We stay at the Villa for a surprise 50th Birthday for my Husband. Anita was so helpful in providing all the necessary contacts required before our trip to make the birthday a success. On the day of my Husband's birthday, Anita left some pretty cream puffs with a 50th birthday candle for us - Thank you so much Anita, you are such a kind hearted Lady and a great host, keep up the good work! The view from the villa is spectacular and Cavtat is beautiful, all in all, we had a fabulous and memorable time with the family. We will return to Croatia soon and will love to stay at the villa again.

This villa is ideal for a large group or family, our ages ranged from 4-70 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and facilities on offer. The Villa is very close to the center of Cavtat and a boat ride to Dubrovnik. Anita made us feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble for her. The photos on the website are exactly as the villa is, superb! The views from the terrace are amazing, either watching the glorious sunsets or enjoying the views of beautiful Cavtat, with Dubrovnik in the far distance . The pool area is outstanding, such a relaxing area to watch the children playing in the pool. We felt so comfortable and relaxed in this stunning Villa none of us wanted to leave!!! We loved it!

Outstanding Villa, pool and facilities!! What a great start to our first visit to Croatia/ we were greeted by the lovely owners, Anita and Dario made us feel really welcome. The Villa was superb, and the pictures which enticed us to come here didn't actually do it justice. We were a family of 7 with a toddler. The pool was perfect lots of shady places and lots of room to spread out. So many different places to sit and relax. The Villa itself is more like a luxury home/ very well decorated, air con in every room/ but for us having 5 en suites and excellent en suites at that!, made all the difference when it came to get ready to go out. Every day the pool was cleaned and Dario came a watered the plants and swept the terraces, always asking if everything was OK.. The Villa is perfectly situated a very short walk , down to the town down a relatively steep hill/ but we soon got used it. Being a few minutes out of the centre gave us fantastic views of the harbour. Plenty of Super Yachts coming in out for a small town. The people of Croatia were so nice and friendly, the food outstanding value and quality and the scenery stunning. I really dont want to tell too many people about this little gem as we will be back for sure. Thank you so much for making this one of the most outstanding family holidays we have had.

This is just about the perfect place for a holiday. The villa itself is ideal. We rented it with another family so had four adults and three kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. all the bedrooms are lovely and the kitchen has everything you need. If you cook in the villa you can choose to eat inside or on the balcony as there are large dining tables in both spaces. The weather was so good and the view so beautiful that we ate every meal outside. The new pool is great, a good size and plenty of chairs and space for everyone to lounge. It's very close to the town, which itself is a delight. We enjoyed Cavtat so much that we barely used our hire car and as it's so close to the airport you may not need to hire one at all. There's everything you could want within easy walking distance, we hired a boat, went out on kayaks, sampled five of the many restaurants and the amazing cocktail bar. The villa's owners Anita and Dario are very friendly and supportive, leaving no stone unturned - they even gave my daughter an unsolicited birthday cake, having noticed her birthday on her passport!

I hired the villa for a birthday celebration with friend. We all fell in love with the villa and Cavtat. A warm welcome was waiting for us by Anita and her husband. Anita is fantastic, nothing is too much trouble. Any questions or requests were dealt with speedily and with a smile. Anything from restaurant recommendations to hiring a boat for the day. The villa has everything you could ask for plus views to die for. Its hard to leave the terrace as it means leaving the views behind you. The pool has plenty of seating with a mix of loungers and soft seating with shade. Stylish and perfect for your own little chill out parties. The location is perfect, less than a 5 minute walk and your in the heart of harbour, just keep in mind it's a steep hill on the way back after a meal and a few cocktails so it can take a while longer to walk back........ All bedrooms are a good size with modern bathrooms. Air conditioning is effective and quiet. Wifi even works around the pool are. I would recommend that you book this villa, you will not be disappointed.

What can I say, Dubrovnik - wonderful, Cavtat - perfect, Villa - stunning. All photographs were exactly as reality, no artist license. Views over Cavtat harbour and in the distance Dubrovnik and mountains, all amazing. So is the red sun set over Dubrovnik. The villa was clean tidy and well equipped luxury and you could not buy the views. Breakfast on the terrace is great. The new pool area is fantastic and a must for families. Small super market 100 M if you want to BBQ but go for the array of local restaurants, a great choice. Ask Anita almost anything and she will arrange it, even your wedding. Three generations (age 7 to 66) of our family loved it. RK
