The apartment has everything you need for a short stay, contacting the owners was very easy and the location is good to explore the nearby harbour.

The floor was a little dirty as you could see after walking around barefooted. They also charge you 20 euros for a set of bedsheets and towels which isn't mentioned in the ad.

Its not a dislike but a lamp near the sofa when using as a sofa bed would be great for reading

Great location and great job by the owners remodeling the unit. Everything has been really thought through for people travelling. Location is right in the middle of the town and everything is within walking distance. Parking is also within walking distance. Good communication from the owners really nothing negative to say about our stay. Hope we have the opportunity to come again.

This is a recently-refurbished holiday apartment in a fabulous location in the centre of the village/town of Marseillan. It's not a beachfront property, so be aware of that, but it's 2 minutes walk from the lovely Port de Marseillan (un the Etang de Thau) and it's next to local shops, cafes etc in the old village centre. That does mean it's next to the market one day a week, but I liked that. Christophe and Karine are helpful and friendly. I got access by a key-code number for the front door (it's next to the office of the Parti Communiste Francais; not sure if that's still going) and there was a second number for the key-box next to the apartment door - the numbers were texted to me the day before arrival. The apartment (I was on the top floor) is very well-equipped in terms of the kitchen, washing machine, bathroom, TV and sound system, and a nice balcony overlooking the little Place de la Republique.

I thought it was spot-on, no "could have been better" points really. Just be aware that it's a village/town-centre rather than a beach property.

A really well equipped and well thought out apartment right in the centre of Marseillan. The terrace overlooks the square where there is a lovely market on Tuesday mornings. Access to the apartment is easy and secure. The whole building is well maintained and meticulously clean, this is more important than ever because of the pandemic. The ice cubes were much appreciated! A great place for exploring Marseillan Port or travelling further afield, exploring vineyards, eating local oysters, visiting ancient villages like Le Couvertoirade, St Eulalie de Cernon or St Guilhem le Désert. Plenty of local restaurants to choose from and cocktails at Noilly Prat are highly recommended. There was usually a parking spot on the square, but if not, there is a nearby free car park that always had spaces.
