The view from the flat is very nice, the living room is spacious, one room has the exit to the balcony. Check in & check out are easy cause the key is left in the lock box. The parking space is just underneath the building. The closest beach is 10min walking away and the center of Calella is 15min walking - however the house is on the hill, so the walk back is quite steep.

The communication of the host. There were some amenities missing or not working (the moka didn't work on the induction stove, therefore we were not able to make coffee) and they didn't make any effort to solve this problems. On the other side they did send us an extended message with the fees that can be charged if we don't comply to weird house rules (Untidy place and excessive dirt: € 50, Leave the kitchen dirty and messy: € 50, Leave the garbage: 30€)

Beautiful Apartment, just like in the pictures. All amenities that are needed. With a balcony with sea view. Perfect communication with the host, made check-in and -out very easy. 5 minutes to walk into the town center & beaches and a supermarket.

Noisy neighbors screaming around on the balcony until late, obviously not the fault of the apartment and in general the location is in a rather quiet living area, but bring earplugs just in case
