I like the location of the hotel which was pretty centric. I love the breakfast included with the room and all the options available. The hotel service was very helpful and attentive.

I didn't like the beds, the matresses specifically, they were not comfortable. The bathroom was not really comfortable either.

Breakfast was fantastic! Lots of choices and it was included in the room. Staff were amazing. They were more than happy to help with my needs. I speak very little Spanish and they helped me with making phone calls and appointments at the local spa. Bonus- they have a roof top area and we were able to watch the Cuenca/Barcelona soccer game from there

the rooms were NOT as advertised! when we asked about the pictures we had upon booking the rooms, we were told the pictures on the website were “just for reference”…EXACTLY! that’s why we booked the rooms here. then there was a car race outside the hotel on the Sunday we stayed. because of this, we were confined to the hotel from 9am to 5pm, SUPER inconvenient not to mention noisy. I had higher hopes for this hotel (which I booked 3 rooms in for 5 nights) because it was associated with Wyndham, however we will NEVER be back.

we added on and bought breakfast as the free breakfast was a little small. but still a good value.

They could not find me a taxi in like one hour. The room was amazingly hot. The rooms do not have air-conditioning. Pillows were made of very synthetic material and were not comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent and included in our stay. The lunch menu was diverse and delicious. Location was very close to downtown and felt safe. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Paul in particular helped us a lot. Beautiful view.

If you are on the 6th floor, you will hear all the people leaving the rooftop club at 1-2am. They were always loud, drunk, and right outside our door. They do not pay attention to the signs stating to be quiet. Also, the shower only intermittently had hot water.

that there were no glasses/holders to put the toothbrushes etc in the bathroom and also no sufficient space to hang the wet towels for drying

The view is very nice The variety of breakfast was a pleasant surprise.

The TV was not working correctly, and the image was awful. The shampoo and conditioner were terrible.

The accommodations were great

The breakfast was awesome. Staff were kind and courteous.

The toilet did not flush correctly, even after help came. More towels were needed.
