Minimalistic but elegant deco, the Mediterranean feel and relaxed atmosphere, the sublime cocktails and the fact that it was located in a busy marine but you were only aware of it if you step out. Cozy and small, but it had it all.

Choice of food and menu. Room service , turning down bed service! Pool side treats and Room treats at end of day!! Nothing was a bother

The rooms are beautiful, so tastefully done , beds comfortable, shower pressure lovely. Nice touch to have a nespresso machine in room. When you get there they give you a lovely bracelet to be worn for the stay, this bracelet acts as an electronic room key to give you access to your room , nice touch. No need to remember room key ! Breakfast was delicious, plenty on offer to help yourself and the made to order service was quick and delicious, fresh orange juice the minute you sat down was also a nice touch . Pool areas were clean , one side warmer than the other , but nice to have that option depending on how hot you were . Cabanas and sun loungers were lovely . The gym on the suites side was small so we opted to use the one in the other section of their hotel for no charge , lots of equipment on offer and free towels. Reception were ever so friendly and helpful. Making restaurant bookings for us and ordering cabs was no problem whatsoever. We also used their lovely ecovan to transfer back to the airport I which they accommodated our cycling box , luggage and us in very comfortably Staff that went the extra mile for us were Pedro Asish Candy The hotel is so very well thought out for the client but also the environment Would definitely recommend and return

The marina by the hotel was a bit brits abroad for us so we headed out most nights to other areas. The cycle storage needs a dust and clean , doesn't feel safe enough to leave bikes , access was open and area looked tired. More 'easy' lunch options by the pool would be nice , sandwiches etc .. it was quite fancy for a pool lunch . Room 85 nice balcony view of the marina 👌 8

The staff was very nice and polite, made us feel appreciated and kept an eye on any need. A special thanks to Hugo, who was a very pleasant waiter.

The room was nice, but we were a bit surprised for the lack of amenities (for instance some slippers or toothbrush). The bedsheets and pillowcases had some stains, which also isn’t quite expected from such a hotel. In addition to the cleaning part, when we went to the SPA we felt a little bit disturbed by the dirt in the jacuzzi and pool. However, I understand that this may be something unusual, so we are not really complaining because the overall stay was nice.

the Japanese restaurant was closed as were a few of the other facilities like the hottub. the service around the pool wasn’t very proactive

The breakfasts and dinners in the ECO Restaurant were absolutely fantastic. The room was excellent with very comfy beds. Pools are lovely, the sun beds were quite private compared to other hotels. The Staff!

There was only orange juice as a cold drink for breakfast, Apple juice or Cranberry would have been a nice option. My pool side drink was served in a chipped glass.

Amazing!! Hotel is very beautiful with large rooms. Everything was really good!! Delicious breakfest and very kind personal.
