöhnungsbedürftig; aber klappt dann letztendlich.

Colazione a buffet, tutto fresco , ben presentato e di buona qualità.

L’unica cosa,anche strana per una struttura così nuova e stata la mancanza in camera del frigo bar.

Generell war das Hotel ok, aber für den Preis hatte ich mir etwas besseres vorgestellt. Sie nutzen die Nähe zum Helmholtz Institut und zur Uni aus.

Leider war seit Monaten der Aufzug defekt (Aussage des Personals). Mit 6 Stockwerken und dem Preis ist das für mich ein NO_GO. Frühstück war sehr überschaubar und qualitativ nur mittelmäßig. Wenn man so weit vom Schuß liegt, wäre ein Restaurant in Realität und nicht nur in der Beschriftung sehr wünschenswert.
