We enjoyed our stay here, the pictures do not do it justice, the house was amazing, the pool was used every day. Bill was very prompt to responding to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again

Everything at Bill's house was perfect. He also communicated frequently addressing any questions I had. We had 10 people. My husband and I brought our adult kids and younger kids and grandbaby. Everything was perfectly accommodating for all ages. It was literally the best stocked rental I have ever stayed in. Every need was met. I can't say enough about how great this place is and how wonderful the owner is. Thanks so much for renting your beautiful house to us!

5 nursing school friends from 43 years ago met up at this stunning VRBO for fun and frolic on the beach. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need for days at the beach. The outside pool was well used and perfect as well with chairs to relax in. Beach/Pool towels in abundance. The house is very roomy giving each of us a certain amount of privacy when needed. Beds/beding were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. The living room is beautiful and very comfortable to spend the later evenings telling stories and reminiscing. We traveled with our family and a neighbor family. The house didn’t disappoint. It’s set up perfectly for multiples families to stay and be comfortable. Pool is great and beach is a 5 min or less easy walk. Would stay again!

This was our second visit at this property and again, we were so pleased with our experience……..the proximity to the beach, the friendliness of the neighborhood, the walk ability of the location and the responsive, prompt communications with the owner all made our time here a terrific experience - can’t wait to get back next year!

Our family of 7 had a memorable stay with amazing memories of grilling by the pool, playing in the pool, and family game nights. The salt water pool is one of the nicest pools we have experienced. The beach was close by; we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets on the beach. This beautiful home was very clean and well maintained. It was well stocked with staples; also a cupboard section had a variety of games and puzzles. The garage also has bikes for riding, pool toys, and a good section of beach gear for building sand castles on the beach. The Tiki Bar area section by the pool also has a nice pool table and indoor seating-very nice. Thank you Bill so much for your quick communication for check-in and information. We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is so clean, beautiful, comfortable and roomy. The owners have thought of everything. Bikes, beach gear, pool floats and a very thoughtful welcome basket upon arrival! Couldn’t ask for anything better!

This was our first experience with VRBO and it could not have been better. The property was fantastic and the owner was highly responsive when I had a question.

We were thrilled with our experience here! Being on the canal is really nice… we saw a dolphin out there one day! The short walk to the beach was perfect for our family. The beach toys, umbrella, and wagon made it a lot easier on us with our 3 children: 2, 5 and 13. The beach was great! Not busy or crowded at all and we love that. The beach was beautiful and the seashells were abundant! We rented a boat one day and ventured out which went awesome as well. The pool was fantastic for our crew. The morning was a great time to swim because the sun wasn’t quite shining on it yet. The house was well equipped with towels and staples in the kitchen. We were able to take the upstairs suite and our kiddos houses nicely in the 2 other bedrooms, so we even got some privacy! The oven can be a little tricky, but I was able to cook daily and we also ventured out for some great seafood. We would stay here again!

I could give this vacation home more than 5 stars. I will with no hesitation. I love EVERYTHING. I truly have no complaints at all. My family love it also. This home will be my first choice for our next year summer vacation. We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a beautiful quiet neighborhood and very close to the beach. Very comfortable home for any family. We absolutely recommend this place! Una de las cosas que más me gusto fue la ubicación de esta casa, la playa se encuentra a mucho menos que una milla, está ubicada muy cerca de la playa a la que puedes ir caminando fácilmente. Muchas veces hacemos los reviews por quedar bien, yo en este caso no conozco al dueño pero ame esta casa y me gustaría volver a rentarla. Les vuelvo a decir que no se arrepentirán ❤️❤️❤️

Just returned from a wonderful week in Ft. Myers! We had 4 adults and 3 kids with us. It’s a terrific place to stay, close to beach, beautiful inside and out, pool, game room, and supplied with everything you need for a great stay!! Wagon, stroller, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys are were appreciated! Bikes were enjoyed as well. We were there during tropical storm and 10 inches of rain, having a house to spread out in was the best during the rain! They thought of everything at this place, games, cards, books, all there for your convenience! Great places to eat, our favorites were Nervous Nellies, Charlie’s boat house and the 2000 flavors ice cream shop!! We would definitely return! Thanks Bill for everything!!

This is a beautiful house, steps away from our favorite beach in Ft. Myers--Aberdeen Street! It has everything you could possibly want/need, and more. We took advantage of the billiard table, the pool, the cornhole game, many board games, the grill, the bikes, and even the shop vac to clean the sand from our cars before we left. There are beach towels/chairs/toys, anything you could possibly need in the kitchen, etc., and Bill was wonderful. We even arrived to a gift of wine and snacks on the kitchen counter, which we thought was an especially thoughtful touch! We come to Ft. Myers for a week every summer and this was, by far, the best equipped rental we have stayed in! Thoroughly enjoyed the house!

This house is AMAZING! Everything you need to feel like you’re on vacation and at home at the same time! Lots of space to spread out and enjoy. Short walk to a great beach … no hotels / crowds made it very private! Lots of beach gear and towels to use. We couldn’t have found a better house or a better location.

Had a great stay with 10 of us! The house handled all of us and was very comfortable. Back yard was great! The canal water can be a little stagnant at times but that is it. Great sun coverage from morning until late afternoon for the pool! Short walk to the beach - made it an ideal spot for our group!

Early morning sunrise walks on the beach and sit by the pool in the afternoon, rent a boat and enjoy the backwater searching for pods of dolphins or travel by water to eat at an awesome restaurant, this is the place. Our family celebrated the new year and had a very nice stay! Highly recommend if your looking for peaceful neighborhood to relax...

We were here a family of five (all adults) and the house was plenty big enough for a very fun week. During Covid we tend to stay home and cook when we travel and the kitchen had all we needed to make a variety of great dinners, and sets up with the seating and family area all open to each other so it is a fun hang out house. The walk to the beach is a breeze and there was a pull cart and chairs and just about anything else you could want for the beach - all made available in the garage. Bill (the owner) was really responsive to any questions and was kind enough to have a very nice welcome gift waiting when we arrived. If we're back to this area we will certainly look for this property again. Great experience - definitely recommend.

We had a great time staying here, we came down during COVID to enjoy a relaxing week for my brother’s bachelor party. This home is just as nice in person as it looks in the pictures and had everything we needed. Couldn’t recommend it more!

Gorgeous property, very clean and the most well appointed VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Owner was generous and responsive. Close to the beach and short bike to downtown. If I find myself back in FMB I’d definitely look into this property again.

Pictures are for real! Lovely fully stocked home; well stocked kitchen, beach needs and pool. We were in the heated pool almost daily. Loved sitting on the balcony outside the great room, overlooking the pool and canal. The kitchen, dining and great room are open with very comfortable furniture. The owner was very responsive and available. We were there for the month and hated leaving.

We very much enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room for the 6 adults in our party. We have stayed several times in FMB and have found that we really enjoy being on the canal. This home is a perfect location for being close to the beach yet set back a bit from Estero Blvd which makes it very quiet and private. The pool area is beautiful. I would highly recommend this house!

This house was the perfect accommodation for our family of 7 adults and one toddler. We celebrated an early Christmas since we won't be together. The location was ideal and a short walk to the beach. We were close enough to visit Sanibel twice and Lover's Key twice. Publix was less than a mile away. We had an amazing dinner at Fresh Catch. The heated pool was a plus for our toddler with a wide step area where she could sit and play. The beds were comfortable and the living room large enough for all of us to sit. There were only 7 chairs for the kitchen but we managed. The oven is a bit small with only one rack. But, hey....we were on vacation. There were plenty of towels for both showering and pool/beach, as well as beach chairs, wagon, etc. . We enjoyed a few sunsets on the beach. Would definitely go back if we have the chance.

Plenty of room for 7, clean and well equipped vacation rental. Conveniently located mid island, quiet neighborhood, short walk to the beach and the kids loved the pool. We had a great time!

Stayed in the property July 19 and had a wonderful time. Found the owner an absolute pleasure to deal with before and throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and any queries were dealt with promptly and with a good deal of thought. We were 2 families and had booked the property c10 months before and it worked perfectly for us in terms of layout offering space and plenty of areas for chilling out. A very varied bunch of folks - the property had something for everyone. We were beyond excited about the trip and the house didnt disappoint - we haf stretched our budget to stay in the house and it was well and truly worth it. The star of the show had to be the pool area with all day sunshine and plenty to see in the water behind the house - manatees our best spot. Furnishings were good quality and we loved spending time chilling outside, playing pool and the corn toss in the tiki bar to escape the heat. The living areas were wonderful with plenty of comfy seating for all our party - again great quality. The house was superbly stocked with everything needed for a perfect stay - even down to kitchen items!!! Inside felt very tropical thanks to the decor - a Tommy Bahama vibe in the main areas. Beds were excellent with beautiful linens and soft sheets and fabulous mattresses - easy to drift off after a hard day of doing nothing. The beach was a short walk away, with a couple of lovely local restraunts and bars a 25 minute walk which was great. We found Fort Myers Beach great, very quiet at this time of year. The people we came across were super friendly and keen to help. All 6 of us would rush back to both Dom's fabulous house and the area given the opportunity! We so enjoyed the property...great vacation..only complaint....asked to leave an hour before our agreed VRBO check out time....property for sale and prospective buyers came at 1030 and our checkout was at 1100...we were asked to leave at 1000...other than that our experience was fantastic!!
