Lawn mowing early

The place was clean and tidy with good kitchen and plenty of bathrooms. It looked like it had a new paint job. The showers were great with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The view was stunning. The beds were comfortable. The position was close to town and great for walks along the promenade. The towels were soft and fluffy. The parking was also very convenient.

The lounges are tiny. 4 people have to sit up straight, you can't relax on them. There was no internet which is normally fine with all the data available on the phone, except that there was really bad reception (1 bar) for the phones on both Optus and Telstra network, therefore, internet is required

Modern unit with great facilities - the bathrooms, kitchen, BBQ & laundry. Upstairs living area and ground floor bedrooms works well. Garage for parking was a surprise. With cooler weather the RC Air Conditioning warmed the upstairs area well; the heater in the bedroom was appreciated for the cool evenings.

A little bare on furnishings such as privacy blinds; had some trouble closing draws - self closing mechanisms needs some adjustment.

Location and view were fantastic.

Beautiful modern apartment with all the amenities u need along with a beautiful ocean view. Nothing better then falling asleep to the sound of the ocean

excellent proximity to the beach and walking distance to shops. comfortable stay, fully equipped for a couple or small family.

Nice beach view. Walkable to nearby beach. Managed to watch new year fireworks from the balcony

House main door lock is not great.

The property was in a great location, very close to Aslings beach and shops, easy check in, bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable.

Some minor issues that should be addressed for the comfort of future guests (we stayed in unit 6): - kitchen drawers do not close properly, we all tried many times to close the drawers without success - more than one pot and frypan would be good. We felt we were constantly washing up due to the few pot/pan/bowls and glasses available - the apartment we stayed in contained 2x2 seater couches. It would be much more comfortable not to be squashed in together and have more spacious couches and be able to spread out - some blinds or curtains for the living room as the light streams in during the day and no way to block some of it - a door handle for the upstairs bathroom as the door sits flush with the wall and we had to try and grip the edges of the door with our nails to open it - some instructions for the induction cooktop may be good as we found it a bit tricky to use

The property is almost brand new and of excellent quality. It has a nice view, and is close to the town centre. As a holiday rental, it is quite spacious. Its kitchen is well-equipped. It has 2.5 bathrooms. Definitely among the best holiday rentals we have stayed in in Australia.

I think it was mentioned in the booking.com site that the property has a BBQ facility and coffee maker. But sadly they are not to be found.

Lovely modern house, well provisioned in a great location with sea views and short walk to beach

Probably worth getting the builder back to fix a few minor defects (couple of drawers in kitchen not closing properly, bath stopper not working, no blinds in living area, front door handle loose, toilet roll holder broken)

Nice and clean and pretty much exactly as described.

The bedroom was so noisy at night I couldn't sleep and left the venue 3 days early. It was a howling wind that was passing through a pipe or something so it screamed all night, every night. Not sure if it was the windows or some other design fault (given it's by the ocean I would expect this to be accounted for). It's a shame because the unit itself was lovely but after a few sleepless nights I was done!

It was a great place to relax and watch the dolphins from the balcony. Lisa was very helpful when checking in. My phone cut out and instead of waiting for me to call back she sent all the necessary details by text.

WiFi would be helpful to make full use of the android tv as the mobile reception was a little patchy - but that's just a 21st century problem!

The location was perfect. Loved that we could sit on the balcony; listen and gaze at the sea. It had everything we needed. If we decided to enjoy dinner in town – it wasn’t too far to walk or whether we decided to eat in – the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and we used the barbecue on the balcony a couple of times.

If I was going to be really pick - I think the only addition to this accommodation would be a standup fan in the bedroom for a warm rainy night, when you can't leave the sliding door open. Otherwise it was perfect.
