First I would like to say say the property was in a nice neighborhood with a gated in entrance. The house was big and nice. Had sitting areas in the back yard for hanging out or if you wanted to grill they had all that their. The pool being on the inside it was a little hot in their during the day but night time wasn’t bad with the fans and windows open. But overall the communication with Mrs. Virginia was very quick responding and she was very helpful and answered every question I asked.

Eclectic House - cool property
Eclectic property. We enjoyed walking around looking at all the plants. Granddaughter enjoyed the swing. Pool was nicely heated - probably enjoy the indoor nature of it at other times of year. Communication with owner was excellent - very responsive. House is well stocked with everything you could need in kitchen and bath. House has a good set up for families with bedrooms having separation. We were going to Tampa Aquarium and did not want to drive back and forth in one long day so made a weekend of it.
As always I do have I wish feedback. Wish there was a screened in porch as bugs get bad in evening and pool area and inside are not very bright. A binder with local info is always nice and helpful. Some games and puzzles would be nice, there is a table top pool table.

The house was great bour time was great. Virginia was very nice. Her communication was excellent.

We loved this property it was everything we could ever have wanted! Beautifully kept, great kitchen!
Owners were wonderful and so very helpful. Kitchen has everything you need or want. Laundry machines were in wonderful condition. All beds were so comfortable!

Family Fun Time
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There are some small repairs needed, and the pool could be ventilated better so the chlorine and heat isnt so over powering, but all and all it was a very good experience!!

Beautiful House
Virginia and her husband were working on there property when we arrived..she allowed us early check in so we were happy to meet them..the house was exactly as seen in the photos. We lived our stay, will definitely spray again

GREAT FUNtastic stay
We really enjoy our 5 days stay but would be better of the pool is heated. Everything else was FUNtastic... Thank you so much M and V heheheh
