I left before breakfast service - didn't know it was on offer but sure it would have been fine. Staff were friendly. Restaurant very busy so meals took a long time to arrive.

Ladies toilets were a mess; urine all over the floor; it seamed casual visitors were using back stairs to access upstairs toilets. The male species not respecting the toilets for females. Noise throughout the whole night from banging doors and over-loud people did not allow sleep.

The manager who was really nice and clearly understaffed.

Early wake up due to staff doing room changes

off-site self contained unit perfect for couple, and there's a bunk room for kids too. modern bathroom, nice outdoor areas front and back. short drive or walk to main part of raglan. the owner was staying upstairs and is super friendly.

minor nitpick, the tiled floors were a bit slippery possible due to cleaners not wiping away detergent?

Location central Raglan, very pretty but for the money we paid the room was dire, low quality backpacker's at best. You get what you get at the last minute but we paid well and got a super budget back room. The staff of the establishment were so kind, and probably laughing behind their hands. The kitchen outvents were right behind our window. It was hot, smelly amd really disappointing.

It was great! Exactly what you want in a beach town, backpacker hotel. Totally cool staff and easy facilities. The only issue was that the building alarm went off at 6:45am lol. But besides that, we had a grand time.

Great staff, lovely location and building but definitely was not what we were expecting given what was on Booking.com.

The Hazy Pale Ale beer gave both my partner and I stomach issues and led us to believe that the lines were not cleaned often if at all. The room was at the back of the building and right next to a generator or fan outside which was very loud and there was a tap that dropped the entire we were there in our room making it near impossible to sleep.
