The location is fabulous. Easy parking in square in front and very easy access to the main square of Urbino. The view from the balcony of the Ducal Palace is exceptional. I wish we could have stayed longer. Property was warm (we stayed in mid March) and the apartment had all the things you needed in the kitchen.

A nice apartment with an absolutely stunning view to the palazzo ducale. The host is friendly, the communication was pleasant. The kitchen has all the necessary basics, but not much more.

As already other reviewers have mentioned: the internet works, but is not the fastest. And the living room is relatively dark. So on sunny days you will find the apartment fantastic, because you will spend your time on the beautiful terracce. But this is probably not the perfect place for a rainy week.

The host was very available and helpful. The apartment location is difficult to beat: very convenient to reach by car, close to downtown and convenient nearby public paying parking. The view from the balcony is priceless. The apartment has all the features needed and is very well organized.

Internet was painful (hot spot) and there are not enough power outlets to conveniently charge all of one's devices at the same time. Also, unless the weather is good and you can enjoy the terrace, the apartment is pretty dark and one's feels a little claustrophobic in the living room, due to luck of window surface and natural light.

Faces a large parking lot but the views above the parking lot are great, the city walls, palace and countryside. Not inside city walls but a 5 min walk to get in.

The balcony view of the Urbino skyline is extraordinary. The evening sun shades the balcony and lights up the ducal palace and surrounds. Book the apartment for this amazing outlook alone. Plan for drinks and dinner there every night

Everything was perfect. The little cottage, with the separate entrance is unbeliavably top-quality equipped, 50 meters from the Old Town. There is a big tarrace to sit but be prepared to see an amazing VIEW. Nothing but the View. The tarrace overlooks the Palazzo, making your stay unforgettable! Add a warm and hospitable host and your stay in Urbino will be just perfect!

The host was extraordinarily welcoming. He waited several hours to give us the key since we were very delayed. At our departure, he gave us a ride to the bus station. We really appreciated his hospitality.

10 out of 10 ! Location is unbelievable! We were looking at Palazzo all night long ! Very convenient parking - right in front of apartment ( $10 for 24 hours) . Owner of the place very friendly and did everything to make us feel at home .
