This was our second time at Base Camp One and the first with the Garceaus at Silvercreek 107. The property was suitable for a family of four that included two teenage girls. The host, Jennifer, was accessible and promptly answered questions and provided suggestions regarding Granby. Without concern or reservations, I would recommend this property and host to others.

Great location. Kitchen had pretty much most items needed for vacation. Ski in/ski out as advertised, will stay again.

It was great. The location and the quality of the condo could not have been better. We had a great time.

We stay at this property 2 to 3 times per year and are happy every time. You cannot beat being able to take a break from skiing in the middle of the day at the condo. We also always head to the pool and hot tub at least once per stay. You can buy a day pass from the clubhouse. The hot tub is super hot, and the pool is nicely heated as well.

We had an amazing time on our trip and this place had a lot to do with it! We were comfortable and so close to everything . We will for sure we renting this place again!

We stay at this condo 2-3 times each ski season and love it! It is well stocked and the location can not be beat. Looking forward to our next stay in February.

The property was clean, and the host was easy to communicate with. Location was wonderful on the first floor. We had a couple of issues, but the host did her best to resolve and solve our issues.

We were in town for a wedding at Granby Ranch. This unit provided wonderful access to the wedding location and festivities. The condo was fully stocked, clean and the location was perfect. We hope to return again!

Loved staying at this condo. Me, my wife and 3 kids(12, 8, and 1) had a blast. Perfect location to watch kids ski and trade off with toddler duties. The condo had everything we needed and was super clean. Hope to make staying here a yearly tradition!

This is our 4th or 5th time renting this unit. We have rented in all seasons, and the comfort and location never disappoint. The owners have thoughtfully furnished the condo, and it has everything we needed. We love the short walk out to the ski lift, it makes stopping back by to rest or have lunch so easy. The community fire pit just outside the patio is large and inviting with lots of seating as well as picnic tables. We also always appreciate the garage parking, where there are luggage carts to help you get your items up to the unit. Stay here, you will love it!

Everything we needed for a week in the mountains, great place to stay and location is incredible.

We have stayed here for two years. We love how easy this is for our kids to take off their ski stuff outside and come in for a snack/meal/bathroom break. We have young kids, so staying here is a great way to give them skiiing adventures without wanting to cry because you are stuck in a lodge all day with a cranky child!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Base Camp. This was our 3rd visit & we will be returning next year. Family friendly, quiet & quaint, low key.

We had another great stay at this property. The location is just perfect; you walk out your back door to the ski lift! It makes it so easy to take a break for lunch or to warm up, then head back to the slopes. I imagine that we'll be back again next year!

This condo is the perfect location. Directly in front of the ski lift and on the first floor! We would walk out the back porch and be on the lift within 3 minutes. The owner was responsive with any questions we had and the condo is very comfortable and up to date. We will book this condo again.

I loved staying at this place. Unit was very clean, kitchen was well equipped, the owner was very responsive when we had trouble with internet and we managed to resolve the issue within 30 minutes. Area is beautiful. Only thing we wished was that we had our mountain bikes with us because there is lift open for mountain biking just minute walk from apartment.

We had an amazing experience staying at this property. The owners knew that we were coming for our wedding and left us a bottle of champagne with a nice card…so sweet and thoughtful. The location was perfect and so convenient to be close to our wedding reception. Definitely recommend this place!

We came to Colorado for the weekend for a wedding at Granby ranch. The location of this condo could not have been more perfect! The ski lift was right outside the back door! Very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Loved the master bathroom! It was very spacious and well designed. Made it very easy for two people to get ready for a wedding at the same time. Entry instructions were very helpful and easy to follow. We arrived late the first night and were worried about getting in, but we had absolutely no issues! We were pleasantly surprised about how easy it was to find the unit and get in given the instructions provided. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing property with amazing views! Came early August for a wedding and this property was exactly where I was hoping to be. Peaceful surroundings and amazing hiking! Hosts were great with communication I highly recommend staying here!

Our family if 5 was looking for a condo that would be close to RMNP and lots of beautiful hikes but also give us plenty of space and comfort! This place was perfect! The property was exactly as advertised and had several unexpected extras (like there was tide, dish tabs, trash bags, etc). Everything was clean, comfortable, and a great place location! I might also add I saw some of the previous reviews mentioned the heat/no air situation. When we arrived, there were individual air conditioning units in the room so everything was VERY comfortable! Would highly recommend!!

Great location between Winter Park and Grand Lake to enjoy golf (3 courses nearby), various hikes, and cooler mountain weather. We loved the first floor location to walk out the door to bike/hike or enjoy food at the grill just yards away. Our college aged daughter came for 2 nights so having the extra room /bathroom was nice and the kitchen /living area are spacious.

The property was as described. Was kept very clean. We had a great time and would recommend his property to anyone else wanting to stay there. The property manager was very quick to get back to me with questions I had.

We were in Granby for a baseball tournament and this was a great place for our family of 5! The only complaint we would have is being charged $10 a day per person to use the pool! That was a bit steep, but NOT the owners fault! We will definitely be back.

This rental was a nice place in Granby. We stayed here for quick access to RMNP during June. It was an easy 25 minute drive to Grand Lake, so it fit the bill. I’ll share the pros and cons of our experience: CONS - there’s no AC! Coming from the midwest I take ac for granted. It was 79 when we entered the unit and really didn’t cool down to below 77, except first thing in the a.m. CO was having a hot week and Granby was mid-80’s, so the unit never really got too cool, even with the fans and opening the doors. Since the unit is 1st floor, the doors could only stay open while you were there and awake! The second bedroom has no ceiling fan. The floor fan we used in the main area to try and draw cool air in. The master queen also was outfitted with flannel sheets! No lighter sheets to be found! Our sleep was a tad disrupted! The towels have seen better days. They’re supposed to be white, but many of them were showing old stains and far from white! Also, we utilized the sofa sleeper only to be greeted by pretzel crumbs everywhere. Not a huge deal, but still off-putting. PROS - Jennifer was very responsive and communicated quickly to an issue in the master bath and a broken chair. The unit has plenty of space for a family and lots of places to sleep. The entire unit was very nicely decorated. It is an easy location to get to and from. The pool looked very nice, but only was open 8-4:45, which was while we were gone! It was nice to have full kitchen access and many comforts of home while on our trip.

We had a great trip. The location of this condo was great for family skiing in and out.

My family and I stayed here during the winter to ski and could not have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was exactly as advertised, and maybe even a little closer to the lift. The place was super clean and very open. Being able to park under the building to keep the car dry was an added bonus as well.

This condo complex is nice, new, and right at the base of the mountain. This condo is one of the most convenient to the slopes that I have ever seen. The pool was closed due to COVID which was disappointing but at least the slopes were open. The condo is nicely furnished and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.
