Wonderful cozy home with a professional and communicative host. Loved all the small touches around the house and the well equipped kitchen. The back deck and fire circle were quiet and a great way to unwind at the end of the day.

What a little gem this house is. The perfect size for two people, a pup, and visiting friends. The house is located close to the Iron Belle Trail, where we road our bikes into town or to the local gym. The house is cozy and smartly decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and kind. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore the western U.P. and Ironwood!

This property is adorable and in a super convenient location. Incredibly well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and linens, nice back yard and deck, and a super coffee bar set up! Pet friendly too which puts it over the top. Excellent communication from the owner and nice personalized touches to make us feel extra welcomed in their home. Would definitely stay here again!

Michelle was very accommodating of our last minute plans. We decided to run away for a few days to hike the black river area. The house is really well done, super clean, and special touches all around. Better than we ever expected! Great location too, quiet neighborhood but close to everything.Ten stars!

We enjoyed this cozy, comfortable, and well decorated home which is conveniently located in Ironwood. Even though there wasn’t enough snow to snowmobile as planned, we stilled enjoyed the weekend by cross country skiing, bowling and hiking in Porcupine park. Michelle was extremely helpful in providing recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Thank you, Michelle!

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated that it was spotless and had higher-end furnishings. Comfortable beds, soft towels and smelled wonderful. Michelle was very quick to respond to questions and the extra touches made us feel very welcomed and special. Top-notch hospitality. She cares about her guests and it's clear that she's committed to providing an exceptional experience. Most well-stocked kitchen of any rental I've stayed in. Lovely deck with tree-lined view. Fantastic value for a luxurious stay.

This is our second stay at this site and we will definitely return next year. The house is so comfortable whether you're relaxing on the front porch, back deck, living room or preparing a meal or just morning coffee. We love that we can get on the Iron Belle so easily. When we on our way home we realized my husband did not have his keys. Michelle intervened with the cleaning crew and the 'lost' keys where found and mailed back to us. We are forever grateful.

Perfect house for a mid-week ski break: cozy, with a sauna for post-ski and roomy kitchen with good quality everything for cooking, comfy beds, plush towels, even a few candles and a bottle of wine for atmosphere. My only tiny suggestion: add one good reading light by the couch.

Our family feels like this house is our "home away from home," as we come back each ski season to this wonderful home up North! Michelle is the most welcoming host with great communication, helpful information, availability for questions, and every detail covered to make the stay perfect. Great place for ski trips as the front porch is perfect for gear and ski boots, and the house is an easy drive to local hills. We love the cozy feel of Michelle's house and appreciate that she has thought of everything a guest will need - plus all the extras waiting for you upon arrival - coffee bar, snacks, and even home-made treats!

This house is one of the best we have ever seen. Our family of 4 stayed there for a long weekend. Michelle was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. The house was exceptionally clean and there were many extra touches such as a welcome message, coffee, snacks, and wine that were greatly appreciated. The house was a perfect location for exploring Lake Superior, riding on the bike trail, and checking out Ironwood. At the end of the day, we had a great time relaxing outside and in the sauna. We hope to visit again in the coming years. Highly, highly recommend this house.
