The house met all our needs. Had a total of 5 adults 3 of which were my customers. The set up of the back deck was great with the pool and spa. Played 3 days of golf and the spa was great for the 60 and older. Kitchen worked out great as we ate most of our meals there. Very nice accommodations.

This is a beautiful house with a stunning view of the river in a picturesque neighborhood! The house accommodated our family who range in age from 3 years old to 90. We were all incredibly comfortable during our stay and were all in absolute agreement that we would book this property with this great management team again in a heartbeat.

Overall wonderful location in a large house with lots of amenities. The only disappointments were the grill and oven were not good quality given the quality of the house. The spa did not work at all though we did not feel the need to pay for it to be heated. The other oddity was there were multiple entrance doors that could not be locked so there was a sense of insecurity with little kids in the house.

We loved our stay here and are so glad that we chose it! It's even better than the pictures! The beautiful, peaceful marsh views are incredible from almost every window -- but especially from the second-floor master bedroom. The rooms are large and comfortable, and the kitchen is very well-appointed. Plenty of great gathering spaces, too. (Our group especially enjoyed playing games at the extra large dining table and cocktail hour on the porch.) This is an excellent place to create great memories! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Such a beautiful home in a perfect, private location! Between the pool, hot tub, dock, wonderful porches and decks....we never wanted to leave! We enjoyed fishing and crabbing from the dock...we even saw dolphins and sharks! The home was immaculately decorated in an elegant low country style. The kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this vacation home and hope we get a chance to go back!

Beautiful house with wonderful views! We had 9 people and never felt crowded. Plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. Crabbed off the dock and enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Great location on Kiawah.
