This was a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, but still close to great parks and shopping.

It was so wonderful to spend a week with our kids and grandkids in June 2024. There were a total of 10 of us who stayed at the house. For the evening meal, 8 more family members joined us. The dining room table plus the outdoor patio table were adequate to include everyone.
When planning to use the fire pit, be sure to bring your own kindling and matches.
While the owner indicated she doesn’t maintain the grill, we found it wasn’t usable and recommend throwing it away.
The entire house was immaculate w/no unusual smells. The ac worked well. Both televisions worked well. The three bathrooms were functional and clean. The downstairs commode intermittently ran then filled up fine.
In the bathrooms, we needed more than the provided black “makeup” washcloths so picked up more wash cloths at Walmart.
The kitchen is large enough for several people to prep a meal. It would have benefited by full sets of measuring cups and spoons. The knives are good and sharp.The conduction stove was new to me and worked fine. The large top fridge and bottom freezer is perfect & had no weird smells or stains.
The laundry area includes a front loading washer and dryer as well as detergent, fabric softener and dryer sheets. The appliance directions were easy to follow.
The owner requested no shoes be worn upstairs, but many of us kicked off our shoes no matter whether we went upstairs or not.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay, would stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

A lovely home! Things we liked most: very quiet neighborhood, fireplace was cozy on the rainy days, spacious for our group of 5, very close to shopping & restaurants, grocery store was 5 min away, the firepit was fun. We roasted marshmallows too! The mattresses were very comfortable - I think I got the best night's sleep in a year! Sam was a great hostess. We went to the Birds of Prey center - one of her suggestions - quite a highlight of our visit!

Sam’s property was very comfortable for our group of 8. House was tidy and clean. We loved the location, Trader Joe’s was close! The neighborhood was quiet. Backyard was nice - didn’t get a chance to use the fire pit or cornhole - too cold outside.

This home was perfect for our holiday stay. There were 8 of us and I was initially concerned that 1700 square feet may seem too small, but it was laid out very well. There was plenty of sleeping area and the back yard was lovely. The neighborhood was great and very quiet. Directions for use and checkout were great. Was a wonderful experience.

It is a great location, easy to travel to multiple points of interest. There is great shopping nearby, and there are outstanding restaurants in the area.

It was a great place for our 26th annual girls' trip. We especially enjoyed spending time in the backyard in the early mornings and evenings. Great location near The Village in Meridian!

Over the last few years our group has stayed at 7-8 VRBO or similar properties as we travel all over the US for Baseball. The communication with the host was OUTSTANDING. We were able to communicate and early arrival which was awesome. There was a minor issue with the AC to which the host had repairmen onsite within hours and they stayed until late at night to fix the issue. As an Idaho contractor I have never seen an HVAC company respond so fast and be willing to work late to fix the issue. We would be honored to stay at this property again.

This was an excellent central location for us during our family reunion. Sam was easy to work with and answered questions in a timely way.
The fenced back yard is a plus and the house was
very comfortable.

We had a great stay at this house in Boise for a weekend baseball tournament. Centrally located and plenty of options for dining out. The boys had a great time at Top Golf. Communication with the owner was great. We will stay here again the next time we’re in the area.

We stayed here for a little cousin retreat and I must say it was perfect! The house was so clean, spacious, and perfect for making connections.
Our family used the open kitchen for games and gathering, and the kids used the front room for movies. (Both rooms are close, but noise cross-over wasn't a problem.) There's a TV in the kitchen/family area too, so next time, we can shake it up with some jackbox party games!
We loved the firepit and patio, and spent time chatting both in the morning and at night.
The bedrooms are beautiful and comfy with plenty of bedding, pillows, etc. The kitchen is gorgeous, roomy, and well-stocked.
There's a park across the street and its close to shopping. Honestly, it had everything we needed! Were planning for another visit. We had 6 adults and 8 kids in our group and we had plenty of beds. We'll be back!

Perfect for our family's stay in the Boise area to celebrate medical school graduation. We loved the backyard barbeque, the number of bedrooms/beds, and the ability to gather inside or outside for games and meals. Really close to grocery stores and other amenities.

Our group was made up of eight people attending a student workshop in town for three days. Our time with this property was about as perfect as could be hoped for -- check-in was simple and hassle-free, the facilities were clean and as advertised, and all-in-all our experience was quite positive. Unfortunately our schedule meant that we couldn't explore the area much, or even spend much time in the house, but it worked great as a home base, and would have been fun to hang out in more. One mild heads up is that for any group larger than our eight, you'll want to make sure that you're comfortable sharing beds, so definitely great for families or any group that knows each other well.

The house was in great condition and extremely clean. Close to everything. We could run to the store or have doordash delivered within 20 minutes. Kitchen was large and well equipped. We will be staying again if we make it back to Boise.

The house was great. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, utensils, and even a rice cooker. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean.
The fire pit outside was tempting, but the weather impeded us from enjoying it.
The host was regularly available for questions and insights. We really appreciated how quick and helpful the host was.
We had easy access to the capitol every day (about 20 minutes in traffic). This place worked very well for our group of 15.

Our family loved staying here. Lots of bedrooms and pull-out sofas, plentiful linens and towels, well-stocked kitchen, roomy dining space and plenty of seating when family members visited for dinner. Nice backyard with a firepit, complete with wood and sticks for making smores. Both adults and children were happy with the property and would definitely stay again.

We had an amazing stay! Such a good location and the house was very comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The yard was lovely as well. Great house for two families (or more!) with so much to do very close by.

This house is exactly what we were looking for. We traveled for a Hs team competition and the house was extremely spacious and allowed the kids the ability to intermingle while also providing them with ample sleeping quarters. The house was extremely clean and in a great neighborhood. Would absolutely recommend for large groups and will be coming back.

The house was immaculate and a big backyard which was great for games and for the dogs to have a safe controlled space outside. Also a wonderful park across the street! This was a perfect house for a family reunion! The host was extremely prompt in answering questions!

Got inside to find that half of the living room outlets and the tv didn't work. Called and let the manager know but couldn't fix it and we said we'd live without. No big, we adjusted. We didn't even use the bedrooms, just hung out in the living room and kitchen for a day and left the place spotless. Then, I didn't get my VERY LARGE security deposit back for two weeks! Overall a frustrating experience. I expected more for the high price.

Very comfortable stay for our group of 6 adult women friends.…each had her own sleeping area. —Two full baths upstairs, and a powder room downstairs worked well for us.
—Well-stocked kitchen and a large dining table that would seat eight very comfortably.
—Ideal patio for outdoor meals and visits; the weather was perfect so we spent a lot of time there.
—In a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy
—The owner was VERY responsive when we noticed a couple of items were lacking…the items were on our doorstep by the first evening.

We had our annual family reunion at this house, and it was a fabulous place to stay for those traveling and also accommodated the families living in Boise well for large group dinners. On warm summer nights you can’t beat the private backyard for the group to be able to spill outside for covered dining, foosball on the patio, kids and dogs playing in the grass, and warm fires when the sun goes down. Idyllic.
The host has done a fabulous job with maximizing space with sleeping accommodations, and was very responsive to any questions and requests. The rooms are comfortable and fairly soundproof as well. Plus the garage is available for parking. Highly recommend!
