Nice clean little cottage perfect for the two of us. Location was excellent and we got plenty of use of the bikes and tricycle. Tricycle perfect for carrying cooler and bags to the beach. A/c was having some trouble but the manager had someone over promptly to clean filters and get it running strong. Looking forward to our next trip to the area!

Overall, this was a great place to stay in close vicinity to the beach. The place was clean and had all essential items. The AC was a little weak for the extreme Florida summer heat, and it was pretty bright in the morning despite using the shades. Thank you for having us!

My Wife & I loved this cozy little cottage. It is very, very clean, well thought out, with lovely decor, and perfectly located, a short walk to everything. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and this couldn't have been more perfect.

We had the best time at this carriage house. It was clean and new. They provided bikes, beach chairs and beach towels. The location was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location for two beach loving people

My husband and I had the best stay here. It was the perfect amount of space, a clean and comfortable spot to lay our heads. We were out and about most of the time, and the included bikes were perfect for that. We took them everywhere. Loved having the porch for a rainy afternoon. You can’t beat the location. Right in the middle of Rosemary and walkable/bikeable to everything. Thank you for the extra beach towels also - we brought our own but ended up needing fresh ones for evenings on the beach. We wish we had stayed long enough to take advantage of the pool access. Such a perk. We can’t say enough good things. We will be back for sure!

Super nice

A very clean cute condo that has everything you could need on your trip to 30A! We had an amazing stay & loved the property we chose. There are beach umbrellas and beach chairs in the garage that previous guests have left available for use! It’s nice to have a garage to park your car in, prime location, super clean. 5 star rating from us

We LOVED our stay here! I cannot say enough good things about this place! It was clean, cozy, and in close proximity to the town & the beach! Cannot wait to come back.

Overall the cottage was beautiful and clean! The cottage hade local homemade soap, which was a beautiful touch. My wife and I love rosemary and this rental was and excellent home. I did have an issue with check out dates, on the VRBO email it said one day and in the system it had another day. Although this was a little frustrating, after talking to the host she cleared up the issue which was greatly appreciated!!

We really enjoyed our stay here while we visited Rosemary!!! The cottage was very clean, kept up, & provided all the necessities we needed for our trip. Cheryl responded promptly whenever we needed something & was great to work with! This is the perfect location to stay in Rosemary that was close to the square and the beach. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Stayed for a long weekend- well equipped, very clean and a short walk to Barrett Square and shops, dining and the beach. Great amenities. Would definitely recommend.

So much to say about this spot, but I’ll try to keep it short. First off, Cheryl is an outstanding host! She is friendly, helpful, and seems to really care about your experience at her VRBO. She is quick to communicate and solve any issue you have. The carriage house is the perfect spot to experience Rosemary Beach. It was clean, comfortable, updated, and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Two blocks from the town square on one of the quietest streets. The included bikes were so much fun - an easy 2 minute ride to the included private beach access. If you’re getting away by yourself or the two of you, this is probably one of the best places you can stay in Rosemary! 10/10, A+++ We can’t wait to come back and won’t look at anywhere else to stay from now on!

Loved this little cottage! It was the perfect place to spend our anniversary and the location was wonderful as well. We hope to stay here again in the future! Clean, updated and everything worked perfectly. Cheryl was quick to respond and was very helpful in answering our questions before we arrived.

Place was perfect for 2 people. Great location. 3 minute bike ride to the beach. Clean. Bikes and chairs were nice. Owner very responsive. Definitely stay here again.

Wonderful will revisit again

The unit was very quaint and just what my husband needed. Normally we still in a house 3-4 bedrooms, so it was so perfect. We also did enjoy the champagne that was left for us. However the owners or person I was connecting before and during our stay was not as nice on VRBO "Cheryl". If you further details regarding our conversation or copies, I can provide. We also requested laundry service and it was never pickup, so if they do provide this service, you might want to make sure to follow-up with them and get a phone number. When we emailed Cheryl regarding the Tropical storm, they advised the would NOT do anything for us unless it was a mandatory evacuation. My husband and I did not want to leave, but we were left with no choice. Especially since we had no AC in the unit which added more stress, the unit did not have property AC. The unit was too small for the place and the unconformable temperatures. We had to wake up every hour to manual turn it on with the remote. The unit probably ran the fan or unit for about 15 minutes and then would cut off. With being at the beach or riding bikes, you would expect to your vacation spot with a a way to cool down, this unfortunately did not happen. There was no circular motion to cool the unit and since the owner was so rude, we decided to just leave and check out to brace for the storm and be able to sleep in our own beds with AC.

The room was very neat and super clean. We had a fun time riding the bikes around Rosemary and to the beach. We were glad to have the bikes to ride to the beach as it is at least a 10 minute walk. I thought it was closer. The property is very small. I contacted Cheryl several times before our trip and she was super helpful and nice. Next time we will probably find a bigger place to stay but this was a nice place.
