Booked this unit to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Great location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Sandy floors met us when we checked in. Overall great location and small unit.

Studio just as described. Nice room with a wonderful view, comfortable place to stay. Didn’t use the pool or hot tub, but they looked nice. Tiki Bar with happy hour 3-6 every night, decent drinks. Places to eat nearby. Easy access to all other areas of the island.

Property is in a great location. Dining options within walking distance. Nice path to walk along the shoreline to watch the sunrise. Property was very clean and plenty of parking. The patio was nice to enjoy coffee in the morning while enjoying the view.

The room was clean and presented beautifully on arrival. It had a great view that you good just sit and take in the view. The check-in process was easy and so welcoming. After a day of exploring, it was wonderful to come back to our room. We enjoyed the stay immensely and would gladly get this room again.

We loved the property and the condo. It was within walking distance to restaurants if you didn't want to drive anywhere and some souvenir shopping. The condo itself we well kept and clean. Loved being able to see the ocean in the short distants.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! Bed was super comfy and the room had everything you could need. We got a laugh every morning seeing the chickens on the roof! The grounds of the property were lush, green and beautiful! 10/10 recommend!

The location is perfect, so many places you can walk to. The view is incredible! We will definitely come back and stay there again.

The location of this property is perfect for getting around the island easily. It is truly ocean front and the grounds are stunning! Front desk staff always friendly when passing through the lobby. Unit was clean and exactly as pictured, view was amazing. Pool area clean and busy but never had trouble finding a chair. Beach area is great place to relax…we used the beach chairs provided with the unit. Beach towels were also nice to have. Cooler, umbrella and boogie boards also available at the unit but not used. Bed was very comfortable. We didn’t even try the tv…we were too busy experiencing the island. A couple of things to note that are worth mentioning (although most of these things would not change our decision to stay) …1)in room safe didn’t work and was not repaired during our 7 day stay despite notifying management on the first day, 2) sliding glass door very hard to open and close, and 3) this is an adjoining room and there can be a lot of noise from neighbors at times (the last half of our stay we could hear their tv as well as talking and coughing very easily). These weren’t game changers as we weren’t in our room too much. When we were there we were too exhausted from all of our island adventures to care. Overall a wonderful stay! Thank you!

It was the perfect place to stay! The pictures was actually how they described it. The view was amazing and the balcony added a wonderful atmosphere to end our night, especially after our long hikes. The place was near the most adorable shops and places to eat (Coconut Market). We will be returning back for sure!!

We loved our stay at islander 205. The property and grounds are well maintained and we had everything we needed.

Our stay in Kapaa was perfect. The condo was cute and in a great location. It was in a central location to the other major cities on the island. It is close to great food choices, the pool and beach were less than a 5 minute walk. Candace was great to work with and made our booking, check in and check out easy!! We loved this location and would stay here again in a heart beat.

I would definitely recommend staying here! The place was super clean, had lots of extra beach gear, and was generally very comfortable!

Easy to visit the island from there. Everything in the unit to have breakfast before you go explore. A few restaurants on location. Beach is beautiful, but a little too rocky and to swim. Overall, a nice place to stay.

My husband and I stayed here during our trip to quiet and June/July 2023. The place is a cute little condo in a relatively quiet community. The condo is outfitted with necessities, and made for a very convenient place to stay. The community has a pool, hot tub, a small bar, and several outdoor grills poolside. The condo unit has plates, bowls, flatware, and several kitchen necessities, including a microwave, hot water, boiler, and a drip coffee machine. It even had two Tommy Bahama lawn chairs and a beach umbrella that we were able to use and enjoy for a beach day. I really love this location for a few reasons – first, it is just south of the town of Kapaa, which is a slightly busier area on the island. There are some great restaurants within close, driving distance, and even a small mini mall walking distance from the unit with great late night, food, options, and ABC market, and some lite shopping. But most importantly, for us, we wanted to explore as much of the island as possible, and this really made that easy to do. It is about an hour up to the north end of the island and an hour to an hour and a half to the south end of the island and up into the Waimea canyon. I think it would’ve been much more difficult had we stayed on the south or north end and had a 2+ hour drive ahead of us to get to the other side on any given day. This condo was very clean and had a very friendly staff at the front desk. Highly recommend, and would stay here again.

Condo was very clean, check-in was easy, and the condo description was as stated on VRBO. Great location with easy access to most of the major tourist areas and just about anything you will need in amenities nearby, restaurants, pharmacy, shops, …

Clean and simple. Had everything we needed for a great vacation. Although we didn't truly spend much time in the room, it had everything we needed for a comfortable place to crash each night. The walls were a little thin so you could hear your neighbors, and the AC wasn't fully functioning, but the fan provided in the closet seemed to fix both issues.

Loved the central location and the room was very clean and had everything we needed. With a great view from the second floor!

It was really fun and relaxing to sit on the deck and watch the ocean. The bed and pillow were super comfortable. I also appreciate that the refrigerator was very quiet. This property was centrally located which made it easy to explore the island. The biggest issue with the property is the thin walls which causes you to hear your neighbors next door and above you. I just wore earplugs and I was fine. The rugs in the hallway were a bit dated and old, but the unit itself was super cute.

Overall, we had a very nice time at this property. The bed was super comfortable and the refrigerator was very quiet. Super cute! However, the walls are very thin and you can hear a lot of noise. The room was clean but could use a deep clean on the floors, especially the corners, lots of grime. The hallway rugs look a bit shabby too. The grounds were pretty and centrally located. Nice rental.

Enjoyed our stay at Islander on the Beach! Clean and comfortable. You couldn’t ask for a better view. Centrally located, shops, restaurants and market at your back door.

The property is perfectly situated for a relaxing Hawaiian vacation. The Islander is central to all Kauai attractions and is within walking distance to popular shops, a full grocery store, and a local coffee shop. The room includes everything you'll need for a comfortable time at the beach. The property manager is communicative and responds quickly to questions.

Overall, the property is beautiful and in a great location to most good options. The room is small, but cozy and the balcony makes for beautiful views and meals outside. The room has a small fridge and tiny freezer, a small microwave, and other small appliances like a toaster, coffee maker, and blender. Every drawer and storage place is used to store something already, which makes storing your things a challenge. Overall, it served its purpose. I would recommend advising that a parking pass is needed to be secured at the lobby. I don’t remember seeing that detail in any of the instructions and we didn’t find out until we received a notice that our car was going to be towed. Also, the parking spots are VERY tight and some nights finding parking was difficult

We loved this condo and the property it is located at. There was a front desk and everyone was super friendly. Dining is close by as well as shopping. We took a kayak tour and we were able to meet the group right in the plaza next to the property. Everything was clean and well appointed. The hot tub and bar were fun for socializing. I would have to say of the 3 properties we stayed at in Hawaii this was our favorite !

We chose this property because of its central location. Easy to explore the northern & southern parts of the island. A beautiful view from our lanai. A little shopping/restaurant area right there. This was our first visit to Kauai. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I had a phenomenal time at Candace’s place. Six week trip to the islands for our 40th wedding anniversary, this is our first time in Kauai. The east shore is the absolute best for sunrises and the Blue Kauai at Islander on the Beach place is a hidden gem on the island, great location, amenities and literally steps from the ocean! So much to see and do not far away, nature abounds.

The place was nice. It was clean and we liked that it was close to the village and we could walk to lunch or dinner, or to the lifts. The sauna and jetted shower were a nice way to finish the day.

We stayed here for a week and it was a great central location to all parts of the Island. Having a pool and places within walking distance was awesome! Would definitely stay here again!
