The property was even more impressive in person and you will not be disappointed. The house was very clean. The beds and the linens were top notch. The owner thought of every detail to make You feel at home. We were a family of 7 and there’s was plenty of space. The dock and pool we’re beautiful. There was an ice machine and freezer to make fishing even more convenient .

An absolute delight! This property well appointed and a wonderful floor plan, especially for multiple couples. The pool is so large and shaded in the heat of the day. You could not ask for anything more! Dock and fish cleaning station is under shade as well. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated and ice cold air conditioning. Everyone in our group was thrilled with this home. You will love this property for your keys getaway. We stayed a total of 2 weeks and never wanted for anything!

Our stay at this property was nothing less than spectacular! The pictures of the place online were exactly as the house stood, and in some cases, the house was even better than the pictures. All the amenities were spot on and easy to use! The pool was absolutely the highlight of the vacation for our children. I cannot say enough about the hospitality and ease around the reservation and check-in process. It was almost so easy that it made me nervous! We will definitely be visiting this location and this property again hopefully! Leslie and her staff were fantastic!

What a treat to experience all that this property had to offer - inside and out. The rooms were beautifully appointed, perfectly clean and well taken care of. The pool, landscaping and boat dock were fantastic. Everything you could ask for and more!

I have a need for a clean, well-appointed home for vacations and this property hit the Mark perfectly. We were able to check in as expected with no issues or delays. Upon walking through the front doors, the kids were in awe of the Grande air of the home. To say they were thrilled was an understatement. The home was clean and furnished in a way that made it feel safe and comfortable. The layout of the home was ideal as our 18 year old son took the upstairs suite, the 10 year old took over the downstairs queen and bathroom and my husband and I enjoyed the downstairs master. The kitchen was contemporary and made us feel at home with upgraded appliances and decor. The pool was perfect (though we wish it had a hot tub and that the cushions were replaced on the furniture). The outdoor dining table was used multiple times. The dock on the back was relaxing in the morning and evening, we even caught fish and saw a manatee in the evening. Overall, I would stay here again...hands down. Thank you for a great trip and experience with this problem free rental!

This home is a great place to pamper yourself. The neighborhood is good for walking or biking and the pool area is a comfortable outdoor space.

We had a marvelous one week stay here on 13th Street for our family ( 5x) winter vacation for the last week of February. Sadly our last 3 days the weather turned cold in the 60s but the sun was out . The house has a lot of space for everyone to enjoy and relax . We loved having breakfast on the kitchen island counter and morning coffee upstairs on the private master bedroom patio in the sun . The pool and the covered patio were a very welcoming and relaxing common area . Loved all the palm trees and green foliage around the back property. A very quiet neighborhood with super walking paths around the neighborhood. We loved the heated pool plus the plush pool / beach towels . The house does have a fun supply of pool floats ., beach chairs . The outside patio furniture were very very comfortable and easy to move to follow the sun or shade . Had some fun outside dinners on the patio using the propane grill to cook fresh fish and music . Loved all the high end appliances , bed linens & beds were very comfortable at night . It was nice that the kitchen did have a few spices & kitchen supplies . One does need to bring your own tide and stock up on household supplies .. trash bags , toilet paper , dish soap , tissues etc Enjoyed the outside & inside Sonos music system. Great great family / couple house for making many memories!! Highly recommend this beautiful Florida home !

Beautiful home, everything you could want in a rental!

Loved the house, set up perfect for 8 people. Inside and outside dining for 8 was a bonus we haven't had at other properties. Outside ice machine was a first and a huge bonus for a family that fishes everyday.

We had eight of us (2 families) and this property was a perfect size. It was in very nice shape and well stocked for cooking at home. The pool was a nice and we had a boat for a few days which made this property even better. Definitely recommend it if you are staying in Marathon.

This home is top notch. The house is brand new, clean, and high tech. The sound system inside and out is easy to operate with your cell phone. It helps set the mood for the pool and the patio to relax or get dancing. The boat dock is easy to access and it has a hedge of protection for privacy and help with the little kids not to go directly onto the dock. We loved the large iguanas meanduring around. The beds were comfy and the bedding was very nice. You have to read the directions for everything in the kitchen because it is all new and smarter than the average Joe. But it does cook well, the stove and oven and microwave, and the blender is great for the tropical drinks your gonna want to sip by this luxurious pool. BONUS, they have wonderful big Beach towels for the pool. This house is luxurious, convenient, and well appointed. Can't say enough about it! Loved our week there.

When we travel to the Keys we have three criteria-nice house, pool and dock. This house had it all! What a great house! Super clean and decorated nicely. Kitchen was top notch! Outdoor area had everything-grill, large table, pool chairs and lounge chairs. We where hardly inside! Pool is larger than at some houses we have rented in the Keys. I couldn't get my kids out of it! Dock was perfect for the boat we rented for the week. Neighborhood is nice. Tennis, golf, and of coarse a casual waterfront restaurant. Make sure you visit Sunset park to watch the sunset and sing with the locals! Marathon is the furthest Key we have traveled to on our spring break. This house was definitely worth the trip. We will be back year.

In a nutshell, this home is perfect if you enjoy the finer things in life. We travel extensively in the Keys. The middle Keys from Marathon to Islamorada are our favorites. On this particular trip we wanted a home to accommodate our entire party of 6(3 Couples) and meet some higher expectations of a few in our party. The challenge in the keys is to find a home that is not dated inside and out with average amenities. Fortunately we discovered this newly constructed home in Key Colony Beach that came from a recommendation from our fishing guide. Rating this home like a Hotel, it's simply a 5 star. The high quality of the furnishings, the bedding, the huge TV's, and the high end gourmet kitchen was exactly what we were looking for in our party of 6 adults. My passion is fishing and diving but I also love to cook. It was a pleasure doing so in the kitchen as it was large and had all the cool tools I have back home. We had a lot of fun preparing several gourmet meals. The dining table easily accommodates 8. The bedrooms are large, the mattresses are new and comfortable, and most importantly for my Wife, the bedding was of very high quality which is quite often hard to find in a rental. The outdoor patio and pool area was exquisite. Plenty of furniture for everyone including a few loungers that the ladies enjoyed while tanning. The pool is large with a really cool waterfall and light show. The grill was conveniently located outside by the pool and seating area and we took advantage for several outdoor barbecues. We cooked our own meals in house more than ever before on a rental. The dock is brand new, wide, safe and includes a fish cleaning station. We had rented a 26' center console for the week and had room to spare. I also liked how wide the canal is for easy maneuverability and docking. The location of the house is two minutes from Vaca Cut and you get to chose Florida Bay or the Atlantic. Great location! KCB is a desirable location due to its security and proximity to restaurants and grocery stores in Marathon. The park and beach is walking distance. So is Sparky's Landing, a cool open air Keys drinking hole overlooking the marina which had good food and a fun atmosphere. The owners did a fantastic job on the home and provided a level of luxury we desired. One last thing is the fact it is professionally managed and although we didn't have a single issue, it is comforting to know someone is watching your back while on vac.

We stayed here in early June for 7 days. We are a family of 4, with 2 kids- 6 and 11. The location is perfect for going in either direction- toward Key West or north. There are several places to go, including the Turtle hospital, 2 different aquariums and several beaches. All are within an hour of this home. Key West is a bit further- plan the whole day for that one. There are also plenty of jet ski rental places and fishing tours- we didn't take any, but they were all just a short drive away. We did take a glass bottom boat tour which was awesome. It was a little over an hour's drive north, but worth it! Same for stores (if young children) and places to eat. They are everywhere, and all within 10-15 minutes of this home. There is a great ice cream shop on the right coming north on 1 before you turn onto KCB! The house- they don't give enough words in this review! There was every amenity we could think of with excellent appliances (my wife was a bit jealous). Kitchen was awesome. There is a nice grill out back and the swimming pool is perfect. We grilled out mostly and ate on the patio. My 6 year-old finally learned to swim here watching his older sister! We never felt on top of each other- even when we took an entire day at the house. The rooms are all quite spacious with plenty of separation without feeling like everyone is too far away. There is also a nice park about a 10 minute walk or 5 min bike ride away where we went to watch the sun set almost every night. There is a small beach there, and my kids played in the water there as well. Overall, this was a relaxing home we felt was conveniently located. Will definitely be back if we can!
