House was as described. The booking process and check in was very easy.

The house was clean for the most part. Unfortunately the previous tenants had been fishing and left a lot of trash. Unfortunately the trash pick up wasn’t for 3 days so it left the house smelling. The owner was great and advised to set it outside at the road instead of leaving it in the garage. The previous tenants had also used the fridge for bait and fish. The fridge smelled horribly! We bought extra baking soda and cleaned it very well a few different times. It was better by the end of our stay. Other than that.. it was a great stay! We had a blast swimming in the pool and fishing on the pier. There was a huge turtle that came to visit us while fishing. We did catch a red fish on our last day there. Great house and was suited perfectly for what we needed.

We did not want to leave! This house was perfect for my family and we got to experience different beaches! Highly recommended this location.

We were really impressed by the size of the house and pool. Plenty of room for everyone. A little disappointed that we couldn't fish due to the gators but we still enjoyed our time here.

We had the best time! This house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed!! The pool was gorgeous and heated and the canal was amazing to look at every day!! We even saw an Alligator swimming in it! We will definitely stay here again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great house and pool. Beautiful and quiet location. House was equipped with everything we needed to have a comfortable, enjoyable stay. Truly hope we can return next year to escape the northern winter and get some much needed Florida sunshine!

Great time to relax at the pool side. Close to shopping and restaurants. Many rooms to relax in this quite neighborhood.

I was not so sure about the rental before we arrived as you can never really tell by looking at something online but I was pleasantly surprised at how large the house is. It is four bedrooms and three full bathrooms and none of them are small. The swimming pool is bigger than it looked in the photos also. The house is a little bit dated and could use some new pool cushions etc but totally fine for us. The neighborhood is very nice and the houses on the street are all very new and nice which is always a concern for me when I rent so I wanted to share that it is a good area. The closest beach is maybe 20 minutes away and there is a grocery store about 10 minutes away. The kitchen had everything that we could want, plenty of towels and linens etc.

We had a great time at this property and the property manager was great and immediately responded to a couple of issues, and was there quickly. Great guy. One thing we will say is that they need a new cleaning person and we voiced that to him. We were not comfortable with the way the bedding looked. Stains and didn’t look fresh…. so we washed all of it before going to bed. We washed silverware because a lot of it was sticky in the drawer. Once we cleaned things then we were comfortable. Overall it was a great 10 days with the pool, the view and quiet and plenty of room for all of us.

Overall we enjoyed the property and especially the pool. We have 3 kids and each of them had their own bedroom. There was a TV in every room but there were 2 TV's that did not work in my girls' bedrooms and I was unable to get a response from the Property Manager. We asked about another issue regarding the pool light - b/c it was fun swimming at night, and no response either. The price was right though and it was still a great Florida home. Super close to stores and wonderful Gulf Beaches! Would recommend staying.

The home was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. We enjoyed the pool every day. The neighborhood is very quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

We choose this property because it was outdated and having 4 kids we weren't want to risk damaging something and be charged for it. Nevertheless we were charged over hundred $ for extra cleaning even though we paid for cleaning fee at the time of booking. (I'm trying to dispute that with VRBO). Neighbor who lives next door and have patio open towards the property pool came 5-6 times during our 9 days there at different hours to complain about kids (7, 8, 4,5) at various hours 7pm, 8pm and at 10pm New Years Eve because " I want to go to sleep early". To open a grill u need to use pliers, gas tank was empty, u have to lift gas line cover to light it up. Owner does not respond to messages. When we came we have to buy laundry detergent and before we moved in we washed all the shits , we were using our detergent during stay, at the end we washed the towels and stripped the beds so the cleaning lady could wash them (we didn't wash them because we were out of detergent ), we were charged extra cleaning fee because of that ... I guess they want to leave them unwashed for the next people..... Definitely coming back to the area but not to that property........

The only problem we had was the house was obviously not cleaned well before we came. There was hair in two beds. One bedspread was soiled. Hair on bathroom floor and a big hair on the soap dish in the shower. The first night we had to change all the bedding and wash bedspreads on the twin beds. before going to bed. I notified the owner of this 3 times. No acknowledgment of this problem from owner. No apology. We paid a $145.00 cleaning fee. This is during the covid virus outbreak. The house should have been disinfected for us but it obviously was not . On a good note, no one in our party got sick!

The home was very clean very quiet. But our first night there the neighbor threatened us with the authorities because we was to loud in the pool at 10pm. Even though as soon as she ask we quieted down and apologized immediately. Then the next day the property manager came was super rude threatened us as well told us even if it's 3pm to be mindful of the neighbors to be quite. Excuse us this is our vacation and the very respectfull children just want to laugh and swim. Nothing more or less. He also threatened the authorities over my service animal after I told him several times it's illegal to deny service animals. He proceeded to tell me to kennel then or I may have to get out and forfeit my money and stay. That he would contact the owner and authorities and call me back. I called the owner that day and I am home now I still waiting for a call back. Other then having that issue the house would be perfect to stay at again.

Very nice home with responsive and friendly owners. The home is in a secluded and quiet setting , you couldn’t ask for much better for a place to have some good rest and relaxation.
