We needed a last min getaway. The place was perfect. Online description was spot on. The view from the pool was just what we needed to refresh ourselves. Looking forward to a return visit in the future.

Great short Vacation! Clean, private and quiet!

My boys are 8 and 6 and they loved the pool and fishing from the dock. The beach was not far at all and the cart to wheel stuff to the beach was prefect. The place itself is super big and was comfy for all of us!! The master bed was very comfy. They had all kinds of stuff for us too like reusable Kcups, detergents, tons of towels, games (boys played Sorry twice), washer and dryer etc etc!! I would recommend this place to all. Per effect little place. Thank you again.

This was the perfect little place for our girl's trip. It was clean had everything we needed. Had the pool and could walk to the private beach. We brought bikes with us and could bike up to the street to eat. Perfect getaway with a beautiful beach and amazing sunrises you could watch from the Bay in the backyard.

Nice quiet location, everything you would need in the house, super warm pool, short walk to the ocean, great kitchen setup, and the bay view was very tranquil. Diving pelicans were our main entertainment. We would happily stay at this location again.

Everything was exactly as pictured and more. The host was communicative and clear, the property was clean and gorgeous! Everything that we needed was provided, all we needed to bring was our clothing and food. We cooked at the unit three times, and had everything that we needed, down to the seasonings. The location was beautiful and quiet. with easy access to the gulf beach, and a relaxing location on the bay beach and shade by the pool when we had enough sun. Although there were others at the property, we felt as if it was our own. We will be back!

Pros: Very clean, well equipped, water view. Cons: Our friends could not come to unit due to only one parking spot and no unregistered guess. Unit is old. Unit was sticky and damp our entire stay. Overall romantic little spot just not for us.

Perfect location to beach and bay. Bed was super comfy!

This was a great spot and fantastic location. Very relaxing and great for couples. I would say the bed needs to be replaced and the moisture issue needs to be addressed. I do think that while being green and healthy they do need a spot for a smoker! But overall great spot wonderful time and would go back!

Island Oasis perfect for a couple. Clean, quiet, private. Enjoyed the unit, the beach, pool, sunsets and sunrises.

Very quiet Oasis. Amazing sunrises over the bay. Comfy bed. They supplied all the comforts of home and had just about any beach equipment that you might need!

Pros: The property is in a great area, we could walk across the street to the beach, great quiet location. The rooms themselves are very nice and were suited to our family. Kitchen was well stocked. Cons: On the second day there was a dead rat just outside our room, next to our parking place. I notified the management company and they said they would come by the next day to remove it. Just not something I want to look at every time we walk by and it doesn't seem like a good idea to let it rot in the hot sun. On the last night, while our kids were watching TV, bugs started to crawl all over the screen, furniture and curtains and then started flying around attracted to the lights. They seemed to be flying termites, so many that we had to quickly move all our belongings into the bedroom and close off the living area. I contacted both the emergency number and the owner via vbro. I don't think they believed me how many there were and said it was probably because we had the window or door open, we did not do either. I took video and photos to send to the owner. No remediation or callback that night. So the kids had to sleep on the floor in our room because there were too many bugs to stay in the main room. (I'm talking 100-150 flying bugs). We checked out at 6:00am the next morning and got the heck out of there. Also, the listing says no children under 6 were allowed on the property, but when we were there, there was a family with two small children ages 2 & 3 in diapers in the pool. After we left the owner did offer to send us a gift card for our troubles, but its been three weeks, no update and no adjustment or gift card has been received, nor has the owner responded to my last message.

We loved our stay here in Englewood. Property was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. Easy access to Lemon Bay for kayaking which worked out great. Easy access to the many beaches in the area as well. We had a great stay and will be back. Thanks!

My husband and I have been traveling in Florida visiting parents and stopping in between. Thank goodness for this haven. I love the beach and Here I had the beach across the road and a little mini beach in front of our pool. There were kayaks which I enjoyed paddling around in. The bed is super comfy which was a relief because it had been a week of bad beds. Everything was clean and neat. I would definitely return here.

We found this little gem at the last minute and we could not have been happier with the find. Amy is fantastic with communication, the location is prime, yet private, and the room is extremely clean and sanity. Every little thing was clearly thought out and very inviting. The property is private and the docks are great to do some fishing with the kids. Pool is clean and well sized for the guests. Kids had a blast, I was super relaxed, and the wife was in full approval. Amy made me look like a hero! I have nothing negative to say about this location and will be at the top of my list when I return to the area. Love it.

If you’re looking for beach and water activities, this is a great option. The property has beach access, kayaks, and fishing equipment. It is close to great dining and several other beaches on Manasota Key.

All good , however outside light at door didn't work

It was so calm loved the walk to the beach. Little confused for right door it was dark and late on arriving. I did go to wrong door I just had the door entrance pictured in my mind from the website. The guess there were very kind I apologized. Then the next day older guess came to my door and were confused as to there door . But all the guess were happy and we chatted again several times. Loved the air machines felt the clean air when entering.

Beautiful, peaceful place to go and relax. The view is awesome. Th villa was so clean and inviting. Bed was very comfortable. Loved fishing off the private pier, watching the sunrise and dolphins playing in the water. What a treat. Can't wait to go back again. Carol & Charles

I really enjoyed my stay. All the amenities were there and the place was clean and the attention to detail was evident. If you’re looking for a nice quiet place to RELAX– – this is it! I can’t wait till my next visit.

My wife and I were looking for a place to celebrate our 32nd wedding anniversary and this was perfect. Everything was clean and updated. We loved the location. We didn't even bother with a car for the week. Our daughter lives close by so we used her car to do some grocery shopping before we got there and then we rented bikes for the week. It is an easy, short ride into "town" to pick something up or grab dinner. We loved the little dock and the little pool wasn't too small. Plenty of nice chairs and lounges to sit on as well. It is just a short walk to a quiet beach. We also found Amy the owner and Elana the property manager to be easy to get ahold of and quick to accommodate. Great spot if your looking for a quiet place to get away.

This place is a perfect place to getaway from the busyness of life. Quiet location and private beach access. Amy is a great person to rent her multiple locations. My only complaint is check out is at 10am and check in 4pm. I'm a nightshift RN and 10 too early. 4pm check in is like your day is almost gone. ( I would pay extra if could check in a tad earlier as well as later for check out like most places) Besides that you will ❤❤❤❤❤ this place, location and owner!!!

It was perfect for us because it was so close to everything yet tucked away so we weren’t near traffic. Highly Recommend!
