-No lift to the basement breakfast restaurant, need to walk down the stairs, so people bringing elderly have to take note - No daily top up of shower gel & shampoo by staff, have to self collect at the hotel lobby (staff states it's go green policy) - check out time of 11am is earlier than other hotels - Lack of variety of breakfast menu & have to self return utensils and cutlery - air con is too cold and can't adjust temperature, we have to switch it off in the middle of every night

The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are shops nearby. And their breakfast is great.

The room is too small. Not cleaning everyday. We stayed 4 nights.

Location is near to Taipei main train station. Convenience to move around in Taiwan.

No dustbin in common area to dispose rubbish.

The room and bed are really comfortable. Breakfast does not have a lot of varieties but is enough.

Breakfast end time is bit too early. If can extend till 10 am will be good.

aircon is centralised. you cannot adjust it. after 2 nights stay, housekeeping did not replenish toiletries/ amenity etc.

Hotel is very conveniently located with lots of choice of food and main transportation to all Taiwan. The room is nicely decorated and the wall plugs in the rooms are all international ones, no need to use adaptors. Breakfast was normal, not too much variety.

If hotel can improve the variety at the buffet breakfast.

though there is a TV where the bath tub is, it doesn’t work. air con remains the same temperature, no matter how I brought the temperature up.

The hotel is nearest Z8 exit of underground metro mall, so a little bit far from MRT station (M exit)

The staff is very helpful and polite. The room is clean and neat.

The breakfast is not as satisfying as I have expected. The facility in the bathroom is a bit old.

The location of the property is near to Taipei main station, and 700m away from ximending. It’s really convenient.

The aircon could not be adjusted, and I have to off it.
