House just as described—clean, updated kitchen and appliances. Good amount of space for a large group. Great location—easy access to OC & into Bethany Beach Delaware. We had some maintenance issues with the AC that was fixed promptly. Management responsive quickly. Super cute house and decor. Only downfalls—outdoor fridge didn’t work (which was hard to have just one fridge with a large group), & pool was chilly this time of year with a lot of surrounding trees/shade. Overall though a great stay & would stay again!!

The house was perfect for a little getaway, the pool is awesome and the layout was perfect for 2 families with small kids - the bunk room is tucked away so we never had to worry about noise when the kids went to bed. Check in and out involves collecting and returning keys to the rental agency, which is fine, but I’m used to the ease of smart locks! I also found the house was very bare bones in terms of kitchen supplies specifically. We picked up some paper plates as there was only China and we didn’t want the little kids to break them!

Great, quiet neighborhood. Terrific pool. Plenty of room for the entire extended family. All conveniences of home with upgraded amenities. Safe biking roadways. Experienced a few glitches which the property manager personally and quickly resolved. Definitely will stay there again. Entire family loved the place.

The house and location were great. We had space for everyone and the amenities were close to what was outlined. We did have an issue with full trash bins being left by the previous renters, the propane not being filled or connected to a line as stated. The pool and deck are in need of some repair and there was an issue with the pool close to overflowing due to rain. We called the property manager a couple of times but no one came. Overall our experience was great and we would rent again.

Our family totally loved this property. We enjoyed a week-long self isolation stay in June of 2020 with 2 grandparents, 2 daughters & their husbands, and 3 grandchildren (2 elementary school age and 1 infant). There was room for every ... with more room left over. We all felt it was the best property we had ever rented. The owners have taken very good care of this property and it shows. First, the house itself if really nice ... better than it looks in the photos, and very clean (even sanitized toilets with the paper strips across the seat ... kids loved that)! The linen package it also has very high quality / absorbent towels ... not the paper-thin type at most rentals. Second, the neighborhood is really nice and quiet ... we enjoyed quite a few evening walks and bike rides. Finally, the pool is wonderful. Large, clean, & supplied with lots of pool toys/floats. Just make sure the filter bag is hooked onto the automated pool cleaner which runs about 3-4 hours every day (other it doesn't clean the water). We also loved the outside grill & ate out on the pool deck/patio several nights. Overall, we thank the owners for letting us stay at their home near the beach and really appreciate how clean and comfortable it was, and how safe we felt enjoying our family time there. You won't go wrong renting this place and we hope to be back again soon.

The house was perfect for what we needed, time away from life. Our annual golf trip might have a house location. The house was clean and modern and just right for our group of 8. We had an issue with the ice maker and they cake right over to fix it.

Everything was great, but 1 thing I was not pleased with was when management comes to the house and in the middle of the day and tells me if I’m not gonna be compliant with the rules you and you family will get kicked out. So I said I’m sorry did any of us do anything wrong. She said no I just want to let you know that..... I think that this is rude and unprofessional.

The home is nice and works for a nice location not to far from with a pool and not to far from OC. The major things that lack here was the attention to detail on cleanliness and things that needed to be fixed. For the amount of what’s being asked to rent this house for a week, should not show these underlying issues. Carpets were so dirty, I had to scrub areas when you first walk in the home. The kitchen faucet was missing a screen where the water comes out, so everytime you used it the water went everywhere. The pool was not cleaned when we arrived and didn’t get cleaned until 4 days later after multiple requests. The pool area and back grounds lack cleanliness and care. Outside cushions were dirty and chairs were broken. The grill didn’t fully worked and was so dirty the grease caught the food on fire. The pool has rust at the bottom and there are pool tiles being secured by duck tape. Outside of these issues, everything out was fine.
