Enjoyed our stay, good location and pool was a great size, you could actually swim in it. Bed not comfortable for us but that’s a personal preference. All in all a great holiday.

Enjoyed the month-long stay. Lely is a beautiful development. The Falcons Glen section was nice for walking and well as access to one of the main roads. Beds were very comfortable and family room furniture was also comfortable. BBQ worked fine though a couple of times, used the lighter to ignite the non-starter side (not an issue). Pool was nice to have

Great place to stay!

This villa is very comfortable with everything you would need for a great family stay. This was our third year staying in Lely at Christmas. We take our sons (18 and 19) golfing nearby and enjoy the area restaurants. But this home had all the necessary kitchen amenities so we were able to cook more this trip. The bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen table was large for us to play cards and put together a puzzle, and having two full bathrooms was fantastic. The master bath is a bit small but we made it work. Huge closets, great TVs, extra blankets, and very cozy. This is a well cared for home that has every detail accounted for. The location is also great! There’s a Publix within a mile. It’s 20 minutes to downtown Naples or Marco Island. Either direction, you can get to great restaurants and beaches from this villa. The home’s pool was cleaned so well routinely, it was warm, and the garage had many toys and floaties. Everything you need for a beach visit is there too! Bikes, golf clubs, etc.. The outdoor furniture was perfect for morning coffee and the outdoor dining table was great for us too. We love in the north so we wanted to spend as much time outside as we can and this home made that possible. The community pool was also so nice and allowed us to get more sun. We used both pools and loved that we had options! Great stay - would rent again and highly recommend for families!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Falcons Glen. Everything was absolutely as described and the pictures were accurate. The house is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was really well-equipped and we had everything we needed for a wonderful week-long stay. The pool was clean and comfortably warm. The fact that it is facing south makes a real positive difference in the winter months as it was sunny and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable and the wi-fi worked very well too. Five stars plus for this wonderful home! Tom was a great host and did everything possible to make our stay a very pleasant one. The communication was excellent. We look forward to staying here again, and can heartily recommend Falcons Glen to anyone looking to visit Naples. Thank you again Tom!

Wonderful house, beautifully decorated and perfect location. We had a pleasant stay in this stunning house, it had everything we needed and the large pool was just perfect! We enjoyed our stay very much and have already made a reservation for next year!

We had a wonderful stay! All the amenities we needed and even some pool toys for the kids. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by. 10/10 recommend this place! :)

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable, had all the amenities, plenty of TVs, plenty of pool toys and other thing such as bicycles available for use. Kitchen was fully equipped. The glass cooktop stove had a crack but a property care taker lived right around the corner and brought an electric pan that, together with the grill, was sufficient. The property owner was very responsive and responded right away to any questions we had. The pool area was also very comfortable and the pool was clean and heated. We ended up being stuck there during Hurricane Ian and I am happy to report that this house is absolutely hurricane prove! Overall we had a great stay despite the hurricane.

We loved Lely Resort village. Especially loved having our own private pool and convenience of access to Naples 5th Avenue and the Bayfront!!!

Tom was the best great communication easy check on. The house was way more than expected. Tom and linda supply everything you need. What a beautilful home and the Pool is more than your would expect. I would recommend this property to anyone you won't be disappointed. House is spotless we are going to return soon great place in naples.

I can’t say enough about this beautiful Rental in Naples! The home was perfect for our family of 5! Spacious, stocked with all the necessities, and clean!! The pool and patio area was our favorite spot! Plenty of seating and the pool is surrounded by tropical landscape. Hard to leave this wonderful place! Can’t wait to return!!

We loved our 3 week stay at Lely Resort! Tom Sheahen was an excellent host. Communication with him i.e. check in and out procedures were very clear and easy. The house is very clean and neat with just the right amount of coastal decor. The home was also well equipped for staying on the property or going to the beach. We especially enjoyed the oversized pool that was heated to the perfect temperature. The proximity to 5th Ave. and Marco island was a plus! Thank you, Tom, for a fabulous stay!

We found this home to be very well stocked with just about everything needed to enjoy our stay. It is a very convenient location close to Publix and Fresh Market for groceries, as well as Marco Island and Naples restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed riding the supplied bikes through the beautiful neighborhoods, we would definitely rent hear again.

The house is located in an extremely quiet and safe community. The pictures don't depict how nice the house actually is. It was spotlessly clean, both inside and out. Tom includes all the amenities and creature comforts to ensure your stay is both comfortable and worry-free. Amenities included bicycles, beach chairs, tennis rackets, golf clubs, outdoor grill and the list goes on! The heated swimming pool is much larger than it appears in the pictures and is completely surrounded by dense vegetation for lots of privacy. The hedges also serve as an excellent wind block for days when its blustery. The furnished lanai is a perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. Great home with everything we needed and best location. Check into the house first before you go to the grocery store, because you'll find alot of basic things already available. We had a problem with the AC but Tom the owner took care of the issue immediately and a tech was there on the following day. We can truely recommend the Peruvian Restaurant (Aji Limon Peruvian Kitchen, 11985 Collier Blvd. Suite 8 - 9 Naples, FL 34116) just 10 minutes away, you'll love it.
