This apartment was everything you could have wished for. Clean. Modern. Comfortable. Great location.

There was nothing not to like, accommodation was elegantly decorated, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, quiet area, a huge thank you to Jamie for sorting out the heating & TV for us.

The appartment does not provide breakfast, but it was handy to have all the apliances which I used for my breakfast at home (a toaster, a coffee machine, a microwave, a stove too).
The location is great to get anywhere in Scotland, we were attracted mostly by the location when booked the premises.
Good fresh look of the flat, all furniture is new, great noise insulation from neighbours. The windows faced the street but the traffic noise did not disturb us at all.
We were usisng the parking space in front of Victoria Park next door, it is free to park overnight and safe (at least we thought it to be so, and were lucky in any case).
Actually there is all we needed for one week away from home.
I would like the matrasses to be a bit softer, but I believe this is more of a subjective thing.
It is a bit of a draw-back that the appartment does not have an allocated parking place, but we found a free replacement at the entrance to Victoria Park, hope this is helpful.

At 10am whilst we opened the door to the apartment a maintainance guy was holding the door open. Wasn't informed that this was happening. Could of been anyone!! I believe check out wasn't until 11am

Clean, good size apartment, comfortable and very close to shops
Hard to find as no signs out. I thought I was looking for a hotel type building but it was more like an Airbnb.

All the amenities we required . Comfortable and warm. Well thought out apartment. Including washer and dryer.
Always like to park close and did so most of the time. There was plenty of parking close by. Iron and board would have been good. Steps to first floor could be a problem for some.

The location was good for the event that we were attending.
It would be better if stated on booking that the car parking is actually across the road from the property. Luckily there was a space for my car, but it was just first come first served. Must be annoying for the neighbours that stay there all the time, someone appearing and taking their parking space.

The back of the property was disappointing and with nearby empty building with broken windows etc was a bit intimidating.

Nice modern apartment. Staff very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Very handy for local shops, petrol, railway station and supermarket (tesco). Lovely, comfortable king sized bed.
Very close to a busy main road, so heavy traffic at night. Difficult to find when you first arrive as apartments are not clearly labelled until after you've climbed the stairs.

The apartment was central to all our needs. Parking outside the apartment. Shops close by and a 50 minute walk to the Kelpies.
We picked this apartment based on the good reviews and the pictures on the website. Was somewhat disappointed with our stay here.
When it came to washing our dishes there was no plug in the sink and no tea towel to dry them.
There was no cleaning products at all, no hoover, brush/dustpan, cloths, bin liners etc.
The outside door didn't fit properly leaving a small open gap.
I'm well aware the outside area is shared with other residents, but the grass directly over the path from our door had a used condom laying over where you walk to get onto the street. Not ideal with young kids.
When I opened the bedroom wardrobe door, there was a piece of chewed chewing gum stuck to the inside of the door. The small leather sofa in the bedroom was covered in dust and under the bed hadn't been cleaned in a while as there was hair and dust everywhere. It would have been helpful if there were USB charging points, as in this day and age a lot of people take electronic devices.
It would have also been helpful if there was some sort of itinerary, eg. maps of the area, things to do, takeaway menus etc but there was absolutely nothing.
As a family of 4, we only had 2 hand and bath towels. I did message the host about this and they brought down more for us, later that night.
I don't think I'd stay here as a family of 4 again.

The location was good - overlooking the park. it was an easy walk into town. The apartment was tastefully decorated and comfortable. We loved the shower which had at least three functions.

The flat was well equipped modern and comfortable. There was a shopping centre 5 minutes walk away.
Some of the surrounding area was quite fine at heel but the flat itself was lovely.

Apartment equipped with kitchen and all facilities also for a quick breakfast. Very clean and well equipped rooms with welcome gifts. Helpful staff after requesting help
Little importance at the time of the ceck in, we had an apartment with a room and a sofa bed, but we did not know how to open it where to take the sheets and turn on the hiters/boiler that every two hours turns off and so the house was very cold in the evening. Comfortable bed while the sofa bed looks like a sofa whose back is lowered and it isn’t very comfortable to sleep several nights.

Massive armchair in bedroom was blocking access to the wardrobe. This would've been better in the living room.

No breakfast but location is exceedingly convenient for access to the town and to the railway station.
There was much confusion about access to our flat. After some text messages and phone calls to the company, an employee eventually arrived and assisted us with our luggage to occupy the flat. We were later told (rather unpleasantly that it was the wrong flat and that we should vacate it without delay. We remained in the flat but it took 24 hours to resolve the issue.

The sign on the side of the building was very difficult to read in the day time as it was too small, and impossible at night.
We were disappointed that there was no information about what to look at in the local area, no suggestions for local restaurants, supermarkets etc
