Solid beach house in a great location, fantastic views of ocean.

Great house, great location and great memories! We’ve stayed all over the island and this has been the best! The views, location and layout of house was great!

Great views, very easy quick beach access. While babies napped inside I was still able to see family on the beach and enjoy views from large deck facing ocean. House was very clean! I gave four stars only because, if the kitchen and furniture were updated this would definitely be a five star stay. Kitchen is well stocked. There is plenty of lounge space for down time for a family of 10. We would stay here again, for sure!!

I, my husband, MIL, 8 year old daughter and 12 year golden retriever stayed her for April vacation for the 2nd time. It was absolutely lovely and relaxing. Rooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies needed to cook. You can’t beat the location, right on the beach and quiet! Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing in every way. The house was recently updated to perfection. The views, quiet, sunrises and beautiful beach did not disappoint. We love this vacation spot so much we will be back again and again. Thank you to Kathy for being such a responsive and accommodating property manager. Needless to say this is our happy place for years to come.

This house was so amazing, perfect amount of space and the perfect location. The ocean was so close! Everything in the house worked correctly and it was very clean when we arrived.

2nd Time at the Pink House. New paint and carpet upgrades were nice and new! Kathy Folds is a great person to cover our needs. The only concern was a new toaster would be helpful, the one that is available burns on the right side. But the oven broiler works well instead! We hope to come back next year!

Really enjoyed our week on the beach. Nice to be able to bring the dogs on the family vacation. House was nice. Could use a little updating but everything worked well (except the vacuum cleaner). Decent beds and linens. Never ran out of hot water, even with multiple showers in sequence. Loved the outdoor enclosed shower. Easy access to the beach. Kitchen was well appropriated.

Absolutely stunning viewing of oceanfront.... literally right in front of you.Thae porch runs the length of this beautiful spacious home.Easy to have a golf cart delivered which I recommend....this island is heavenly driving around watching baby deers with white spots nursing on Mama was magical.Spent so much time on this beautiful beach directly in front of you.We fell in love with this house all 3 generations enjoying each second of it all.Stocked beyond measure inside and out....beach towels,toys,chairs,radio flyer wagon,beach shade pop up.Inside was the same......all spices,foils, ziplock bags,coffee filters,etc. I could go on on how dreamy this getaway is.Thank you so much.

This house has a terrific view and easy access to the beach. It was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

We had a great vacation! The beach was wonderful! The amenity passes are not necessary, unless you want to rent a golf cart. The upstairs bed squeaks with every turn and isn’t very comfortable, but the other beds were fine. This location was not ideal for fishing lovers. The beach is on a sandbar which made for great walks in low tide, but not ideal for fishing. Canal fishing just around the corner, but never caught anything. My teens were disappointed the waves were too small to boogie board on. Plenty of skimboarding though.

There could not be a better view of the ocean. Very clean. Would definitely stay again.

The ocean view was spectacular! The house was comfortable and very clean upon arrival, and the major appliances worked (except the ice maker in frig), but the house was in need of much updating. The kitchen was not adequately supplied for making meals, but the host came through with much needed pans, dishes and glasses. There was no notification of service men coming which interrupted our privacy and activities. Renters need to be given notice, especially since one man was spraying for insects (we did not have time to vacate), and the other man from another company was unvaccinated (we did not let him in). Window shades did not work in most rooms and the sliding doors did not lock and one did not open. Loft toilet did not flush well and hall toilet was not attached to the floor. Not good for our disabled relative.. We worked around these issues, and had a sweet time, but we would not rent again due to all the problems that need to be addressed.

We definitely plan on coming back. The views of the ocean and the location of this property can’t be beat. We Love Fripp Island!

Gate personnel was so very rude & very unhelpful upon arrival. House needed some updating but the view & cleanness made up for that. One of the best sunrise/sunset views on island. Loved the wildlife, dolphins. So Beautiful. Will definitely rent again.

Beach was amazing……it was truly like our own front yard, without the grass!! Great views from so many windows. Saw lots of dolphins, my favorites!! Best location we have rented! Cooked a lot and watched SEC football!

Great location. Great views. The interior artwork moved my soul. Many minor things have deteriorated in and around the house and should be addressed, but I overlooked them and enjoyed the "big picture." Other guests might not. Being a visual person, no longer interested in sitting on a hot beach, I'm grateful to have been able to stare at the ocean from inside that air-conditioned loft...as I enjoyed my tea. I loved having sunrise coffee with my wife, as we both shared a moment with the waking sun. I loved watching the fearless deer stroll by, like they were simply fellow neighbors on their morning walk. I loved being right on the beach, allowing quick access, so we could enjoy our "grits in a cup" morning walks on the sand. A brief, but very cool 3 night stay.

This home met all of our needs for our family vacation. The house was clean, spacious and was beach front with easy access to the beach. The porch overlooking the ocean was quite nice. Sliding glass doors on the back would not lock but this was the only thing not working properly. Definitely recommend and would rent again!

Great location on the Island

This house had the best view we’ve ever had! Sitting on the large back deck is heavenly! It was also the best stocked house we’ve ever stayed in, with a Keurig, regular coffee maker, blenders, ice cream maker, foil, baggies, napkins, spices, puzzles, binoculars, beach toys, and on and on. Loft bedroom does not have a door but is a very nice space with a private deck. Although Fripp was crowded the week of June 26-July 3rd, we practically had a private beach in front of the house. The house could use some updates, but we were very comfortable and happy there, and would readily book again!

Wonderful house on the beach. We rent this house every year for our extended family. It is truly one of the best places to stay at Fripp.

Fantastic location with high tide right in your front yard. The house is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Just a great experience. Looking forward to next year.

Friends had a great time reconnecting. The house is spacious with views from every window. The large table provided a place to gather for meals and games. The Pink Palace provides a one of a kind experience!

This is our second stay, and our four kids (6 and under) absolutely love the magic of “the pink beach house”! It’s steps from the beach, deer were grazing near the deck every day, and even rain didn’t stop the kids from having fun inside! As the mama, I love the open floor plan and general child-safety that we get with this home. I can see and hear everyone from anywhere. We loved our visit once again!

Myself, my husband, mother in law, 6 year old daughter and 10 year old Golden Retriever spent April vacation here. The house is gorgeous, spacious, clean and right on the beach. We had a wonderful time exploring the island and just relaxing. We cooked all our meals there and the kitchen had all the pots and pans and utensils we needed. My mother in law enjoyed the books and puzzles that were available to use. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend this property. Looking forward to booking this home again.
