everything was perfect. The host was excellent. He explain everything to us. He respons to the messages in no time. Just perfect.

Parking. Elevator. Arrival and departure process with key lockers. Smooth and easy.
We booked for 5 people in total 2 rooms. It was prepared for 4 only. The extra bed is not comfy at all. Rooms ar below of standard in cleannes. See the image of the shower cabin. The rooms has bad smell because of smoking...The door of our bathroom is brokens since forever, I read it in other posts. The worse is the neighbours, we stayed 2 nights and we slept badly due to loud music, noisy party at the pool at night... This is not the fault of the owner of course, but should be prepared if you will stay there...

there was no hot water in the shower, then someone came to fix it but then after it got fixed at night it didn’t work again.

Owner was very helpful and friendly. Apartment fully equipped. Refreshments like tea, coffee or biscuits.
It was dirty, also not possible to close bathroom door what was a bit problematic if there is four of you. Second "bed" not comfortable.

Very nice apartment, the building is new, everything was clean, and all necessary things were present. Very good communication by the host. Big balcony and pool were as advertised.
In the description many credit cards were accepted, but in the end cash was the only payment option. Description shoud be updated. Not a big deal, but there could be a full mirror somewhere:)

It was so incredibly noisy, with some machine (a generator) running til 3 am, and a dog barking constantly all night. I ended up getting two hours of sleep total that night, and it really impacted my day.

Instruction to get to apartment was very clear. House where is located apartment is very nice and silent. Town center is not far.

Great location and views from 7th floor. Very comfortable and quiet. Good shower. Water, tea and coffee provided and very welcome. Allowed late check-out for which we were very grateful. Visit Varosha!

Host was so kind. Apartment was so clean. Building is new. I like everything except the bed. There was a big sofa, an iron, ironing board, drying rack, washing machine, drinkable water bottle, a big open view balcony, all kinds of tools for cooking and eating. The photos on the page are not of the place we stay. Nearly same decoration and same building but we stayed different apartment.
The bed was uncomfortable. Its left side was lower than its right, making it impossible for two people to lie down. I got back pain and i slept at couch. Also, the fact that one side was adjacent to the wall made it impossible to get up without disturbing the other person.

The owner was very communicative and helpful. The place is very well maintained and comfortable. It is very close to the main street where everything is available.
