House worked well for a quick two light stay for a large group.

This lovely house was a perfect fit for our entire family that came out to San Antonio for my daughters Airforce graduation ceremony. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the spacious house and backyard. I would definitely recommend this house and area to anyone with a big family looking to stay in San Antonio.

Perfect for the group we had

Beautiful and incredibly spacious! We were able to enjoy time together and still have enough room to ourselves. GREAT PROPERTY!

Our four-night stay with twelve people brought mixed experiences—it was great being with family but the house itself has some issues that need to be addressed. The house was large and centrally located for our gathering, dining, and sight-seeing. However, some things were challenging: figuring out how the track lights worked took some time (instructions would have been nice); three "bedrooms" do not have a closet or chest of drawers, so the only place to put clothing is in your suitcase on the floor or the back of a chair; the remote control devices for the bedroom lights control lights in other bedrooms (i.e., the master bedroom remote controls its light/fan as well as the light/fan in the bedroom down the hall where someone else is staying--not nice when your ceiling light comes on at 4:00 in the morning); slow draining and backing up of the drain in MBR shower (we made use of the available plunger); very low water pressure--especially considering how many people were housed; upstairs hallway bathroom door needing shaving (difficult to close--noisy during the night); beds throughout needing support (sagging in the middle, master bed middle supports broken); Keurig coffee maker pot missing the filter basket, leaking, and therefore unusable (the K-pod side worked fine); lack of a fire extinguisher (if needed in the kitchen area); most of the smoke alarms in a drawer--but, with batteries; track lighting in the kitchen area that needs repairing or replacing (electrical concern); the garbage/recycling containers were not to be found so we used the dumpster. The pool was wonderful and clean and gave a great place for sitting and visiting with each other. We did not report these issues at the time because we “made do” and enjoyed being with family, however the issues need to be addressed before the next occupants.

The house was beautiful, just one spot where something had been spilled and not cleaned. The AC in the up-stairs master bed is still not working correctly, even after being told it was. We had to leave hall door open to get cool air. Otherwise, the house and pool were great and we had a really good stay. Manager quickly responded to all questions.

Pool and house accommodated our party of 10 well. The smoke alarm batteries were old so they chirped. Couldn’t reach the living room 15 Ft ceiling so it kept everyone up each night. The tile floors needed cleaning and the master light switch was too complicated and we never really figured it out. The AC vents were closed in the upstairs master, but figured it out after 2 nights.

The pool and the kitchen setup was awesome, we were close to all the major attractions. The offered 3 blow up mattress and the property was beautiful. I really had nothing to complain about but, there is only 6 bedroom so we put the kids on the mattress in their parents rooms which were very spacious. The only other complaint I have is the bedroom by the living room was hot as hell at night. The question of the day is would I retun and the answer is YES!

This was an ideal location for a large family. We were able to spread out amongst the numerous rooms, we were able to gather around the large dining room table for each meal, the pool was big enough to accommodate several people at once, the location was minutes away from key attractions like Sea World and Fiesta Texas. The rate was reasonable for all the home had to offer. It was a nice 4 night stay overall. If I visit San Antonio in the future I will consider staying at the premise again.

This is a milestone year for our family, celebrating big birthdays and our 50th anniversary so we wanted to gather and have fun while the kids were off. The house fit our needs well with plenty of space, a huge pool and close to many attractions. The kitchen was well stocked but it would have been helpful to know what was there as we brought many duplicates from home. There were some maintenance issues mentioned in previous reviews that were not taken care of prior to our arrival. I tried sending messages and called but he’d address one out of about every 3 questions. When he went out of town and put his secretary, Brenda, in charge, she finally sent some out at 9:30pm on the 2nd day to address several of them. Unfortunately one was that we needed keys to access the second floor as coming up the stairs from the main entrance was difficult for my husband with mobility issues. The lighting system was extremely difficult to deal with and the oven and ice maker are still broken. All in all we had a great time.

It was a great stay for a family who haven’t seen eachother in a while

This place was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway and we are planning to book it again next year! We had 4 moms, 10 kids under 8 and the house worked perfectly.

The house accommodated our group of 6 golfers perfectly. Great location--close to restaurants, golf courses and the Riverwalk. Owner was easy to communicate with and responsive. Made for a perfect golf group reunion.

The pool had a ton of leaves on it and the skimmer didn't have a pole so that the pool could be cleaned The air conditioner and exhaust fans are pretty dirty The front walk to the front door was missing a slab of concrete from some work that had been done we were always bringing dirt into the house The refrigerator light and ice maker did not work The BBQ grill was filthy and the utensils were broken and gross Kitchen faucet was wobbly and loose. Several buttons on the oven in the kitchen didn't work Some of the vents looked like they had black mold in them, they need to be cleaned The outside shower was broken. Lastly I sent an email to them asking whether they had fixed these things and got no response.

Nice property with lots of rooms and space. However, I booked specifically for a Luxury house 3 king beds(separate bathrooms). Pool and hot tub l. I would not consider this a Luxury house. (Beds are not very comfortable). 1 of the Kings does not have an easily accessible bathroom. There is no hot tub like advertised . Unfortunately when we were there the yard guys showed up for the first 2 hours and got the pool dirty, the owners sent someone to sweep pool after we called . But due to a problem with with pool , the pump was off so not heated like adversities either and it stayed dirty the whole time. I am sure those issues were just our weekend. There was plenty of room for 9 of us and could have had 6-8 more.was planning on more family but unfortunately some not able to make it. It has some renovations in progress but not bothersome to us. Would stay here again.

Our family really enjoyed our time at this property! Very spacious and clean and close to all the attractions. We looked forward to relaxing at the house after long days at the parks and appreciated the well stocked kitchen to cook simple meals. The backyard and pool looked amazing but unfortunately we came during a cold weather spell so we didn’t use it but know it would make for a very fun& entertaining way to relax and unwind as the pool was huge! My kids enjoyed all of the comfy beds and having so much room to spread out! Our host, Daniel, was very welcoming and responsive to any questions we had. Overall an amazing spring break spot for our family and we hope to return!

I don't even know where to start with our horrible experience. We had two families stay the week of Thanksgiving and started having problems the very first day. Cockroaches!!! This home has an infestation! We saw them every day running up walls and on the counters! Our families experienced so much stress worrying about taking these pests home in addition to the kids being scared to sleep in fear that things will be crawling on them. We spent a lot of money for this home for a week rental and we were stuck with nowhere to go as everything was booked or did not have enough room for our large group. The owner/manager of this home was a nightmare to deal with. It took four days for them to have pest control arrive. Upon arrival, pest control said they weren’t surprised there were issues as the house was trashed with food and garbage the last several times they were there. The owner denied they had issues even though I have plenty of pictures showing the roaches we killed. We now know why there was a can of roach spray!!!! The compensation that was offered to us was offending as it didn’t even cover one night’s stay!! This is unacceptable customer service and no way to run a “luxury” rental business. I highly recommend NOT staying here unless you want to risk having extra unwanted guests! I would never rent from this owner again. This was the worst family vacation! A lot of wasted time and money that we will never get back! Two very sad, stressed and angry families!!!

My group of 9 guys stayed at this property for our annual golf tournament. (Less than 5 minutes from La Cantera resort.) This place was phenomenal and even more spacious than you would think. Plenty of bedrooms, and the outdoor/pool area is the perfect spot for hanging out, grilling, etc. Host was accommodating and checked in to make sure everything was going ok. Definitely recommend this home for any group looking for a place to stay in SA.

There was a group of 6 of us who stayed there during a work conference and the property was great. We all had adequate space and enjoyed the pool area and the pool table.

The house was amazing & very spacious. We loved the pool & backyard. Our family enjoyed the stay & the check in process was easy. And the house is was beautiful a lot of room.

A group of girl friends and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely location in San Antonio. We all had great accommodations and we were only 15 minutes away from the downtown activities. We also enjoyed a full day of relaxation by the pool. It was a wonderful stay in a lovely city.

When we first got there we were not able to get in because they were still cleaning. When we did get in it was a nice place described as the website said. The whole house was very spacious. The skeeball game wasn’t working but my husband fixed it. The pool was amazing! We did enjoy being here very much. One thing that should should be mentioned is the games and two bedrooms are down stairs and everything else is up stairs. But other than that my family had an amazing stay! Thank you for renting this home !!

This house was absolutely perfect. The pictures show you exactly what you’re going to get. It is spacious, gorgeously decorated and very conveniently located. Something I particularly loved was the privacy. It has a very woodsy feel in the middle of the city. The pool is huge and swimming with my family was a blast! We will definitely be back.

As we arrived at the property we were really taken with how large it was. As we explored the inside, we were REALLY surprised at how spacious the house and outside area is. I guess it's true everything is bigger in Texas. So many rooms to choose from, something for everyone. The outside pool area was wonderful. My kids really enjoyed the diving board and depth of the pool. Yes, the pool was large! One of the best equipped kitchens I have found at a VRBO. Location was great for morning walks around the neighborhood and close enough to the highway to access anything you need. Daniel was an attentive host. I would highly recommend this property.

Plenty of space, charming decor. Stayed one night with large group of girlfriends. Lounged at pool, ate dinner in and sleep great!

This property was perfect. Everything it shows in pictures is exactly what you get. Clean, spacious, and location could not be more perfect. In the city but with a hill country feeling. We highly recommend this place and will back again.
