Could not have asked for a better holiday staying in the Villa. The perfect spot for our family. Dan was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole booking process. Will definitely be back in the future.

We just came back from a 2-week vacation in this location. Until now, there are 24 reviews of this fantastic villa, having an average note of 4,8 out of 5 points. I fully agree with everybody who praised this location, no matter whether: - The big and confortable house - The fabulous pool, - The paradise garden, - The full equipments, - The wishless neighbourhood, - Or the extremely nice and helpful owners and will not repeat the comments. But I´d like to „warn“ you: No matter how many positive reviews you have read, no matter how high your expectations are, going there you will be extremely positively surprised and your expectations will not only be met but exceeded.

Wir waren als Familie mit sechs Erwachsenen eine Woche im Juni in der Villa und haben jeden Moment genossen. Ein sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus und eine traumhafte Pool-Anlage haben uns jeden Moment genießen lassen. Kurze Wege zu Fuß zum Strand, den Restaurants und den Geschäften runden den Gesamteindruck ab. Unser Gastgeber war immer erreichbar und hatte auf alle Fragen eine Antwort. Herzlichen Dank!

Tres bonne surprise, la villa était superbe

A great location with excellent amenities - all that you would want. It is within short walking distance of a good bakery, a couple of smaller supermarkets, a couple of bars, a really good restaurant (Côté Jardin) and a 15 minute walk to the beaches. You can mix pool and sea very easily.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette magnifique propriété. La villa qui correspond exactement à l'annonce sur Abritel, aucune mauvaise surprise. La maison est très propre et bien entretenue, la piscine et le système Sonos sont des vrai plus de cette charmante villa. Après une journée à Antibes, Menton, Eze ou Monaco, on a hâte de retrouver la villa le soir pour un barbecue autour de la piscine. C’est un endroit paisible, idéal pour une famille ou un groupe d’amis. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire qui est très réactif. Seul bémol, le portail battant donnant directement sur la route qui est un peu étroit pour les voitures familiales (4x4, Berline…). Il faut faire attention en sortant et en entrant dans la propriété, mais on s’habitue après quelques jours.

Des propriétaires soucieux du confort de leurs invités, rien ne manquait! Une maison confortable et agréable à vivre. Une piscine aux dimensions parfaite pour une grande famille. Petit bémol: - pour la proximité de la route qui enlève un peu de charme au lieu (mais nous étions prévenus) - pour l'accessibilité à la villa délicate et parfois dangereuse du fait d un portail en bord de route.

Good location, Nice House, provided everyting we needed for our family holiday with kids from 3-18. Great pool and soundsystem

to spend the summer holidays. We stayed here as a family of six for a week in July and we all really had a great time. The house is very spacious with four bedrooms and three bathrooms and easily accommodates six or seven people. The rooms are all bright and nicely done and well equipped with everything you need. Piece de resistance is the pool outside where our four teenagers spent most of their time. All bedrooms have air conditioning which we were really thankful for. Lounge and kitchen are also very spacious and are very nicely done. The kitchen is super well equipped with lots of glasses, plates, cutlery and kitchen utensils. Outside there is a great built in barbecue and an additional fridge. The internet is really good. It even works in the garden. Our teenagers were hugely impressed by this and gave it an A+++. The amenities (shops, bakery, restaurants, bar and beach) are all within walking distance. And last but not least the communication with the owner is fantastic. He is quick to answer any question. Within minutes you get an answer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and hope to come back some time.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa which was clean and very well equipped.. fabulous pool and sunbathing area. The owners had thought of everything you might need in the kitchen and provided it all . We were so impressed with the remote control awnings providing shade and the great internet tv too ! Easy walking distance to a great beach and located really well to visit Antibes, Monaco and other places around . 5 minutes from a great bakery for breakfast goodies and plenty of supermarkets in the area. Thank you so much we hope to come back again one day x

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr zentral und schön. Der Pool und das Haus haben uns gut gefallen. Leider war so gut wie nicht geputzt , überall Haare, Staub und dreckige Böden Selbst Zeitung lag noch so am Pool rum. Dies haben wir der Agentur zurückgemeldet. Diese haben toll reagiert und dem Hausbesitzer die Situation gemeldet. Dieser kam dann zwei Tage später angeblich um zu putzen. Danach hatte sich nichts verändert, an der Toilette die selben Haare ..selbst in der Dusche. In einem Bad hat er sogar noch mit seinen Schuhen Dreck hinterlassen. Deshalb kriegt das Haus leider wegen der mangelnden Hygiene einiges an Abzug. Ansonsten super schön angelegt.

The villa exceeded our expectations in every respect - it was clean, comfortable and very well equipped and we really appreciated the air conditioning in the bedrooms. The configuration of rooms was ideal for our family group of grandparents, children and grandchildren and the swimming pool was a delight. The housekeeping and maintenance staff responded instantly to one or two queries for which we were very grateful. Supermarkets, restaurants, beach and buses were all within walking distance. Flott med eget basseng og kort vei til stranden. Butikkene i gå avstand hadde dårlig utvalg og er dyrere enn supermarkedet i kjøre avstand. Flott uke med alt vi hadde behov for.

Very nice and clean house with a lovely pool. Lots of sunbeds and high tech-devices such as Apple TV and surround audio system. We spend most time by the pool, but its just 5-10 minuters to the beach and 10-15 minutes to the beautiful marina with beautiful boats, nightmarkets and a lot of restaurantes. It was only a couple of minutes to the bakery and supermarket. The house is situated on a quite busy road which was the only thing we didn't like. On the other hand, the house is well gated and secluded, but you will hear the traffic. The household is very well equiped. It was two kitchen, but we only used the main one. Its a childfriendly house, one level with a lot of details for the kids, for examlpe pool alarm, chair, baby cot etc. We also really liked the mosquito nets and AC in every bedroom. I can recomend this house to everyone who would like like to spend a good time in this lovely part of France.

die villa ist super gut ausgestattet.wir haben eine super woche erlebt. wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. einkaufen ( super U ) bäckerei ,bus stand,das Meer, alles sehr nah...haben das auto nicht gebraucht... es war auch viel zu heiss die umgebung zu erkunden...dafür haben wir uns am pool erholt. danke ,merci

Very cosy provoncal villa, perfectly equipped for all needs (also with a small baby). Very nice and clean garden. We felt very comfortable and also liked the short distance to the sea and the new beach clubs on the shore and also to stores (bakery and Pizza Gargantua highly recommended). It was pure bliss to sit around the pool and to listen to the sprinkgling water. We come back here for sure.

The villa was a good size, clean, with all the amenities we needed and a homely feel, which suited our group with a small child really well. The outside area with the pool and garden is great space for both day and night (we spent most nights outside barbecuing). The villa is in a good location with walking distance to the beach, restaurants and supermarket, and a great boulangerie just round the corner! Would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé deux merveilleuses semaines dans cette jolie villa proche de toutes les commodités, plages, commerces...pas besoin de voiture. Emplacement idéal pour visiter les villages de l'arrière pays et profiter de la riviera. Rien n'a manqué. Séjour parfait.

GENIAL; TRAUMHAFT SCHOEN: SAUBER UND SEHR ZENTRAL.

Wer hier Urlaub macht kann sich total erholen. Das Haus hat einen traumhaften Garten mit schönen Swimmingpool. Cool ist der gemauerte Grill direkt am Pool. Hier kann man eine tolle Barbecue Saison machen. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und die Betten sehr gut. Der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermarkt sind auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Durch die nur 5 Minuten entfernte Bushaltestelle“ Eucalyptus“kann man in nur 15 min Cannes erreichen oder in 10 Minuten zur Antibes Altstadt. Somit kann man sein Auto entspannt sicher auf dem Grundstück stehen lassen. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub kann man das Haus sehr empfehlen deshalb die 5 Sterne! LG Marion und Dieter

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely villa. The property is well situated with easy access to the shops of Juan les Pins and the rather chic beach. There are many excellent restaurants in the marina area offering a variety of cuisine. This villa is of a very high standard. The décor is recently done in all the rooms. A nice lounge / dining room with comfortable seating if you want to spend time indoors. The bedrooms are of a good size and the bathrooms and kitchen well equipped. All of which are spotlessly clean. What really made our stay so special was the fabulous pool and outside area, which is where we spent most of our time. A great place to chill out and relax. Exactly what we needed, and I am pleased to say this villa exceeded all our expectations.
