Air con

The mattress and the breakfast.

There was no fence around the parking and around the hotel outdoors area.

The price is fair. The hotel works well to rest on the way to a long trip. Very basic, but convenient.

The maids entered the room while we were still in bed and the baby sleeping, one hour before the check out time. The receptionist told us that he would put a cot in the bedroom, and when we reminded him, he said he would. We were disappointed not finding the cot when we returned. This hotel doesn’t provide cots, but since they told we could get one, we were expecting to have it. Bathroom was very small and the only light in bedroom was extremely bright.

A lot of noise, very difficult to sleep. Dirty room.

Pan and croissants were nice and fresh, coffee good

I'm diabetic so not much for me for breakfast, the egg boiler is so slow, I waited 10 mins and eggs were still runny. No breakfast tea, I had to bring my own t-bag! Could be ham as well as cheese

Noise outside, No staff, bed was uncomfortable and hard, floor dirty under the bed, you put your plug in to charge and it flickers, no space inside Could not have a shower as was tight to get in, it felt like a prison cell, I was in room 106, when they replied to me it was all in french Needs a refund back

Friendly staff and clean room.

Perhaps it is the disinfectant that created the unpleasant aroma in the room. I was allocated a different type of room than I had ordered. There was no possibility to change because after my check-in the receptionist finished work and left within 5 minutes.

Clear, easy to find hotel, we arrive late but it's easy check in & all.

Smell of cigarette a bit

The location was perfect for an overnight stop, Close to restaurants for dinner and the hotel did an excellent breakfast

I’ve stayed here before- dog friendly so great on my way driving to the Algarve with 2 pooches. Had a problem with the lock on my door but night staff were super helpful and sorted it. I’ll use again

would ask for a room at the back next time- lots of comings and goings in the late evening unsettled the dogs

Location, easy to find, plenty of parking, big supermarket round the corner. Excellent value for money. We've been using this hotel as a stopover on the way from Roscoff for years and have always had a good experience. We always have plenty of time to go into Saintes - well worth a visit.

Nothing at all, we've been stopping over here for years and can't see any reason to change this.

Comfy beds always a good choice

The only fault i could find was the breakfast was not replenished without us asking.

Easy access from motorway, quiet, clean and the room had air conditioning. This is exactly what you should expect from a budget hotel for a quick overnight stay.
