The cabin was cozy and welcoming. Having two main level suites was perfect for each couple. Then the two bedrooms upstairs were perfect for the four boys in one room and three girls in the other room. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, cookware, and utensils. The one suggestion would be a larger floor mat at the entry to keep shoes on, especially in the winter with the snow. Some shoe trays would be great to contain water from shoes. Our families enjoyed the cabin and hope to return in the future. Hosts were easy to work with.

We had a group of 12 with 4 dogs. The house worked great for us. It was nice to have access to on site boat rental and beach while being close to TC.

Good time with friends. No issues, comfy beds and good atmosphere.

The home was lovely ! It was a perfect layout for our family. All three bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen could of been cleaner. We had 13 people and 9 coffee cups. Two dish towels and no dish cloths were not enough for one week.

For some reason we thought it was right on the lake from the description, but it was a little bit of a walk. Otherwise everything just as described and we had a great stay for Iceman weekend

The house was very nice and clean inside. Lake view was limited due to trees and you're not directly on the water. Location was nice with a quick 15-minute trip into Traverse City. Overall happy with our experience.

House and property were perfect for an up north get away! Close access to the lake. Only thing is be sure to bring towels (bath and hand) and shower toiletries. There is a warning about the towels!

This was a good cabin for our stay. The location was nice with a view of the water. Also, it was a good location for our family, it wasn’t entirely secluded but other cabins were far enough away to offer privacy and no noise. It was also dog friendly which was a plus.

We had an excellent trip, beautiful property and lake. Looking forward to renting again in the future!!

The inside is as pictured and was very clean! The bathrooms appeared all updated and kitchen had everything we needed. Beautiful home! Bring extra fan for upstairs bedrooms. Very nice wrap around porch but was very dirty. Couldn't touch railings because so many cob/spider webs, floor dirty and I had to sweep right away. Its a log cabin and all the logs were covered with cobwebs. Cabin farther distance than stated. Jason very easy to work with

House was great. Served us well. However when we arrived we had to sweep the deck off as it was covered with tree falling. Uncovered the patio furniture to find a big mouse nest and a mouse scurring around. Contacted host and let her know of our findings and she insisted herself and property Manger were out to house and blew off deck and they keep covers on furniture due to high pollen. Ok I understand that but they couldn't of taken the covers off to make sure they were clean underneath. Also after sweeping the deck off there were no tree droppings on Sunday when we left. Also found a dirty pair of socks half way underneath the couch in living room. Again overall not bad. Just when you see how much you pay in cleaning fees and you have to do the cleaning upon arrival.

Great experience, little hiccup the last morning, property manager called to ask us why we weren't out yet, even though the times are posted in the neat little guestbook and online instructions. Was a bad on their part, but not a big deal.

We were very happy to have a girls weekend in this cabin. It was very clean, except under the couches and chairs in the living area. Other than that, we had a lovely time, and was very happy with our stay.

Our stay was wonderful! So much room and the home is beautiful. Our only issue was the knives being super dull.

The home was beautiful and clean. A lock on the front door with a code which was given to us by the owner was convenient and eliminated wasted check in time. There were a few problems with the hot water which Josh took care of. He was very friendly and helpful. I certainly hope he is being well compensated as he was running around like a chicken with his head cut off. Because of all the trees, there really wasn't a review of the lake although there was a small blurb in the literature regarding this matter. I would suggest updating the information on the home as there have been a few changes due to upgrades. There is not a sleeper bed in the great room which did cause a small problem. The upstairs does not have any vents which make it very warm and I'm sure cold in the winter. There were not any screens on the windows (except for one of the upstairs bedrooms). It would have been nice to at least keep the door wall open. The dryer was very, very slow in drying but did work. Perhaps the vents need to be cleaned. I am only bringing these matters up as the home is quite beautiful and these small things might stop peeps from coming. Thank you for a delightful stay.

Great peaceful stay. Just what we needed

We had a lovely time. The accommodations were clean and just how it was pictured. Parking was closer than we thought. Angela was quick to respond to my questions and very polite. We had 14 people stay and we were comfortable.

We had a wonderful time staying at windjammer and the snowy driveway was a favorite for the kids to sled down!

After booking I received an email that only contained the checkout information and therefore I missed the NO TOWEL situation. That's right you have to bring kitchen towels, washcloths, hand towels, bath towels and beach towels. Also be sure to bring toilet paper and paper towel as you will run out of those products during your stay. 3 rolls of TP and 1 partial roll of paper towel doesn't go very far. After contacting the owner for check-in information she was quick to reply with the necessary information. I should have read it all the way through as it is indicated that the above products would not be provided. I was a TC resident about a decade ago and I travel back a couple times per year and I'm glad I was able to act as our tour guide. Know that this property does not provide any information regarding the area. I've rented in TC before and been greeted by a welcome basket and/or binder with a listing of area attractions, maps, and an additional copy of rental information. Don't expect that here. Just the code to enter the property. Also, this property is not on the lake. The lake is a short walk through an area of other rentals.We did have a wonderful time in TC and this property was suitable for our group of 6 adults. We enjoyed dinner using the grill on the impressive deck, evening games around the large dinning room table and the gas fireplace was an added bonus during movie night.

Had 11 college friends all stay together for a weekend and it was perfect! So many beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms for everyone. It was the perfect space and had plenty of room for all of us. Angela was great to work with!

Our experience was good overall. The place was clean and welcoming!

During this time when a clean stay is a must, we found the cleanliness of the home in need of improvement. There was so much dirt in the basement/laundry room/bathroom area we had to sweep AND vacuum. There was food behind the dryer and the stair rails, stairs and floors in basement had not been cleaned. The smoke alarm upstairs kept going off at night even after the battery had been replaced. We would have loved to have opened the windows, but very few had screens and were so dirty, we didn't bother. We were also notified AFTER we had started our trip that no towels would be provided. Luckily, we had thrown some in our car. Bed linen was worn and the blankets were stained. The king size blanket didn't even fit the bed. For the money, I had hoped for better. Size of the house was good.

The house was great! Looked just like the pictures and was mostly clean. Easy trip into TC. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again.

Overall the cabin was a great experience. I will recommend you guys bring your own Towels.

Our property was just like it is in the pictures. It was mostly clean and I think we might have had some uninvited visitors. When part of our party arrived, the back door was unlocked and the hallway, stairs, and bathroom were covered in sand and the toilet was dirty. Outside the garage there were lots of sand toys and empty chip bags. We cleaned the bathroom before using it. This was probably the only thing that was amiss,

Had a great time. Had plenty of room for group of 13. Volleyball court right outside cabin and access to water to kayak and fish.

Cabin 9 was a beautiful log cabin with a gorgeous balcony, lake access, volley ball net, bonfire pits, kayaks, and several boats to rent. Angela and Josh were great hosts who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay! I would recommend!
