The room had everything we required for a family of 5 adults. The location was ideal and the view from our room was stunning.

Convenient location to the race village and restaurants.

Lack of basics in the kitchen (coffee cups, wine glasses, utensils, coffee filters). Coffee maker and several bowls/dishes in the cupboards were dirty. Checking in was a hassle. Received a text that the room was ready for early check in. Got there an hour and a half after receiving the text. The info for lock box/keys was incorrect. After a call to sort out the correct code and box number was told that early check in WASN’T available. Therefore the key (not keys) wasn’t in the lockbox. There were 3 of us with ONE key for the weekend, 2 coffee cups, 2 wine glasses.

The bed was comfy and the fire was a nice touch.

The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Dirty bedding dumped in the bottom of both closets. Food left in the freezer. Items left in drawers in the bedroom. The carpet did not look as if it had been vacuumed - various items lying on it (including a used band aid) All the kitchen items were in a terrible condition. There were only two cups - both different. Only one baking tray - rusty. One wine glass. Every other glass was different - absolutely nothing matched. All the cutlery was different so nothing matched there either. The handles on some of the knives were falling off, one spoon had been used for something other than eating and was very sharp which could have been extremely dangerous if given to a child. It was not a comfortable stay and we were very glad to leave.

Not good quality for the amount of money charged.

How the check in was not convenient. The condo furnishings were shabby.

Location

There were very few glasses/mugs in the cabinet. Called to get extra items like tissues, etc. and the office said they could not help. Also, advertised as having access to Indoor Fitness facility, but the truth was that we needed to pay $25 per person to use an off site facility!! False advertising. Condo was VERY small. Kitchen was the worst. Also, AC only worked in the living area. No vent for the Bedroom area.
