My sisters and I had a pleasant stay for our weekend in Orlando. There was a small problem with the automatic lock when we arrived. Host, Angela, answered and resolved the problem immediately. She had control of the unit’s temperature but was willing to adjust it right away. And she even came by during a rainy evening to provide new batteries for one of the remote controls. Thanks for your hospitality, Angela!

We have stayed at MANY VRBOs and this one tops the list for being clean! The reclining couches were wonderful to relax in after a full day. The unit is close to everything but a car is good to have. The pool was wonderful and the kitchen had everything you need. Angela was wonderful in every respect. Her husband let me borrow his tools to take car of my son’s car while we were here and was nothing but smiles while checking in to ask if I had everything I needed. High marks all around.

Large bedrooms and the pool were very enjoyable after long days at the park. The host was very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here with 4 teenage girls!! House as clean an had all that we needed for an awesome week! Laundry available!! She was so sweet and kind to us! Made me feel safe an comfortable. Any questions I had she answered right away! We’ll back to stay next year!!!!

Place was clean and close to everything we needed for our stay. Owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions, needs, and additional wants. Very polite and professional. Kitchen has necessary equipment for food prep but would be nice for owner to keep some extra staples around so that way visitors don't have to buy a brand new bottle of ketchup or sugar or whatever for their stay that will just be left behind. Pool and outside living area was just what our family desired.

We had an amazing time here! Everything was exactly as listed. Angela was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The best part of our stay was the relaxing time spent by the pool. The hammock and the grill makes it a great spot to have an outdoor dinner. The house was setup with everything we needed during the stay. Thank you Angela! We would definitely like to stay here again in the future :)

We came to Orlando for a concert and added at day at Universal Studios. We were central to activities, grabbing snacks and dinner. We had a 9 pm flight and Angela let us stay as long as we needed. It was too cool to use the pool but it looked great!

Myself and two colleagues rented the house for a business trip to Orlando. Angela was extremely responsive and really helped make the trip a success. She gave us a heads-up about the weather before arriving, made sure we had no issues getting in, and responded immediately when I went to the market to purchase stuff and wondered what was in the house. I really appreciated it. The house was very clean and the location worked out well for us.

Property was as described. The hosts were both very helpful and attentive. Kitchen is small but has everything you need, 2 burner induction top for cooking and toaster oven for baking. Heat and air are controlled by hosts in their unit. However they were quick to adjust one way or the other when asked. We all enjoyed our time here.

The property was exactly as described, and just what we needed for our three-day stay. The host was so kind and friendly, and responded immediately and fully to our questions.

This is a garage, turned into a studio apartment. The owner lives in the rest of the house. There is no privacy, camera pointed directly at the pool, her windows pointed directly at the pool. Not to mention I woke up with a roach in bed with me and several in the kitchen. Owner was very nice at first, allowing for an early check in due to me being evacuated by hurricane Ian, but when I asked if the pool heated was on so my kids could swim…an entire day before the hurricane hit Orlando, I was surprised to hear a knock on my door and see her standing there, arguing and yelling at me. I have the entire event on video. Don’t waste your money. There are thousands of other actual houses in the area with full privacy, pool and hot tub for the same price. Oh, and the hot tub isn’t even included.

Angela was great. She was prompt and helpful when I communicated with her before arrival. My family was in the area for a funeral, so not a fun trip, and Angela made us feel so very welcome. The home was clean and welcoming, it is attached to Angela's home with a separate entrance. Angela was attentive and made sure we knew how to turn in the lights in the backyard. 💯 recommend this place. Thank you

We had a great 4 day stay at this property. Everything was as said advertised. We enjoyed coming back to a nice place to rest and relax after long days in Orlando. The pool was also very nice on one of our down days. Close to restaurants, the airport and only a 20-30 min drive to all attractions. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we visit Orlando again.

Check in was very easy! Owner was quick to answer any questions we had all week!! Even gave us suggestions for a tire repair since we had a flat on the way. The absolute best place we have stayed so far!

This is a cute and inviting house. Nice quiet neighborhood. This is perfect for a small family vacation.

The pool was wonderful and we had everything we needed to have a nice relaxing stay! Plenty of towels and the patio was so nice to sit out and eat dinner and swim after long days at the beach and parks

Angela was very responsive and helpful. The saltwater pool was great and the shaded area was nice for lounging outside. It is close to a great grocery store and the highway. The kitchen had everything we needed and each room had a tv with Netflix already loaded. If we come back to Orlando we would definitely stay here again.

I did not enjoy my stay at this location. This should not be listed as a house. This should be listed as an apartment, as it’s two residence in one building. It’s also not clearly stated the property is owner occupied. To say we were surprised when we arrived is an understatement. The listing states the renter would have privacy during their stay. The first thing we noticed was a camera at the front of the house. Which was okay, UNTIL we got to the back of the house and there was also a camera pointed directly at the swimming pool. I expected privacy. I didn’t expect to be watched at every step we took while outside. I especially wasn’t happy that my small children were being recorded while swimming. When we first got to the property my children commented on how pretty the flowers were and I immediately told them not to touch them. They could only touch what was already on the ground. I later received a message from the owner stating they noticed their plants seemed to be ripped up and to make sure the kids aren’t touching the plants, as it’s considered destruction of property. I went around the property to double check and nothing appeared to be ripped and my kids said they only picked up some flowers that were already on the ground. The jacuzzi is shown in the photographs of the listing and doesn’t say it’s excluded. It was locked on arrival and they said it’s not included. This was very disappointing. Only half of the outside of the pool is accessible to guests. They have short handmade fences with no trespassing signs up. Which made my kids scared to go get a ball or pool toy that may have went to the other side of the pool. The owner turned on the pool heater and set it to 86. The water was still a bit cold, so my husband turned it up to 88 as the owner was not home. We get a message saying the heater is a privilege and it’s against their rules for guests to touch the pool equipment. 1.) The heated pool is the title of the listing and would be considered a promise. 2.) No rules posted anywhere about the equipment. Only rule was the pool rules which states the maximum water temp is 104. We didn’t know we weren’t allowed to touch the heater. I could hear the owner’s voices and the dogs barking while sitting in the living room. The entire week I attempted to keep my kids quiet, keep everything clean, and not let my kids out after dark in fear it may upset the owner. It was a week full of dread.
