We loved this townhouse at Sea Place, from the coastal colors to all the little added touches throughout the rooms! The townhome was clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. Just a short walk to a beautiful, clean, uncrowded beach! A lifeguard stand was also located a very short distance to the left of the walk out to the beach. Parking was simple, right at the stairs to the unit. There were plenty of towels and linens for the four of us. Easy communication with the host who shared her personal cell number in case we needed anything while staying in her unit. It is only a short drive to the grocery store, restaurants, and entertainment options. If visiting St. Augustine in the future, we would not hesitate to book this townhome again!

Nice location, easy access to beach, and nice view of pool and limited beach view(but why look when you can walk 3 minutes and be in the water!) Owner responded quickly to all communications. I would definitely stay here again.

Things were just as we expected. Comfy furniture, especially the master king bed, great pool and beautiful beach easy to access. Candy was awesome too! We hope to be back soon!

We have stayed at sea place many times, this particular condo is more updated than most and very clean.

The townhome was well equipped with everything needed at our fingertips. Location was excellent and response from host was quick when we needed to contact her. Overall very nice home and would recommend it to family and friends in the future.

My husband and our 2 boys visited this week and had a great time! The condo itself was beautifully decorated and very clean. The bed in the primary is so comfortable! The beach view isn’t much, but shown as pictured. Wish the palm trees weren’t there and it would have been a perfect view. We had an issue with the fridge not working. We called and owner was not the friendliest, but after reaching out again had someone out to look at it the next day. He said he needed to order a part, never came back the rest of the week, but luckily it worked the rest of the week. Great access to the beautiful beach and close to downtown and many restaurants. Our family doesn’t tend to visit the same places twice, but I would recommend to friends. My parents also stayed at another unit on property and had a great experience too!

This property unit is well maintained and beautifully decorated. The property itself is very nice and peaceful. It is well stocked with all the needed dishes. You will need to bring your own spices, salt, pepper, sugar, etc...if you plan on cooking any meals. I cant say anything negative about the place. From the booking process to check out, was a great experince with the property owner/ manager. Book it!! You will love it!

Sea Place is a great condominium development. The property is quiet, well-kept, clean and friendly. The condo itself is exactly as described, only the view of the ocean is more of a peek than a view. The entire home was incredibly clean and well-stocked. Our family had a wonderful time.

We use rentals for vacations often. I am going to separate this into good and bad. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. The beds and furniture were comfortable and it was nicely decorated. The owner offered us to be able to enter 1 hour earlier than anticipated which we much appreciated. Good: quiet location, not far from the main land and close to a grocery store and attractions. Beautiful beach! Well stocked with pots and pans, dish ware and cups Plenty of towels for the bath and beach. The resort is quiet, clean and the pool was nice, it is not heated though. The condo was very clean and had plenty of furniture for 6 adults (we were 2 parents and 4 college students). Bad: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no replacement trash bags, 2 dish washing tabs and 2 laundry tabs for a weeks stay. Not adequate, we had to buy our own. No broom available to use. This is a beach front condo. There was sand everywhere that we could not clean up. It is not an ocean view unless you lean over the balcony or remove the palm tree blocking your view. The first night I almost cut my finger off cutting a cucumber because the knives were horrible. We bought one and left it there for other guests. When we arrived, the temperature in the condo was 54 degrees, it was during a cold spell in Florida. It took hours to heat it up. There were tiny bugs in the pantry and we had to keep all of our food in the refrigerator. The water heater took a few minutes of running to get hot water and then it would burn you. The temperature setting is dangerously high on it. The condo sleeps 6 but I would suggest no more than 4 adults It was definitely cramped. We had no correspondence from the owners while we were there or even the day of check in which we found odd, typically someone texts you to make sure all is well. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves but would not stay again as we feel that the little things not provided are actually big things that make your stay nicer. Going to a grocery store almost daily because you realize you need basic items, when on vacation is annoying. We have stayed at numerous rentals and I hesitated writing a less than stellar review but we felt that there were too many things that added up to give this a 5 star review.

The townhouse has a great location for hanging out on the beach. The beach is beautiful and very clean.

This condo has everything needed for a wonderful vacation. The pictures are an exact representation of the property. The condo was clean and ready for our arrival. Candy adds small touches to make your stay seem like “home away from home,” like hand soaps, body wash, shampoo, washcloths for makeup removal, etc…. Everything was perfect! Our son was excited to see there was a basketball court on the property. The pool and beach are very close by. St. Augustine, Publix & Winn Dixie grocery stores, and restaurants are just a short drive away. We really enjoyed Anthony’s Pizza, Sunset Grille, and Red Frog & McToad’s. Surf board rentals are nearby, as well. We had a great experience at this property, and Candy is outstanding!

This property is located in a family friendly community with great beach access. The property is clean and the location is not too busy. Restaurants and entertainment are just a short drive.

I highly recommend this property. It was very clean when we arrived and had all the amenities we needed. The description/pictures online are accurate. Candy, the property manager, was very responsive and easy to work with. You can see the beach from the balcony and the pool is right outside the condo building. It is an easy walk or drive to a coffee shop, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. and a quick 15 minute drive into downtown St. Augustine.

Great place to stay with extra little touches. You can tell that the owners really care about the place and want to make sure you have a great stay.
