The house was immaculate and well furnished. The location can't be beat being a short golf cart ride from the neighborhood pool, Brownwood Square, and major arteries of the Villages. The host was very responsive when answering our questions. We high recommend this place.

Property is great with a perfect location. Close to golf, pickleball, pools, and Brownwood Square. The golf cart works great and was a fun addition especially when playing golf or Ku going to the square. We had a great time and definitely would recommend the property

This was the perfect house for our family of 4 and 1 small dog. It was near grandma and grandpa, which is why we chose it, but was nicer than others we have rented in this same village in past years.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood close to Brownwood and the Eisenhower Rec Center. We found the home very clean and well maintained. The well appointed kitchen even has an instant pot along with everything else we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and nice. The shower had good pressure. The golf car ran perfectly. We very much enjoyed our stay! We have stayed at many VRBO’s over the years, but this one definitely ranks Excellent!

We had a really nice stay. The house is clean and well kept. There were puzzles and games, which came in handy, as it was unexpectedly chilly while we were there. The golf cart was really fun and made it easy to pop into Brownwood or go to the grocery store. We had no problems-everything was as depicted in the listing. We would definitely stay again!

This property has it all - clean and fully furnished, games, golf cart, and lifestyle passes. It’s located only a short distance to Brownwood town square and a handful of recreation centers. We only used the king bed and that was very comfortable. Check in was very simple. I would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing & Fun
My buddy and I are both divorced with kids... he has a 15 yo and I have a 15 & 16 yo... we spent Christmas at the Villages... we were allowed to set up a Christmas tree and we really enjoyed living the golf-cart life for a couple of weeks... hanging at the pools, visiting the town squares and going out to eat. Everyone loved it.

Joni was great to communicate with - although we only had to communicate with her prior to arrival because everything was perfect at the house. But she always responded quickly and was very accommodating The home is beautiful and had everything needed - even board games and puzzles which my family enjoyed. It is exactly as pictured. Charming home away from home.
This house is just as described. Perfectly appointed for a relaxing, lovely stay. It has every amenity you might need and is in great condition. The golf cart is an extra bonus and the location is excellent. Hop in the cart for a short drive over to Eisenhower rec center, which has a fantastic pool along with Pickleball and tennis courts. Truly a five-star experience.

This property did not disappoint. Very clean very well stocked with linens and towels. The home is very comfortable for four adults.
I do like the location to the different town squares that makes it very convenient. One of the biggest pros is the four person golf cart so you don’t have to take that extra car.
We are kind of pro to the Brownwood town Square we like that end of The Villages.
I would recommend this property to anyone considering a trip to The Villages.

Wonderful Experience !
This property is by far the nicest home we have stayed in. It was very clean! Everything about the check in was very easy.All of the furniture was very stylish and in perfect shape.There was a golf cart in the garage that ran great.We used it each day to run up to the restaurants and shopping.We have stayed in a lot of VRBO units and found this one the very best. We usually dont do a review but this time we felt we should share this wonderful experience..
