I enjoyed the property, very clean and lovely little neighborhood close to the lake. My family enjoyed the stay as well, would recommend.

The home is spacious and set in a beautiful neighborhood, where we were delighted to see the local wildlife including a bear (he's a BIG one!) and a few deer. The kitchen stove does need to be updated as we could not get the oven light to go off and the stove coils are not level making cooking difficult. There are 5 nice sized bedrooms and 3 full baths with plenty of hot water for everyone. Be aware you do need to take your own sheets and towels, and there is no foosball table as advertised. Also, be very careful with the pool table as it does say moving it will break the legs. It slides easily if you lean even a little to make a shot (no bridge for reach). Also, if you are looking for any privacy, everything can be heard through the floors (snoring!) The response to a March review said that the mattresses were replaced, but there were some concerning stains and the master bed is very low, with a very, very soft mattress. I also read where the floors were replaced. The floors are really nice and there is room for everyone to sit. I like the open floor plan where those relaxing can talk to those cooking. The tv is quite far from the sofa, so if anyone has vision problems, this could be a concern. Thanks for having us!

The renting process was easy and the homeowner responded quickly when I reached out with a question shortly after checking in. Overall the home was great and matched our expectations for renting a home in Lake Harmony. It easily fit the 10 people in our group with plenty of space both inside and out. Check-in and checkout directions were clear. Since we were only there for a weekend, we didn't heavily use the appliances, but we didn't have any issues with what we did use. The hot tub was in great condition and was enjoyed by all after our days spent rafting near Jim Thorpe and enjoying other outdoor activities in the area.

Great location. Our group had a great time in this house. It was perfect. Plenty of space and loved the sleeping arrangements being on three separate floors. The living room and kitchen space was awesome. The appliances were functional but could have been cleaner. Hot tub was perfect .

Overall our weekend trip was fine but if we had to stay anymore than 2 days I don’t think we could have comfortably stayed at this rental. The owner was extremely nice and was readily available when I had questions but as far as the home itself it needs major updates. The grill was unusable it was so dirty looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The oven inside worked when it wanted too and the oven light would randomly turn on without being touched which to me seems like a safety hazard. There were several questionable stains on the master bed. Unnecessary throw rugs on top of the carpets that each of us tripped over the entire weekend. Overall this home needs a good and deep clean and new appliances. As stated originally we enjoyed our stay but I will not be renting again due to how outdated it is and the condition of some of the bedrooms.

Things that could be improved were the rugs. There are area rugs over old rugs that we tripped over all weekend. It could use a fresh coat of paint in every room and a good deep cleaning. Excellent week long February vacation. Perfect location- very close to ski mountains and places to eat. We had 6 adults, 3 teens, and 1 child staying here and there was more than enough room. The kids all loved having their own floor with their own bathroom, bedrooms, tv area and pool/ping pong table. They also loved the hot tub! We all had a great time! The house was a bit outdated, especially the mattresses, dishwasher, washer/dryer, but everything worked. The fireplace was beautiful! The owners were very helpful and great with communication. It snowed while we were there and they even sent over a crew to clear the driveway for us.

Everything was very clean and big enough to accommodate our annual adult weekend. Will hopefully be returning with the family.

The house was great overall. It was clean and well kept. The carpets were a little beat up, but I would expect that at a ski/summer house. The property was in good shape. The open spaces outside looked a little more “roomy” on google maps. That said, we had space to set up some lawn games. I would stay there again without hesitation.

This home was not as advertised. there was a lot of work to be done to this home as a tenant for a few days and the home wasn’t even ready correctly for us. When we arrived the house was flooded in bugs and spiders, moths.. there’s spider webs all over the place. That’s something we didn’t like. I contacted the owner and was told to go to the store and buy big spray that i would be reimbursed but honestly, as the owner you’re supposed to have that stuff ready. We were advised in the rules that the house did not provide linens and towels so we did bring our own however we didn’t bring toilet paper/paper towel because that wasn’t announced in the rules that we wouldn’t receive, halfway through the trip we had to drive in the dark to buy some toilet paper/paper towels because it wasn’t provided. the rules didn’t say they wouldn’t be provided so it makes no sense to me as to why i had to go out of my way to buy toilet paper. There was also no cleaning necessities to wash the dishes and the dish washer does not work. The grill was going to be used to make chicken and shrimp skewers but after multiple attempts at trying to clean it we just couldn’t. There is so much built up grease on the grill that it’s disgusting to even try and use. The stairs to go down towards the hot tub has a lifted board and 3 of us almost injured ourselves because of it. The hot tubs location is inconvenient as well, located at the side of the home, far from doors, it also lacks light in the area. There is no light to illuminate so when we were trying to enjoy the hot tub after sunset, all we saw was a black abyss, not so great of a feeling when you suffer from anxiety. There’s no lighting outside of the home at all. The size of the home was overall comfortable and suited our group size well. no one felt cramped but regarding the cleanliness of the home and the overall use of the amenities we paid for and didn’t really get to use due to lack of safety measures: we were disappointed. We paid a lot of money to basically deal with a lot of issues our entire weekend. We will not be renting this home again. Also! the beds were really hard, and squeaky. We heard every movement someone did in their room. &- the oven/pot area of the stove are so dirty that when you pass a piece of paper on them the white paper returns black.

I rented this property for a sibling get together. We had so much fun at the house, that we spent the entire time at the house.Wanted to say Thanks a million ti the owners.

This was in a great location and clean. Had everything we needed. The owner is very specific about what we need to bring..They were very easy to contact if you needed any help with something. We will definitely book with them again.
