We had a fantastic stay its like home from home , we will definitely be staying again in the future

good location, lovely nature, very nice stuff in the Osborn Hotel restaurant.

we will never book that place again! cold property with broken heating system. -uncomfortable bed, it is not double bed but two singles mattes provided as one double. Forget that you will be able to take a relaxing bath. There is a bath but you can only take a shower. It takes ages to flash the water in the toilet, and you have to wait 15 -20 min before you can flush it again! old furniture , and the dishes in the kitchen plus a lot of out of date products in the kitchen cupboard including out of date milk for the property guests . Rude property owner who do not want to provide the invoice for the payment as in her opinion it is booking.com responsibility to provide documents. when I made polite request, I received response “ what you want from me?”… I am travelling a world and very often visiting the hotels or rent a property for short stays. I have never meet such a rude owner. It is very clear that this lady had no intention to invest in the property that needs repairs and renovations. The location is good , and the nature lovely but what you see on the picture isn’t true. A property is smaller, and you have to walk to the beach. This property is part of Osborn Hotel, there is no information about it when you make a reservation, so you can by easily confuse when looking for this apartment ( owner of the apartment believes we had a problem to find an apartment because we were born in the Europe and there people write an addresses in different way). Good place for people with no high expectations.

The flat is lovely and bright and stylish.

We just had a problem with the heating. Bed was a bit soft but that’s subjective. Other little things but it’s just a question of getting used to a new place.

Apartment in a lovely location with great view of the sea nice and quite . Apartment is quite spacious with everything you need.

When we got there we could not connect to the wi fi so I had to text the host however she did get back to me straight away but then we could not make or recieve any calls due to reception so unless you have wi fi calling you have to go out of building until a signal is reached. Also just a few things like the bed base was two singles pushed together with double mattress on top my husband said he felt the gap in between when he turned over. And there’s no view at all from bedroom only the back of the building which we think had scaffolding up but the glass was frosted. We loved our stay but just a few things need attention. Just one more was the toilet each time we flushed it there was a whistling noise for about ten min after but this could be due to the pipes.

Fabulous location, nice furnishings, comfortable and spacious.

The kitchen facilities. Old cooktop - had to guess which knob to use. Advertised with dishwasher so I would expect one dishwasher tablet per day of stay - we had one for four days - worrying with COVID rampant again Coffee machine also included in advertising but no coffee pods left for its use. At least leave two so the guest can buy more once they determine the type of machine at the premises Odd assortment of cups and mugs and saucepans. No tea towel, washing up bowl which didn’t fit in sink. All little things which didn’t matter in the larger scheme of things but which could be rectified for a few pounds and which would be in keeping with the price charged for the apartment in keeping with its luxury image

Location excellent.

Curtains at the front windows at least half way or shutters for evening.
