Long weekend for skiing… we had never been to this area before and the location of this property was excellent! Could walk to gondola in the morning and ski right down at the end of the day. Clean, comfortable. Would definitely book again.

The accommodations and entire experience was fabulous! Our family of four included our kids ages 20 and 17. We all agreed this was the best ski vacation we have ever had! We were looking for a ski in ski out experience close to downtown. There could not be a more perfect location for that. We had plenty of space, cozy fireplace and such nice furnishings! Kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals after a day on the slopes. Check in was super easy and condo was ready for us early. Everything exceeded our expectations!

Perfect spot for family with little ones as you can see the skiers come down 4 o’clock run. Great to have the run right there for kids to practice skiing and snowboarding without having to go up to the main ski area. Also, kids loved sledding. Right in town so everything is close. Great accommodations, great location, and great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Doesn’t get better 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I do not ski so to be so close to the main high street was a real benefit. My adult children came back to the condominium via the 4’oclock run every day it really is so convenient. Beds were very comfortable and cosy. Tv and fireplace was welcoming on the one eve we got pizza delivered. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

This condo is excellent, has been updated & has everything you need to be super comfortable. Could not be a better, more convenient location. The owners provide excellent details & communication. Kitchen has all you need, including many staples (spices, cooking oil, coffee). Condo is extremely clean & has comfy blankets & great TVs for lounging together & spending family time; lots of towels in the bathrooms & toiletries, even a hair dryer. The owners communicate clearly in advance & provide helpful information about favorite local restaurants, equipment rentals, getting to/from the slopes, etc. The ability to walk right across the street to rent equipment, catch the free bus right at the condo property each morning to go up for skiing, & ski down the Four O'Clock run at the end of your day literally to the steps of your condo is simply marvelous. Really helps reduce the stress, fatigue & physical wear & tear that otherwise comes with several days of rigorous skiing. Condo is within walking distance of Main Street, all the fun shopping, so many great restaurants, etc. Couldn't ask for a better location & setup. Owners are great, let us know the condo was clean & ready for an earlier check in time, extremely responsive to any questions or needs. Covered parking space is also a plus for cold weather & snow. (One heads up: you can hear the folks in the unit above walk around, so just plan for that if you are light sleepers.) This is an excellent property--fantastic experience!!!

Our family of four stayed at this co do for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. Kitchen was well stocked and the toys, games, books were so great to to have for the kids. They loved it! The beds were comfortable and the dining area was perfect for family dinners. Can’t say enough about this place. We hope to be back soon!

Very comfortable and clean condo. A king bed would have been better, but we made due with a queen. Nice big kitchen countertop to use your laptop and a soft couch to watch your Netflix movies. Perfect location to restaurants and shops. Would stay here again.

Great location for walking to town. The condo was clean and very quiet. We enjoyed the hot tubs. We come to Breck every summer and were sad the gondola and all associated activities were closed during our trip… that was the only negative and obviously no fault of the condo ownership. We’ll be more careful next summer when choosing dates, but we’ll choose to stay here again.

The condo was in a perfect locations and had everything we could need. It was very comfortable and just a short walk to downtown Breckenridge. This was one of our favorite vacations we have taken.

Perfect location. Amazing check in and door lock mechanism. Loved size and layout and the sleek dining table. Only negative is that a lot of the glasses and pots and pans were still dirty and had to be rewashed. Look forward to seeing more updates made to this property.

The property was exactly as pictured and described in the write up. It had everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay. BTW, we loved the switch on fireplace. It was also easy to communicate with the owners and have all of our questions answered before we arrived. There were just two of us, but the condo could easily accommodate up to six adults. The location had easy access to both the ski area and Main Street, which was perfect for us. I would definitely look to rent this property again.

The 4 o’clock property is the perfect location for a ski in and out! The house was beautifully decorated and our host was super helpful. Easy access to the mountain and a short walk to main street.

Stayed here with my husband and toddler. Location was perfect! Walking distance to Main Street. Very clean and spacious enough for our family.

We had a wonderful stay. Our home away from home was so close to everything. Even our beginner skiers could hope on the bottom of the 4'Oclock run to practice while we cheered them on from the window of the living room. Perfect setting and very cozy. Had a great stay!

The only complaint I have, & not the fault of the condo owner, is that for our entire stay the hot tubs were out of service! We were very much looking forward to using them, & one of the reasons we chose this property. It would have been nice to find this out ahead of time rather than as we pulled in as it didn’t look to be a short out of service project. Other than that, this condo was absolutely perfect! From the location and views, to the floorplan and comfort, it was a full 5-star!! Diana was great! Awesome bonus to have an outdoor ski closet so we didn’t have to haul them inside! Would absolutely stay here again!! Thanks Diana!

This place was amazing for our group of 4 but could definitely accommodate more people. Everything is as advertised - clean, comfy, fully stocked, and it is very close to everything you would want to explore in Breckenridge! Hope to book this place next time we are out west!

The property was very nice, great location to all the shops, restaurants. Most everything you could want within walking distance. The condo was cute and clean. Only complaint, the master bedroom bed was atrocious! Needs to be replaced, a large crater in the middle, could not even sleep in the bed with my husband. This made our stay less enjoyable. Thank goodness, we were not full and there were extra bunk beds available. Very disappointed with this.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and spacious. Check in and out we’re super easy. We were close walking distance to downtown Breck and had easy access to hiking trails. We’d definey stay here again!

This place is absolutely perfect for adults with kids… I loved that it was already stocked with some toys, dvds, puzzles, etc. the bunk beds were a huge attraction for the kids as well. It’s very easy access to the square we’re the sand pit is and close to toms baby park. It’s off the main strip so it’s much more quiet. It would be great honestly for anyone wanting to rent it, just was a perk with the kids. The owner was very easy to contact as well!
