This home was wonderful! It was so comfortable. The setup for families and friends is perfect. Our group had three couples. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom… so much privacy. The kitchen is stocked well. We enjoyed gathering downstairs for conversation and meals. The upstairs TV area was great for movie night with the comfortable reclining couches. It’s just around the corner from the pool and hot tub. Great location to make a trip to Zion or Bryce Canyon. I will definitely recommend this to friends and family. Thank you Karen for being a great host.

Very comfortable for a group of 9 adults. Plenty of space and the kitchen was large enough to handle making meals for all of us. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were large and very clean. Easy access to pool area. Loved our stay. Thank you.

What a lovely home to spend our family with. There was rooms for everyone. The bathrooms were amazing, every family had their own. The Kids loved the TV room on the upper floor as well as the adults. I have never in my life seen a kitchen more organized. Thank you for a wonderful stay. The Johnson

We had a wonderful vacation in this Vrbo home. It housed or four children and their spouses with comfortable beds, privacy in private bathrooms, and a luxurious setting. Everything was perfectly planned from the check in schedule to departure. Plenty of parking, amenities, even a few pool toys for the kiddos. We couldn't be more happy with this rental and we're will be back. Thank you Karen... Your attention was greatly appreciated 😊

Excellent location for visiting Zion National Park, Red Cliff conservetory, Snow Canyon, and Tuachan Theater. The set up of the home was great for a large group - especially the kitchen/dining room! The pool/lazy river at the (very close) clubhouse was fantastic - better than having (only) a pool with the house.

Everything was fantastic, the only problem I had is that I used the grill and the gas ran out and we had to go shopping on New Year's Day and that happened at night 11:00 pm, I just wanted to comment on this problem so that they had an extra gas tank and other people don't have that problem but regarding the house everything was perfect. Thank you for accepting our family and we are thinking of getting back in the same house at Christmas or New Year's . Thank you

Clean house with all the needed amenities with a club house.

We were very pleased with this property. We came to Sand Hollow for the week to ride our Side by Sides. We had 12 people total staying in this house, and we were very comfortable. The house was in great condition and had most of what we needed for our stay. If we come back we will definitely keep this house on our list to stay at again. The only downside was the parking. We had 3 large trailers with trucks and 6 SxS's; however, it probably would be a problem no matter where we would have stayed.

It was a great fall break get away. The property was as expected and the pool area was great for the kids and teens.

Wonderful spacious lodging and well equipped close to Zion. Pool was amazing and practically next door.

We were very surprised at the property as the pictures don’t seem to do the house justice. The place was beautiful and in a great place to access Zion and Bryce. We had a great time and would definitely rent this place again if we go to Utah

The house was so comfortable and well appointed, we couldn’t be happier. It was a perfect location for access to St George and Zion. The clubhouse is a wonderful amenity too. Karen bent over backwards to make our stay wonderful. We wished we could stay longer but hope to come back!

The home was comfortable and had plenty of room for all. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved that each bathroom had it's own blow dryer and every bedroom had it's own Roku TV. Also enjoyed the 2 family rooms so we had room to spread out and the kids could play games or watch cartoons upstairs while the adults visited on the main level. Karen was so easy to work with and quickly answered any question I had. Our family liked it so much we will definitely rent this unit again.

Head out to all the nature that Southern Utah has to offer or stay in for resort style living. Our large family throughly enjoyed our stay and found the space very comfortable for a large group. We specifically booked this home to have easy access to Zion for those who wanted to adventure out but also have the pool and clubhouse for those who wished to stay home. It paid off! Our little kids did not tire of the lazy river/splash pad/waterfall at the pool. Our big kids made very special memories of Zion, Bryce Canyon, and a couple other local hikes. We experienced two struggles on our stay. 1.The ultra plush beds. 3 out of 4 king beds were extremely soft. A few of the adults in our group had trouble with that. 2. There was issues connecting the tv in the main living room to the WiFi and it was spotty for a couple days of our stay- luckily tv was not a focus for our group and our student and professor who needed WiFi access were able to complete their obligations. We found the home clean, welcoming and so convenient! We loved the laminated guides for kitchen utensils! The close proximity to the clubhouse was a HUGE bonus! We hope to return.
