A very comfortable 2BR cottage in a beautiful, private, garden setting with all practical amenities. Marie was very welcoming (her vase of her garden flowers and the fresh tomatoes were much appreciated). Good storage options for those of us who like to unpack (especially for 3 nights), bonus access to Sky Sport to watch the cricket, private garden setting - and we also appreciate drying the washing in the sun :-) It was a short drive into Invercargill.

Quibbles/suggestions only (we loved the cottage) - a side table for use with the sofa and with the outdoor chairs would have been great (rest the drinks, the phones, the books); the one bedroom window without a privacy/net curtain was the one facing the street & driveway - the other two windows were totally private and the third would have allowed in more light during the day; the shower curtain doesn't quite reach the wall at both ends ... wet floor.

We loved staying here, home away from home. And the most beautiful garden.

Well equipped and comfortable. There's a main road nearby but it's actually quite quiet. Slept very well! Great to have an air fryer. A beautiful garden, and we saw the tui!

The garden was really lovely. Lounge and beds were ok. Close enough to town. Owner really friendly.

The internet was on and off and last day it stopped working. We were notified when we got there they had no fibre and they were aware of the poor internet connection. The sheets seemed cleaned but not sure the quilt covers in the main room were washed and they had a bad smell to it. There were also crumbs on the chairs in the dining room.

The owner was there but not fussing around .. just super....We had a sudden death in the family so we were late leaving .. She was very understanding.

Great location. Beautiful gardens and birds. Enjoyed the shower. Very roomy, much more spacious than a motel. The owners were fantastic and welcoming. Everything we needed to cook meals. Highly recommend and would love to come back and stay.

This was an exceptional Cottage and place to stay for families and long term stay especially. The Hosts were very lovely and very helpful. It was the best place to stay in Invercargill! I Highly recommend and will definitely stay again next visit.
