Size, decorations, and that you are very close to the sea and the city. Also the quick connection to the very nice owner was great.

Some showers upstairs were difficult to start and the water pressure wasn’t that hight.

Fantastic location and amazing place. The owner is a lovely person and he took care of everything we needed. The place was very clean and well equipped .with everything we needed. we had a wonderful time.

The property was an absolute dream!!! We were spoilt for choice with the amount of sitting sofas in the Villa! The Villa is bigger than you can ever imagine. The villa has fantastic air con in every room, keeping the place cool throughout the day. The beds were very comfortable. Swimming pool and outdoor facilities also blew us away. If you are thinking about booking, take the risk free plunge and enjoy a luxurious holiday.

wifi connection can be patchy.

Exceptional. Pantelis was wonderful and so accommodating. He gave us the best experience of a host we could wish for. We will certainly be back next year. The Villa was beautiful and we enjoyed it so much. The communication was brilliant throughout! Thank you 🙏

Incredible property in a fantastic location with short journeys to access both Rhodes Town and Falaraki. The outside pool and area is beautiful and the views from this area and the balconies are simply stunning. The host Pantelis was extremely friendly and helpful - fast to respond to all queries and arranged transfers for us. Strongly recommended for any trip to Rhodes.

Wonderful property, clean and well maintained. We had a group of 7 and every one of us were impressed with the property. We weren’t completely sure on location as we hadn’t been to Rhodes before but this was perfect as it fell right between old town and falaraki.

Sometimes the WiFi can be a bit hit and miss indoors yet is brilliant by the pool. On the whole nothing significant to complain about I would absolutely come back again! Great host

A very very large and very spacious place. Perfect for families. Very clean, equipped with everything you need. Close to the center. The owner is a lovely person. He welcomed us warmly and took care of everything we needed. warmly recommended. We'll be back there, that's for sure.
