You have a wonderful patio table but a cheap broken umbrella. Several of the tiles in the mai. Part of the condo were broken that needed to be repaired. The beach was wonderful. I would recommend this place to others.

Beach House 10 was a great place to stay. The location is fantastic. 10/10 would recommend.

We absolutely loved everything about this place. It was perfect for our family and the location was the best. Everything was within walking distance of the condo. The condo was clean and spacious. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels which was much appreciated. Publix is a short drive away so you can get all the necessities (toilet paper/paper towels, laundry detergent, food, etc.) We will stay here again for sure!

Great place!

We really enjoyed staying at the Beach House resort. The unit was clean and spacious. Construction next door was a little loud and distracting at times but otherwise it was a great place to stay!

Overall a gorgeous rental with an amazing location! Loved being right on the beach with beautiful sunsets. The only issue was getting the keys. It seemed that all other units had lock boxes for the keys making it an easy check in and check out process right on the property. This bigger unit did not so we had to pick up and drop off the keys a mile down the road. Other than that we enjoyed our stay :)

It is a beautiful ocean front property in one of the prettiest beaches in Florida. It is close to many restaurants and attractions. We loved it.

This property is near perfect. The location is spot on. Access to the beach and restaurants is truly one of the best. Unfortunately, there are a few things that stopped me from giving this property 5 stars. They did a beautiful job renovating, but sadly I don't think the upkeep has been what it needs to be. The room with 4 beds is a great space, but make sure that you have a fan for air circulation and keep the door open. The property management was fantastic and really nice. This is who saved me from being frustrated. I believe that the next occupants more than likely walked into all the issues we experienced being fixed.

The outside was nondescript but the inside is roomy, clean, comfortable and has plenty of linens and kitchen ware. And the view from the multi access balcony was stunning. Unbelievable sunsets. The only issue was security. We arrived late and it was dark so we couldn’t find the front door; there isn’t one. Access is via a sliding door on the beach side of the unit. Being dark we didn’t see the one door with a key lock but we found a different sliding door that wasn’t secure. We got in but the door latch would not lock. Called the energy number and a man quickly came out and resolved the problem. Tried the same door the next day and had a difficult time re-securing it. Stopped using that door. Further, none of the screen doors could be locked. We enjoyed the sounds of the waves, the aroma of the gulf waters and the breeze but would have felt safer if the doors could have been locked. Being from a large Midwest city safety it’s a significant concern to us. Other than the lack of lockable doors the facility more than met our needs. Would definitely recommend it.

Most of our visits have been spent in one of the ten units at Beach Houspp resort. We love the fact that it is small and very private. We love the restaurants (especially Starfish Grill) and the many ice tram shops and specialty stores We enjoy looking out for the dolphins and manatees and the beautiful sunsets.

It was spotless and well maintained. I had some trouble with the gate but when I called the office someone helped me immediately. It was a very busy week on AMI and we will probably choose a different time frame the next time we travel to AMI. Transportation was our only problem. There were no golf carts or rental cars available. There were less than usual trolleys running so each time we tried to utilize a trolley it was a minimum of an hour wait. The Monkey bus was short staffed and unable to deliver us to our boating excursion despite us contacting them hours in advance. We have traveled to AMI 4 previous times and never encountered transportation problems previously. AMI is a beautiful island to visit. I hope to visit again...probably not in March.

Island Vacation properties was very accommodating with an early check-in as the unit was not booked the night before. The house was clean & updated nicely. Easy access to the beach. The umbrella on the patio was broken when we arrived. I contacted the rental company & they replaced the umbrella within the hour! would definitely stay here again & highly recommend this beach house/rental property company

Reviewer Comments: Only room for improvement related to cleanliness: master bath floor was not swept properly prior to arrival and asked team to come back out, coffee maker had not been cleaned properly with coffee residue throughout, coffee table has drink stains, remote controls had sand and not been cleaned Or sanitized, vent above entrance to kitchen covered in dust, dryer vent full of lint once lint trap removed. Rental staff very accommodating in taking care of cleanings and responded promptly.
