Loved the location of this condo. Close to shopping and activities. The pool right outside the condo was great to have and the communication from the host was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Easy check in, clean and owner responded quickly with questions I had. A little confusing to find unit the first time but, there is another entrance/exit closer and easier to come and go. Would definitely book again!

Our family of five (with 3 kids, ages 9, 4, and 2) booked this condo and stayed here for a week for our yearly family vacation. While the listing was accurate and the condo had ample space for our family, the cleanliness of the rental left much to be desired. Upon checking in, we found that the pull-out mattress was incredibly stained and the couch had not been vacuumed under for quite some time. The property manager was quick to fix the problem by replacing the mattress cover the next morning and having her cleaning lady vacuum under the couch, but I expect a place to be clean when we arrive. As the week went on, we found a lot more places that hadn't been cleaned appropriately - there was quite a bit of dust, along with a lot of evidence that the floors had not been vacuumed or mopped lately (makeup on the bathroom floor that wasn't mine, dog hair from someone else's dog, build-up of shower product on the inside of the shower curtain, and our kids had dirty feet from walking around and playing in the condo). Overall, I feel like the condo needs a really good deep clean before it is rented out again. While I could have complained about every little thing, I didn't want our week as a family to be interrupted by someone having to come clean or to have someone we didn't know in the condo unattended with all of our things. That being said, the location of the condo itself is great. There is a ton to do nearby for families, and we were able to watch the 4th of July fireworks over Lake Hamilton without leaving the resort. We truly enjoyed staying in Hot Springs, we just wish the condo would have been cleaner.

The property manager was very sweet and thoughtful. She had a cake and a card for my son s 6 birthday. He was so surprised and loved it. The condo had absolutely everything we needed and more. The location to the pool and hot tub was literally in our backyard. The condo was central enough to all that we wanted to do and see. I recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing space near all the lakes. We loved it and we definitely be back soon!

Beautifully decorated and very spacious property. Great location, easy access to attractions and restaurants, but a quiet and private resort, with tennis courts and pool in the back yard.

We had such a great experience! Prompt communication and happy to answer questions! Great proximity to the pool which was never crowded. Kids loved the pool! Was kind enough to provide our favorite drinks and snacks! Very clean and provided lots of items that other rentals don't (beach towels, laundry items, paper towels, etc.). Beautifully renovated property. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was fantastic, very clean and the beds were so comfortable. Central located to everything that we needed, stores, Wineries, attractions. This was a Great place and great location. Would love to come and do it again.

Our stay on Lake Hamilton was amazing! Jeannie made sure that our stay here was perfect by helping us get the exact accommodations we needed for our family. Location and scenery were beautiful and just far enough away from the center of town to be a little less busy, yet close enough to all of the attractions. Would highly recommended this condo!

The property owner was extremely thoughtful and kind! A birthday cake, candles, and balloon were there to greet us. Great location! This property overlooks pool and tennis courts and has been beautifully updated! Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Wonderful

Our stay was wonderful and relaxing. We enjoyed the location convenient to everything we wanted to do and the Hostess was awesome and even left special GF snacks for this picky eater. Attention to detail was not spared. Definitely would stay here again.

We had such a nice time! The pool was right below our balcony, plus a hot tub. We enjoyed fishing, renting a boat,... and getting takeout for meals,...relaxing!

You will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The house was immaculately clean. We were very hesitant to travel during COVID, but we felt completely safe here. My family and I did some hiking around Hot Springs and this location is in the perfect location, short drive to Garvan Gardens and Lake Catherine. Jeannie was very easy to get ahold of whenever we had a question. She was so kind as to even leave orange juice and cheese sticks in the fridge for the kids! What a wonderful experience this was. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time and they left us the sweetest welcome basket. Extremely clean and well decorated. We will be planning another future visit and stay here again.

The place was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Kids used the swimming pool right in front of the property, and had a blast, and I really enjoyed the pool with hot water. It is very conveniently located, and super close to everything and everywhere you need to go. The manager was very nice, and made our trip flawless and enjoyable. Asked us if we wanted any drink or snacks. and we told we were ok, but the manager still provided us with several bottles of water, and some chips. They even had a couple of hand sanitizers, including one which you can travel with, ready for us to use. I even left my watch at the property, but the manager was super kind enough to mail it back to me at no cost. We will definitely stay here again, next time we visit Hot Springs AK.

Our condo was amazing!! Extra clean & fully equipped! It’s was also beautifully decorated. Jeannie is the absolute best to rent from!!! Her personal messages were adorable. She even had 2 bottles of champagne chilling in the fridge when we got there:) The area is easy to get to & the neighbors were delightful! You won’t be sorry you booked this unit!!!!

Ideal if you just want a quiet getaway. Area tucked away but close enough to activities when you want to get out. We loved it.

Jeannie was a great manager for this property. Communication was excellent. Condo was clean and comfortable. Pool was just outside your door. Great pool area as well.

Myself and 3 friends stayed here for a girls weekend and had a blast! Jeannie was super accommodating and just a text away if we needed anything. The condo was beautiful and spotless. The balcony overlooked the pool and was just a few minutes away from shopping and restaurants. It was also in a gated community, which felt very safe. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting Hot Springs.
