We had a great time. The house has three rooms for couples, and a room with 6 beds perfecto to accommodate the kids (6 in our case). Very well equipped, and you cannot get any closer to the mountain. Thank you!

We rented this house for a ski weekend and it was exactly what we needed. It is about 7 minutes from Windham mountain. The house is spacious, comfortable, clean and has a well equipped kitchen. We had everything we needed to cook family meals. We would recommend this house to others.

We had a great time and really appreciated Ben accommodating our last-minute request after we suffered a late cancellation on another property. Plenty of space, a fire pit and a well-appointed kitchen were all great features and the location was fantastic. We had deer walking through the woods in the back, toads hopping around the bushes, hummingbirds at the feeders and every drive we took had some beautiful views and scenery. Tons of great outdoor options nearby for hikes, swimming, etc. plus Windham had a nice little downtown area - we only got through a small part of our list, so we definitely want to come back.

The only thing to consider is that there isn't any air conditioner. Our stay was on cooler days,, but if it were really hot this might be a consideration. There are multiple fans throughout the house to accommodate however. Would recommend 100% staying at this location.

My friends and I loved staying at this property and would come back in an instant. Everything was neat, clean, and organized. The firepit was the best part, there were large chairs and even a picnic table where we all spent most of our time. Great place, lots of space, and very private.

The owner was very communicative and accommodating. House is very spacious, with a nice deck out back and a large fire pit area. No need to bring paper products, laundry or dish/dishwasher detergent. There is a kuerig (with lots of coffee) and a regular coffee maker. There is no a/c but it cools down at night in the woods, and there are fans in all bedrooms. I would rent this house again in a heartbeat!

We had a great weekend! The house is close to Windham Mountain. There was plenty of space for our 2 families with 6 kids total. Kitchen was well stocked. House was very clean. Kids loved the bunk room!

The rental property was exactly as advertised. Spacious and homey. Even when we experienced a small glitch, the problem was solved in timely manner. The owner was helpful and gracious. We would recommend this property and return given the opportunity.

We were a large group from ages 70 to 9 with three generations. Everyone loved the house. It was very comfortable, clean and had every amenity you could need. The surrounding area is beautiful and it is very close to lots of attractions. Also the house is separated from neighbors so there is privacy and no noise. I couldn’t recommend the house more if you are looking to unwind in the mountains.

This house is terrific! We had it for a week in the summer and loved the location (woodsy/mountainous/secluded but a short drive to Windham shops), the space (lots of comfy beds and bedrooms, great stocked kitchen, high-ceiling living room, Netflix in every room), the outside (terrific fire pit, yard, and porches). We had four kids, ages 8 to 2, that had a blast in the house and hiking at various trails in the Catskills. This house was close to many trails and such including these: • Windham Path (5min) nice, easy hike with a cool covered bridge. • Peekamoose Blue Hole (60min) such a fun place to explore, climb, swim though it does get busy. • North South Lake (35min) nice beach for swimming. • Mama’s Boy Burgers (25min) great burgers and ice cream including vegetarian options • Catskill Mountain Country Store Windham (5min) rad pirate ship playground, farm animals, and breakfast. • Dolans Lake at Schoharie Creek (15min) fun, rocky area for swimming and climbing. Ben, the owner, was terrific communicating with and had great recommendations. We are definitely interested in booking this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

We had a great time! It was just what we were looking for, a quiet and comfortable house with great access to the outdoors. Our kids really enjoyed the yard and fire pit, and we were very appreciative that the house was well-stocked and so close to so many fun outdoor activities. An added plus was the grill that we did not see featured in the listing when we booked. Ben, the owner, seemed to be very attuned to Covid-19 safety precautions. He also provided thorough information and was very quick in replying to our questions. We were glad we could stay there on such short notice, too. Great house, we would stay there again!

My friends and I rented this home for a long holiday weekend to take our kids skiing. The home is approx. 7min from Windham Mountain and 20min from Hunter. We were therefore able to take advantage of skiing and snow tubing at both Mountains with ease. The home itself is as advertised. It was extremely clean and well kept and the pantry and kitchen was well stocked with essentials. We did run into an unexpected plumbing issue during our stay, which caused the water to abruptly stop running on the second floor. We notified the homeowner and he was very responsive and had a plumber check on the issue right away. The homeowner was quick to respond to all our inquiries in general which was appreciated.

We just got back from a great weekend! The house was even better than pictured and had plenty of room for the 6 adults and 5 kids in our group. The house was fully stocked with anything you might need and more (kitchen supplies/games/extra bedding/towels/etc). The beds were super comfortable and the kids room was perfect for them. (Enough bed space for up to 8 kids!) They enjoyed playing/sledding in the backyard and we were within minutes of Windham town and ski area (like 6-8 mins to be exact). The owners were available the whole time for questions both before and during our trip. We will definitely be back!

The house is 5 minutes from windham mountain. The house is clean and comfortable. Everything worked- tv, dishwasher, microwave etc. The owner was easy to contact. Plenty of dishes, pots, and silverware. We had a great time and will definitely come again.
