everything good, very clean, comfortable, staffs are excellent, value for money.

but the spa service needs to improve. I have used different spa services outside . the quality of these services needs to improve.duration needs to increase, quality of massage needs to improve.

Everything has to be 100% perfect in a property like this and the effort is there by the Management

Absolutely shocked that TV Chanel’s were not available in a property like this. Tata sky not recharged was what it was showing for 15 minutes and then after telling Reception waited another 15 minutes. Then went out to the Lulu Mall to sit and watch India Sri Lanka match. While checking out, it took 20 minutes for staff to get my bags down from 7th floor. Almost missed the flight because of this delay. OPERATION TEAM SIMPLY OF LOW LEVEL for a good level hotel that is charging 5 star rates

The breakfast had so many variety even in hot dishes. I absolutely enjoyed it very much. I should name a staff - Vaishakh who was so gentle to me, I asked him if a vegetable stew contained onion and garlic and he said he would go and ask the chef. He returned saying it does contain but he has already ordered one for me. They try to meet up with your needs that is the best thing.

I think they could provide airport shuffle as it’s only 15min away from the hotel.

Everything about this hotel is excellent still the behaviour of the hotel staff needs special mention . One staff member (probably Ashwin) was excellent in his helpfulness. The food in dinner and breakfast was very very good.
