Would stay here again without hesitation. Head and shoulders above every other VRBO I have stayed in regarding how well it is stocked with small conveniences. Great location.

This house is perfectly situated within walking distance of the restaurants and stores in downtown Salida. The house was just as described, lots of sunlight, clean, extremely well-stocked, and super comfy! That it came with garage parking was an extra bonus as we were able to leave our skis in the car. If given the opportunity, we would definitely stay here again.

The condo is spacious and well-equipped. There were thoughtful snacks in the kitchen and three bathrooms made things very comfortable for our family of six. We skied monarch during the day and were within walking distance of restaurants and cute shops in the evenings. Recommend!

This apartment was the perfect stay for exploring Salida and skiing Monarch. The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed to cook and relax when not exploring the surrounding area. We would like to visit again.

Check in instructions were perfect, and the home came equipped with everything we needed for a great weekend stay in Salida. The rental had everything we needed and more, and we will definitely rebook when we make it back to the area again.

Three of us really enjoyed our 2-night stay at the downtown Salida condo. It was well located, comfortable, spacious, nicely equipped, quite clean, and loaded with natural light with all the south and west windows. The towels and sheets were high quality and really soft. We loved sitting on the deck in the afternoon and next to the fireplace in the chill of evening! We would stay again.

The River Loft is a beautiful well appointed property. Everything you need is there. You can't beat its location. We were in Salida for our son's wedding and we were in walking distance to everything in town. A lovely stay. The owner is great and was responsive and helpful. Initially, we had some difficulty with door codes and the property manager did not respond, but the owner was available and everything resolved quickly. I highly recommend this property.

This is an excellent place to stay. Everything you need from an ironing to some high end coffee is perfect. It was fun to sit on the balcony in the morning. I highly recommend this place. You are close to Everything from the river trails and unique shops. Fire place is cozy.

Perfect location for us, right next to the river/downtown. Can walk to shops and restaurants and of course the river. Great balcony to people watch or have your morning coffee/evening drink. Definitely would stay again.

We had an amazing time in Salida and couldn't stop talking about what a perfect location we had! You can walk everywhere- we only moved the car doing daytrips. The balcony was huge and great to catch some afternoon sun and people watch. The home had plenty of paper towels/toilet paper/cleaning supplies. There are a couple codes for the property so we felt super safe. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect location to park your car and enjoy the town. It is right by the river, shops and restaurants. The layout of the condo was great, it was clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved the deck off the dining room/living room for drinking coffee in the morning and cocktails before dinner. You have a nice view of the mountains. We appreciated that the property manager reached out to let us know how to access the parking garage (the streets were closed for a festival the weekend we went) and all the instructions given to access the building and condo were easy to follow. The building is secure and we felt safe. Highly recommend staying here to enjoy all that Salida has to offer.

We were extremely pleased with our stay at the River Loft. This is a beautiful condo which is well appointed. We had 2 couples and one single and were happy with the accommodations. Check in was easy, parking was easy, the building was secure, the porch had great views, and the location is ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! We would definately stay here again while in the Salida area!

Really enjoyed staying at this condo. Sadly, we had to cut our trip short because I had elevation issues. Attractively decorated. Bathrooms were a good size. TVs’ only had streaming. There were lots of treats available along with coffee. The only thing I would change is the shades on the bedroom windows allow in too much light. Because of the downtown locations, streetlights shined through. I like dark rooms for sleeping. Just my preference. Owner is wonderful- reached out before we left and welcomed questions. You really can’t go wrong staying here! Near everything. No need to drive unless you are venturing out to Buena Vista, etc.

This was a perfect spot for our group of 4. There was plenty of space, bathrooms, and comfortable beds! Very convenient location and the balcony was a great addition.

This was probably one of the best properties I have stayed in. The accommodations were wonderful and the owners thought of everything you could possibly need.

The property is located in a great area of town. It is so close to all the great restaurants and shops Salida has to offer, plus it's just one block from the downtown river front and park/playground, which was perfect when travelling with a little one. The condo was clean, decorated nicely, and just as expected based on the photos. It was also stocked with every amenity we needed, which was greatly appreciated. Wonderful place, wonderful town, and wonderful stay!

The condo at River Run in Salida was perfect. Clean, modern, well-equipped and right in the heart of Salida. Close to everything. We hiked, fished, golfed, ate, wine and beer tasted, strolled and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

we really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Within walking distance to everything and the river is basically in your backyard. Beautiful park with a climbing wall nearby and a great city to explore! Condo was very well stocked and very comfortable for our family.

We arrived in 4th of July and we were perfectly placed for a wonderful stay & celebration. The place is clean and modernly stylish (I would move in!) and we all thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Bonus - lots of ping pong down the hall!

We loved the location, having a parking spot, and the extremely well thought out condo with everything you could need! We will be back!

We enjoyed everything about this beautiful, spacious, well-appointed condo. It is beautiful, the location is perfect, and we spent 4 days enjoying our son’s wedding and Salida from this wonderful spot.

Well appointed and well stocked - had everything we needed and more. Very clean and well organized. Morning and evenings on the balcony were relaxing. Easy access to the River, the Park, and all the food and fun that Salida has to offer. Great central location for hiking, fishing, rock climbing, and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return for another visit.
