当日早めに現地に着いて、近くを散策したかった為、チェックイン前に荷物を預かって欲しいと連絡を入れたら宿前で女将さんがお出迎えしてくれていました。 チェックアウト時も、こちらがまだ周辺散策をすると言うと『なら、しばらく預かりますよ』と言ってくれてとても助かりました。 お部屋も広くて、きれいで寛げました！

眺望のある部屋にしたんですが、木で隠れて殆ど建物が見えなかった。

The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. Could not do enough for us and made our stay very special.

It´s a small property. Japanese Style room with a wonderfull view to Memorial. Our room was not brand new but was very clean and staff was concerned to give the best experience (there is a board welcoming guests). Our breakfast was very good (japanes style). Highly recommended for a Japanese Style stay.

Superbe hôtel traditionnel japonais. Situation extraordinaire, chambre avec vue sur l'observatoire. Personnel parfait, souriant et à l'écoute. Petit déjeuner typique japonais fabuleux. Une excellente adresse pour vivre une expérience de la vie Japonaise: nous avons adoré.

This is a great place to stay because of the location immediately opposite the Atomic Dome gives plenty of chance to reflect and the breakfasts, which literally filled the table, were superb. The decor is somewhat dated, while the staff are very helpful.

Goede centrale plek vlakbij alles, prima onsen met goede openingstijden uitkijkend op de dome. Heel goed en behulpzaam personeel! We voelde ons heel welkom. Kamer was meer dan compleet, faciliteiten goed! Het is wellicht een beetje oudbollig, maar juist daarom heel charmant.

De matrassen zijn wellicht hard, maar in de kast kun je extra vinden en een stapel maken als je wilt.

Staff was so friendly and welcoming. They gave us several gift mementos of our visit to Hiroshima. We had the traditional Japanese rooms with an amazing Japanese breakfast that was set up so nicely for us in the dining room. We loved it and the location is right across the street from the Peace Memorial Park. You could see the Atomic Bomb Dome Memorial from our window. There is also a sightseeing bus that stops right in front of the museum and goes to several tourist spots and Hiroshima station. Highly recommend.

Sleeping on the tatami mats on the traditional futons was a little uncomfortable, but they also have western style rooms as well. We opted for a traditional room to really appreciate staying in Hiroshima.

The position is exactly in front of the Hiroshima dome and very close to the peace park and the museum. Personnel is amazing, they will do their best to help you in any way they can to make your stay the best possible.

The building is a bit old and shows its age, the chairs in our room had some stains even if the overall cleanliness is very good.

The location ist excellent. And maybe the Japanese breakfast is good. However, because of our negative experience with the room, we refrained from having breakfast at the hotel.

Unfortunately we did not have a good stay at the hotel. Our room seemed not to have been cleaned properly for a long time and it had dust in many places. In the lavabo we found hair from another guest. The foutons and blankets were piled up in a closet. We had to sneeze a lot and could not sleep. Therefore we left the hotel after only one night although we had booked (and paid) for three nights. We were disappointed and could not understand why the hotel management would allow a room to look like ours. This was not the "Japan standard" that we encountered almost everywhere during our four week trip in this wonderful country. We hope that with our review, the room will be cleaned properly from now on and future guests will have a more pleasant stay.

My family loved how close this property was to everything Hiroshima had to offer. It was amazing waking up to the Atomic Bomb Dome right outside our window, what a beautiful and humbling sight to begin your day with. The futon beds were great and our kids loved lounging in the yukatas. Can’t wait to come back and spend more time

The family room was Japanese style which had plenty of space. It was very relaxing. The Japanese style breakfast was tasty and an interesting experience. The location was superb!

Amazing location, our room had a good view of the dome. Less than 200m from the rail station, less than 200m from hondori and right next to memorial park. Very hard to beat that. It is a traditional Japanese, there’s a public bath available and you can rent rooms for dinner. You can’t use shoes inside the facilities, but they have a very good system to keep the shoes at the entrance. Service is great, the whole staff were very helpful. Breakfast is also traditional. It is very good, if you like Japanese food.

The hotel is a bit old, everything is good quality but some of the chairs were stained. Also, despite being a ryokan, the bath tube is western style.

It’s exceptional! The staff is so warmhearted and welcoming, the room was nice, comfy, traditional. But the breakfast!!!! What a sight to come into breakfast room. Delicious!!! It was our best experience in Japan.

Location is excellent: we enjoyed immensely our window overlooking the dome. Staff is really very kind. Facilities are clean and with a nice decor. Japanese breakfast is rich and tasty!

Futon was too thin and pillow too hard, thus we woke up with back and neck pain 😞

My Japanese-style tatami room was comfortable, well put together, and one of the largest hotel rooms I have stayed in during my travels to Japan. I was delighted by the room and the friendliness of the staff. I would most certainly stay again.
