We had the best time at Greg’s beautiful mountain home. It’s even better than the photos and I could not recommend enough.

A remarkably beautiful location and property.

This property was spectacular. The photos do not do justice to the soaring ceilings and space that this house has- inside and out. The location is great- but definitely make sure you have four wheel drive for the winter months. Such a beautiful neighborhood, quiet and great views. We were pleasantly surprised when a snow plow came thru after a fresh snowfall to make the drive into town easier. A quick 10 minutes to the gondola parking lot each day. The kitchen was amazing and well stocked for some great dinners- including a giant stock pot for chili, frying pans for some filet, plenty of knives, and spatulas. The pantry was huge, and lots of oils and spices were provided. The radiant heating worked really well at heating the entire home. The beds are very soft and there were plenty of extra pillows around the home. The kids loved the bunk room and the only additional thing I would pack for them next time would be a nightlight. Hoping to make this an annual trip at this property! I wish I could add pictures to show some of the amazing details - like the giant master closet and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets each day.

What a fabulous place to spend our family New Year’s vacation. Although we were supposed to have 12 we only had eight due to Covid (of course). The chalet is absolutely beautiful and I would definitely stay here again.

It is a beautiful and impressive property. Perfect for our family of 12. Close enough to everything, yet in a quiet area with a beautiful view. The owner was a pleasure to work with. We were very satisfied that we rented this property.

The house is big with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The location is great and the owner was very helpful.

The owner was very responsive however the neighbors were overly concerned with what was happening even though we were observing the rules. That part made it somewhat stressful.

Beautiful family getaway in a beautiful home. Spectacular views and plenty of space. Easy access to and from town. Even saw wildlife in yard (mother and young moose and a fox). Will happily return for another getaway!

The entire family was able to get together for the first time in several years before the kids head off in separate directions. The house was gorgeous and the perfect size for our group. It is located in a great location and allowed easy access to Breckinridge activities. Greg made the check-in and check-out process extremely easy. He was available for any questions and very prompt in his response. It is a wonderful property with all the amenities and we would definitely stay here again.

This is our first luxury Vrbo so we weren’t sure what to expect. Overall it was great, there were several broken items that we made the owner aware of, with a Vrbo I feels it falls on the renter to let the owner know so I don’t hold it against him in case he didn’t know. There are a few things that would be helpful to know. There is no A/C which is totally fine except the windows don’t have screens so bugs come in. We only opened them at night. Some listed items were gone like the dart board and a patio sofa cushion. They might need a new cleaning company, the patio by the hot tub was covered in leaves and pine needles. Some coming utensils were grubby. With that said I’d still recommend this for a group or 4 couples. The entertaining space is really nice and comfy. The deck is incredible to watch the sun rise and relax. I hope we can go back someday

Beautiful property with an excellent view. Plenty of room for our 3 adult children and their families. The game room area was a really nice section for not only our grandchildren but also for the young adults. Property manager's response time was always prompt. We will select this property again for our next vacation

We had a great time at this house! It had the perfect amount of space for two families of five. It was a short drive to Main Street and slopes. Thanks so much for a great time!

So many positive things about this wonderful house. Bedrooms and bathrooms are amazing. Garage is spacious and heated. Kitchen is very functional. Our family of 11 had a great time including playing ping pong every day after skiing. Greg was very quick to respond to any question we had.

Our family loved this luxury property! The entryway has soaring ceilings and HEATED flooring that comforts your every step! Each bedroom was large enough for mom dad and kiddos. The kitchen killed it with high end appliances and a HUGH gathering island. The living space has views to die for & Extra large comfy couch, fireplace, and plenty of seating for the whole crew. The downstairs has a large game/ tv room for added getaway space. The jacuzzi is a bonus with added living space around fire pit. I was delighted after a snowfall when a snow plow showed up early to clear the driveway. Our stay was spectacular and I highly recommend this luxury home!

The property is very modern and very well appointed. It was a fantastic base for our Thanksgiving stay in Breck. Stand out for us were the views, deck, hot tub and playrooms. The technology items in the property like TVs were top drawer. We would highly recommend staying at this property if you can afford the high cost! Feedback to the landlord of what would make the property "even better if" (no deal breakers for us staying) -Cleanliness of the property could be improved. All of the visible areas were well cleaned, but we found numerous kitchen utensils, plates, etc far from clean. We found under coaches, tables or beds (anything not visible) some very unpleasant things including a bag of cannabis.... considering the cleaning charges and the quote 5 hours to clean I would have expected the cleaners to have done a better job for you -The kitchen basics were well stocked, but there were some quite basic utensils and items that were not available. The pan set was also a very mixed bag. You may wish to take a look at your inventory for future guests -The pantry was one of the best stocked i have ever experienced. However there were quite a lot of perishable products left by previous owners that we needed to throw out on arrival. The instructions tell renters to address this on departure, but clearly this was not followed by previous tenant to us -We found the gas cooker top was hard to start in the mornings. It never started first time. Unsure if this was temperature, cleanliness or a gas supply issue. It always started after a few minutes but was never instant first thing in the morning

This is the second year we have spent the first weekend of November at Greg's home, he is a great host. However, the property, attention to detail, location, and sheer beauty are incredible. Highly recommend, you will want to entertain and cook dinnner in every night!

We were eager to get to “Peak 7” based upon the listing and its pictures. We were shocked when we walked through the front door to see that the house was more grand and spectacular than the pictures on VRBO. The home is as high end as it gets and perfectly equipped. We wanted for nothing, with the exception of wishing that we were staying longer. Greg is a ten-star host and answers questions and handles issues immediately. We were a family group of 12 adults and had plenty room for everyone. The outdoor living on the spectacular upper deck (shared with the Hummingbirds!) and the lower patio, with large hot tub, outdoor TV and fire pit is an outstanding bonus. Sunrise(s) and Star Gazing is tremendous. Thank you Greg for sharing your home and for a perfect stay….and a surprise engagement. Looking forward to returning next year! Glenn, Mary and family

There are great trailheads within walking distance (10min) from the house. The beds/sheets are so comfortable, and there were plenty of towels in each bathroom and for hot tub. The house is about an 8 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge, and we actually found a trail that goes from downtown back to the house via gondola and about an hour walk/hike. The home was beautiful. It had ample space and all the amenities to entertain our group of adults and kids. I would suggest having extra bath towels for each room and a later checkout time, especially for large groups.
